Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Menganalisis Rasio Profitabilitas dalam mengukur Pertumbuhan Laba pada CV. Megah Jaza Mulia. Data yang di gunakan yaitu data Kuantitatif berupa Laporan Keuangan dari tahun 2020-2022. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisa deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu menggunakan Rasio Profitabilitas. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa berdasarkan rasio profitabilitas dari rata- rata tahun 2020-2022 menunjukan Return On Equity (ROE) mendapat hasil 21,00% artinya perusahaan mampu dalam mengukur pertumbuhan laba dengan rasio profitabilitas karena perusahaan mendapatkan keuntungan dan dalam keadaan baik. Akan tetapi masih dikategorikan dalam keadaan kurang baik, karena laba yang di hasilkan oleh perusahaan kurang efektif dalam pengendalian biaya yang berdampak pada Return On Invesment (ROI) sebesar 2,00%, Net Profit Margin (NPM) sebesar -70,00%, Gross Profit Margin (GPM) sebesar 12,00% tidak mampu mengukur pertumbuhan laba dan masih berada jauh dibawah standar rasio rata-rata industri profitabilitas. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa perusahaan belum mempu mengelolah keuangannya secara efektif, hal ini juga menunjukan bahwa kondisi keuangan CV. Megah Jaza Mulia di nilai berdasarkan rasio-rasio profitabilitas masih kurang baik dan dapat berpengaruh dalam pertumbuhan laba.

Abstract

Digital parenting is a parenting strategy related to the rules for using digital devices both online and offline to protect children's safety from the threats of their use. This community service is to provide parenting training through the use of healthy internet as an effort to reduce internet addiction (social media) so that they can socialize how to use internet media and social media properly and correctly, disseminate information and education and guide them to be more careful in choosing their use. good and right and responsible internet, so it doesn't make social media addiction. In this training activity, it was held at the Nurul Islam Sabillurrosyad Foundation with a target for housewives and students. The implementation method for the activity is providing parenting socialization and training through the use of healthy internet to reduce internet addiction (social media), conducting questions and answers and discussions with sharing experiences.

Abstract

With the implementation of correct and appropriate training, companies can improve the performance of employees in achieving predetermined work productivity. This study aims to determine how big the "The effect of training and performance on employee work productivity in Badan Pertanahan Nasional East Jakarta". The method in this study is quantitative, a type of research that is structured with a clear aim to be able to validate the problem that has been determined. The number of respondents to the research at the East Jakarta National Land Agency was 41 people. Based on the results of the multiple regression test, the regression coefficient value for Training = 0.363 this means that if the respondents' responses regarding Training increase by one unit, it will be able to increase Work Productivity, then the coefficient value regression for performance = 0.837, this means that if performance is increased by one unit it will directly affect the increase in work productivity. Then it was found that the value of R = 0.766 which means that the relationship between training and performance has a strong relationship to increasing work productivity because the value of R = 87.5%, while the magnitude of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.766 which means the variability of work productivity variables which can be explained by the variability training and performance that is equal to 75.3%.

Abstract

Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Disiplin kerja mempunyai peranan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Raffael Global Mandiri. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Raffael Global Mandiri dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 45 orang. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) gaya kepemimpinan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Berlandaskan hasil uji T karena nilai Sig 0,001 < 0,05 dan nilai t hitung 3,750 > t tabel 2,018, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho1 di tolak dan Ha1 diterima (2) Disiplin kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Berlandaskan hasil uji T karena nilai Sig 0,003 < 0,05 dan nilai t hitung 3,121 > 2,018, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho2 ditolak Ha2 diterima, (3) gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan).   Leadership style and work discipline have an important role in improving employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT Raffael Global Mandiri. This research method uses descriptive quantitative methods. The population in this study were all employees of PT Raffael Global Mandiri and the research sample was 45 people. Data analysis using multiple linear regression tests with the help of SPSS 26 software. The results of this research are (1) leadership style has a positive and significant influence on employee performance based on the results of the T test because the Sig value is 0.001 < 0.05 and the calculated t value is 3.750 > t table 2.018, so it can be concluded that Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted (2) Work discipline has a positive and significant influence on employee performance based on the results of the T test because the Sig value is 0.003 < 0.05 and the calculated t value is 3.121 > 2.018, so it can be concluded that Ho2 is rejected, Ha2 is accepted, (3) leadership style and work discipline in together have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Kinerja pegawai merupakan salah satu faktor kunci dalam pertumbuhan perusahaan secara optimal. Peningkatan kinerja pegawai harus dilakukan tiap pegawai untuk memajukan perusahaan, karena keberlangsungan perusahaan diperoleh dari bagaimana kinerja yang dilakukan oleh pegawai nya. Perusahaan menyediakan alat, sarana, fasilitas pelatihan, dan prasarana kerja lainnya, sementara pegawai berkewajiban untuk memberikan etos kerja, disiplin yang baik untuk melakukan perbaikan hasil kerja secara terus menerus. Populasi pada penelitian ini ialah seluruh pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan DKI Jakarta. Sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 pegawai. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Teknik pengujian data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji F, uji T, dan uji koefisien determinan secara simultan serta secara parsial, uji F, dan uji T. Dari hasil penelitian secara parsial untuk variabel disiplin berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05 atau hipotesis diterima, untuk variabel pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05 atau hipotesis diterima. Sedangkan secara simultan variabel disiplin dan variabel pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05.   Employee performance is one of the key factors in optimal company growth. Improving employee performance must be carried out by each employee to advance the company, because the sustainability of the company is obtained from how the performance carried out by its employees. The company provides tools, facilities, training facilities, and other work infrastructure, while employees are obliged to provide work ethic, good discipline to continuously improve work results. The population in this study were all employees at the DKI Jakarta Education Office. While the sample in this study were 60 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. Data testing techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, F tests, T tests, and simultaneous and partial determinant coefficient tests. From the research results partially for the discipline variable affects employee performance with a significance value of 0.00 <0.05 or the hypothesis is accepted, for the training variable affects employee performance with a significance value of 0.076 > 0.05 or the hypothesis is rejected. While simultaneously the discipline variable and the training variable have a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.00 <0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of trust as a mediating variable in the relationship between social media marketing and e-service quality on purchasing decisions at the TikTok Shop. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected from TikTok Shop users through an online survey which was distributed to 97 people. The data analysis technique used is path analysis to test the direct and indirect relationship between social media marketing, e-service, trust and purchasing decisions. The research results showe-servicepositive and significant effect on trust, e-service has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, trust has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on trust, social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, trust can mediates e-service on purchasing decisions, while trust cannot mediate social media marketing on purchasing decisions.These findings emphasize the importance of effective social media marketing strategies and quality management services in building consumer trust, which ultimately drives purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Badan Penghubung Daerah Provinsi Kepulauan Riau Bidang Pelayanan dan Protokol. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik individu karyawan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Badan Penghubung Daerah Provinsi Kepulauan Riau Bidang Pelayanan dan Protokol. Populasi adalah seluruh karyawan bidang pelayanan dan protokol Badan Penghubung Daerah Provinsi Kepulauan Riau yang berjumlah 34 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh yaitu seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel yang berjumlah 34 karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, observasi dan dokumentasi. Program pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) bahwa nilai t hitung karakteristik individu karyawan sebesar t hitung > t abel (2,737 > 2,039) dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,010 < 0,05, artinya bahwa karakteristik individu berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (2) disiplin kerja menghasilkan t hitung sebesar t hitung > t abel (6,316 > 2,039) dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, artinya bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (3) diperoleh nilai f hitung sebesar 181.753 > f tabel (3,30) dengan tingkat signifikasi 0,000 < 0,05. Artinya bahwa karakteristik individu karyawan dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.   This research was conducted at the Riau Islands Province Regional Liaison Agency for Service and Protocol. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of individual employee characteristics and work discipline on employee performance at the Riau Islands Province Regional Liaison Agency for Service and Protocol. The population was all employees in the service and protocol division of the Riau Islands Province Regional Liaison Agency totaling 34 employees. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, namely the entire population was sampled, totaling 34 employees. The data collection method used questionnaires, observation and documentation. The data processing program used was SPSS version 26. The results of the study showed (1) that the t-value of individual employee characteristics was t count> table (2.737> 2.039) and a significance value of 0.010 <0.05, meaning that individual characteristics had a significant effect on employee performance. (2) work discipline produced a t count of t count> table (6.316> 2.039) and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that work discipline had a significant effect on employee performance. (3) the calculated f value was obtained as 181.753 > f table (3.30) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. This means that individual employee characteristics and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Lingkungan kerja dan pemberian reward memiliki peran dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Kedua faktor tersebut sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, namun masih terdapat keterbatasan dalam pemahaman tentang lingkungan kerja dan pemberian reward yang akan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan pada PT Berkah Ibu Fashion. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan pemberian reward terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Berkah Ibu Fashion. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis asosiatif. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan yaitu karyawan PT Berkah Ibu Fashion yang berjumlah 38 responden. Data yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner diolah menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh secara signifikan dan positif dari lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Berkah Ibu Fashion dan adanya pengaruh signifikan dan positif dari pemberian reward terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Berkah Ibu Fashion. Lingkungan kerja dan pemberian reward berpengaruh signifikan dan positif secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Berkah Ibu Fashion sebesar 20,9% dan sisanya sebesar 79,1% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak terdapat dalam penelitian ini.   The work environment and rewards play a significant role in improving employee performance. Both factors are very important to improve employee performance. However, there is still a lack of understanding of how the work environment and rewards influence employee performance at PT Berkah Ibu Fashion. This research aims to examine the influence of the work environment and rewards on employee performance at PT Berkah Ibu Fashion. The research uses a quantitative approach with an associative design. The population and sample consist of 38 employees of PT Berkah Ibu Fashion. Data collected through questionnaires were analyzed using the SPSS program. The results indicate that the work environment does not have a significant positive influence on employee performance at PT Berkah Ibu Fashion, while rewards do have a significant positive influence on employee performance. The work environment and rewards simultaneously have a significant and positive effect on the performance of PT Berkah Ibu Fashion employees by 20.9% and the remaining 79.1% is influenced by other variables not included in this research.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas komunikasi dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Telecom Weitel Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan data kepustakaan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 karyawan PT. Telecom Weitel Jakarta Timur. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 26. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel independen memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komunikasi merupakan variabel terpenting yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

This study employs a qualitative descriptive method through a systematic literature review of 29 empirical studies published between 2018 and 2025, spanning various countries and sectors, to explore how leadership styles influence innovative work behavior (IWB) and employee performance. The findings show that leadership, especially transformational, ambidextrous, relational, and adaptive, significantly enhances IWB, which in turn mediates improvements in employee performance. In addition to leadership, individual factors like creative self-efficacy and work engagement, and organizational aspects such as innovation culture and supportive HR systems, also contribute meaningfully to the development of IWB and performance. Digitalization further enriches this dynamic by facilitating innovation through technology adoption and digital literacy, though its effectiveness depends on moderating factors such as leadership support, psychological safety, and employee digital readiness. These findings indicate a synergistic process in which leadership, organizational culture, individual capability, and digital transformation combine to foster innovation and performance. Implications suggest the need for integrated leadership development, innovation-driven HR practices, and digital capability enhancement. Future research should include longitudinal and cross-cultural designs, consider emerging work patterns like hybrid and remote work, and adopt advanced data analytics to capture the complex interactions among variables shaping IWB and employee outcomes.
