Abstract

PT Asuransi Central Asia (ACA) is a company engaged in general insurance, which was established on August 29, 1956. PT Asuransi Central Asia (ACA) is one of the national insurance companies with the largest number of assets, which currently reaches IDR 8.73 trillion. PT Asuransi Central Asia's (ACA) flagship insurance products are OTOMATE (motor vehicle insurance), ASRI (Ideal Home Insurance), and microinsurance products such as Dengue Fever Insurance. PT Asuransi Central Asia (ACA) also has other products that suit the needs of the community, namely property insurance, construction, transportation, ship frame, New Travel Safe (travel insurance), Medi+ (health insurance), Wellwoman (female cancer insurance), financial insurance, personal accident insurance, plant insurance and other insurance products. This research is a quantitative research, with the data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The sample in this study is 30 respondents. The data in this study was processed using SPSS software version 24. The results of this study show that motivation (X1) has a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction with a significance level of 0.000, performance evaluation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significant level of 0.006, motivation and performance evaluation together have a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction with a significance level of 0.000 or 0%.

Abstract

Berdasarkan observasi penulis, Balai Pengaman Alat dan Fasilitas Kesehatan Jakarta mempunyai pegawai yang berklasifikasi baik, untuk mencapai keberhasilan dari perusahaan sehingga karyawan yang bekerja harus didasari dengan adanya motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja yang baik untuk mencapai kinerja di BPAFK Jakarta. Tujuan penelitian yang pertama adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja, yang kedua adalah untuk menganalisis variabel lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja, dan yang terakhir untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja BPAFK Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode ini digunakan untuk tujuan meneliti populasi dan sampel tertentu, uji sampel (slovin) yang digunakan 40 responden dari 50 populasi BPAFK Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS Versi 25. Teknik analisis yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji Validitas, Uji Parsial (T), Uji Simultan (F) dan Uji R2. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu variabel motivasi kerja (X1) dan lingkungan kerja (X2) teradapat pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja (Y). Hasil penelitian secara simultan dari variabel motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja sebesar 61.5%, sisanya, sebesar 38,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Dalam Negeri Kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner yang dibagikan kepada 34 responden yang merupakan pegawai di instansi tersebut. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan program SPSS dengan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan nilai signifikansi 0.856. Sebaliknya, disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan nilai signifikansi 0.000. Uji simultan (uji F) menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama, motivasi dan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan nilai F sebesar 41.161 dan signifikansi 0.000. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa disiplin kerja adalah faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, sementara motivasi, meskipun tidak berpengaruh secara individu, tetap penting bila dikombinasikan dengan disiplin kerja. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya peningkatan program disiplin dan pengembangan sistem motivasi yang lebih relevan bagi pegawai untuk mendorong peningkatan kinerja di instansi tersebut

Abstract

Dalam lanskap bisnis yang sangat kompetitif saat ini, setiap perusahaan harus terus beradaptasi untuk meningkatkan profitabilitasnya. Salah satu tantangan utama adalah persaingan yang semakin ketat, yang dapat berdampak negatif pada volume penjualan. PT. Andalan Berjaya Nusantara Bekasi, sebuah agency yang menawarkan layanan pinjaman dana tunai, juga menghadapi tantangan ini. Untuk mempertahankan daya saing dan menarik perhatian konsumen, promosi dan kualitas layanan menjadi dua faktor utama yang dapat memengaruhi keputusan pelanggan dalam memilih dan menggunakan suatu produk atau jasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh promosi terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pinjaman dana tunai di PT. Andalan Berjaya Nusantara Bekasi. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga berfokus pada pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, serta mengkaji dampak simultan dari kedua variabel tersebut terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.  Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pelanggan perusahaan. Dari hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa baik promosi maupun kualitas layanan memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi promosi yang efektif, serta peningkatan kualitas layanan, berperan penting dalam mempertahankan pelanggan dan meningkatkan loyalitas mereka terhadap produk atau layanan yang ditawarkan oleh perusahaan. Sementara itu, masih terdapat beberapa faktor lain yang tidak dianalisis dalam penelitian ini yang turut mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh penurunan kinerja sebagian karyawan PT Putrantara Sembada, khususnya di bagian pengawasan proyek konstruksi, yang menyebabkan keterlambatan penyelesaian proyek dan meningkatnya biaya operasional. Permasalahan ini diduga berkaitan dengan gaya kepemimpinan yang kurang tepat dan rendahnya motivasi kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan asosiatif, serta teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan sebanyak 51 orang dengan metode sensus. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan (X₁) dan motivasi kerja (X₂) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, dengan kontribusi masing-masing sebesar 53,2% dan 46,8%. Gaya kepemimpinan berkontribusi terhadap kinerja sebesar 74%, sisanya 26% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Disarankan agar perusahaan meningkatkan efektivitas kepemimpinan dengan pendekatan partisipatif serta meningkatkan motivasi melalui penghargaan, pelatihan, dan pengembangan karier. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan menambah variabel lain seperti budaya organisasi dan sistem kompensasi untuk analisis yang lebih komprehensif.

Application for utilizing e-commerce in ordering flower bouquets using the RUP (Rational Unified Process) method. The RUP method is Rational Unified Process (RUP) which is a software engineering method that was developed by collecting various best practices found in the software development industry.

Abstract

The prevalence of Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) diseases presents diagnostic challenges, especially in resource-limited settings. At THB Bekasi Hospital, constrained specialist availability and long consultation queues highlight the need for an accessible diagnostic solution. This study aims to develop an expert system for diagnosing ENT diseases using the Extreme Programming (XP) methodology, incorporating the forward chaining technique for inference. The research includes assessment, knowledge acquisition through expert consultations, system design, and rigorous testing. The system was developed as a mobile application using Android Studio, enabling users to input symptoms and receive real-time diagnostic insights. The knowledge base integrates data from medical experts, synthesizing 11 diseases and 35 symptoms into a robust decision-making framework. The diagnostic process applies predefined rules to ensure accuracy in identifying conditions such as sinusitis, laryngitis, and otitis. Evaluation results demonstrate a 100% match accuracy during testing with 15 test cases, confirming the system’s reliability. The application offers users rapid diagnostic assistance, promoting timely treatment for ENT issues, although it does not substitute medical professionals. By leveraging ubiquitous smartphone access, this system addresses gaps in healthcare accessibility and enhances patient autonomy. This research contributes a scalable framework for deploying expert systems in other medical domains. Future improvements include integrating geolocation services for nearby specialist referrals and adopting backward chaining for more complex diagnoses, thereby broadening its applicability and utility

Abstract

The purpose of scientific writing is to analyze the performance of the banking industry, related to liquidity performance, credit disbursement and processing of non-performing loans, management of third party funds (DPK), profitability or ROA, and post-Covid-19 banking capital or CAR. The research sample used is a conventional commercial bank (BUK). The data used is secondary data taken from OJK. As a result, overall banking performance after the Covid-19 crisis has been satisfactory. As an individual result, post-Covid-19 banking liquidity is very good, credit disbursement performance has returned to normal and the management of non-performing loans is consistently in a safe position. Meanwhile, the performance of third party fund management also greatly improved. In addition, bank profitability has recovered to the level it was before the Covid-19 crisis and banking capital or CAR during the post-Covid-19 crisis has remained strong to finance the elimination of problem loans.Key words: Liquidity, Credit, NPL, DPK, ROA and CAR.

Abstract

Character education is the basis for realizing the vision of national development, namely to create a society with noble, moral, ethical, cultured and civilized character based on the Pancasila philosophy. Character education at an early age is very important, because by instilling strong character in children, it is hoped that they will become the next generation of the nation who are strong and have character in accordance with Indonesia's noble values ​​and can overcome current national problems. The purpose of this research is to show and provide an overview of the use of children's songs as a medium for character and character education in kindergarten Tuah Negeri Pekanbaru This research is qualitative research so it will produce descriptive data in the form of words. Observation techniques, document study and interviews were used in the data collection process. The technique for checking the validity of the data is by checking the degree of trust in the data, namely using data triangulation, with the crosscheck method of data and data sources. This research uses three stages in data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that children's songs can be used as a medium for character education in early childhood. The character education process occurs when the teacher teaches children's songs and explains the content or meaning contained in the song being taught. The characters contained in children's songs vary greatly, including: religious, honest, disciplined, hard working, independent, democratic, curious, national spirit, love of the country, friendly/communicative, love of peace, environmental care, social care, responsibility. To measure the success of character education in kindergarten Tuah Negeri Pekanbaru teachers observe changes in children's attitudes and behavior while they are at school.
