Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know partially and simultaneously between salary and employee status towards employee loyalty.The technique used in this study is to identify partial effects (test t) and simultaneous (test f) between salary variables (X1) and employee status (X2) on employee loyalty (Y) in PT Citra Buana Batam Industri. The method use in this study are descriptive analysis and use data analysis SPSS software program version 26 . Data technique is done by using questionnaires distribution to the monthly employees of PT Citra Buana Batam Industri as many as 114 respondent. The results of the coefficient determinations (R2) in the summary model viewed by the R Square salary variable, employee status and employee loyalty be 0.184 or 18.4%, while the test t on the salary variables with a significant 0.001<0.05 and employee status variables with a significant 0,000< 0.05 each variable has a significant effect on employee loyalty. the results of the test F amounted to 12,501>2,69 and the significance of 0,000<0,05 which indicates variable salary and employee status simultaneous significant effect towards employee loyalty. Abstract

Every company or organization carries out various activities to achieve predetermined goals for profit, to achieve the goals of the company or organization must have a prominent advantage in order to compete with other companies, to be able to provide a prominent advantage, of course, must be supported by employee performance. The formation of employee performance in a company or organization cannot be separated from training, work environment and employee loyalty. Performance is the result of a job that employees provide to a company or organization. To improve employee performance is strongly influenced by training, work environment, and employee loyalty. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training, work environment, and employee loyalty on employee performance at PT Instar Hotel Batam City. The research method is causality which aims to determine the causal relationship between variables. Population of 107 employees. The data that has been collected will be processed using the SPSS version 25 application. The results show that training, work environment, and employee loyalty simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance variables.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effect of organizational climate and work attitudes partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT Bestama Logistics Indonesia. The number of samples was 103 people and the respondents were the employees of PT Bestama Logistics Indonesia. The method used is quantitative causality with multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the organization’s climate had a significant effect of 4.451, greater than the t table of 1.98326 and significant with the sig t value of 0.000, less than 0.05. While work attitude has a significant effect of 2.524 greater than t table 1.98326 and significant with a sig t value of 0.013 less than 0.05. Then simultaneously the organization’s climate and work attitude have a significant effect of 0.000 <0.05 and the F value of 14.107> F table 3.09 on the performance of employees at PT Bestama Logistics Indonesia. The conclusion of the organization’s climate has a partial significance effect, then work attitude has partial significance and simultaneously the organization’s climate and work attitude have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Bestama Logistics Indonesia.

Abstract

This research is intended to analyze the effect of product quality and trust on customer loyalty at PT Trio Estro Casuar. The method of analysis used in this research is quantitative analysis and obtaining data through questionnaires. The population in this study were customers of PT Trio Estro Casuar, of which 125 customers. The sampling technique used is the Non Probability sampling technique which uses saturated sampling with a sample of 125 customers of PT Trio Estro Casuar. Furthermore, the collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing to determine the effect of product quality and trust on customer loyalty at PT Trio Estro Casuar with the help of the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) calculation tool version 25. The results of this study indicate that Product quality and trust have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at PT Trio Estro Casuar. Product quality variable partially has a positive and significant effect on the customer loyalty variable and the trust variable partially has a positive and significant effect on the customer loyalty variable. Simultaneously, product quality and trust have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at PT Trio Estro Casuar.

Abstract

Judging from the tightness of competitive era in this time, a company in order to carry out it is activities tries to fulfill the needs in achieving the targets that have been planned and increasing the companies competition to strengthen the continuity of thecompanies. In order to achieve the company’s goals in improving employee performance by monitoring job satisfaction, compensation commensurating and improving Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB), the company undertook various ways. The researcher used a saturated sampling technique where the data tested comes from all members of the population with result of 110 respondents. The information were collected by doing SPSS version 20. The result of f-test research indicate that job satisfaction, compensation and Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) together have a significant effect on employee performance whichf-count > f-table (40,389 > 2,69) with a sigficant value < 0,05.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, company development is caused by changes in the human mindset that are increasingly dynamic. Market activity is needed by companies to seek profit. In this study conducted research on the effect of product quality, product completeness and promotion on purchasing decisions at PT International Hardware Indo in Batam City. The method used to research is quantitative method and its collection uses a google form questionnaire. The sample was obtained as 144 samples. This study is using simple random sampling. The study used SPSS version 25. The results in the research on product quality were 2,025> 1,977 and sig 0.045 <0.05. This means that product quality has positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. product completeness were -0.195 <1.977 and sig 0.846> 0.05, which means product completeness has negative and does not significant effect on purchasing decisions. And promotion were 8,135> 1,977 and sig 0,000 <0.05 means that promotion has positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The result f results value of 34.867 > 2.67, which means simultaneously product quality, product completeness and promotion have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Abstract

To maintain customer satisfaction, companies need to improve human resourcemanagement who are the backbone of the company. Service_quality_and_product_qualitygreatly_affect_customer_satisfaction. This study aims to examine the effect of servicequality and product quality on customer satisfaction at Pom Coffee Batam. The design ofthis research is quantitative research. The behavioral technique used is the Slowin formulaby interviewing 100 people. The data was collected using a questionnaire using a Likertscale measurement. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptiveanalysis, validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of thecoefficient of determination (R2), t test, and F test. Then the data is processed using SPSSversion 24 software. positive and significant on customer satisfaction. The total t for theQoS variable is 3,416> 1,984 (Table t). Product quality has a positive and significant effecton customer satisfaction, where the total calculation of the product quality variable is4.192> 1.984 (Table t)._The_F_test results show that service quality and product qualitytogether have a_positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, because the testresults obtained a value of 41.434 <ftable 3.09 and a sig value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

In this recent day when the intensity is keep growing, there are many threats that must be faced. Companies must be able to compete by adapting to internal and external changes so that the company is more advanced. With this, the company seeks different ways in order to improve the company itself and increase job satisfaction. This study aims to knowing the effect of work discipline, work motivation and work environment together on job satisfaction at PT Tirta Putra Malindo Sejati. This study is using a saturated sampling technique with a population and the samples taken both are 130 employees. Data for this study was obtained through distributing questionnaires. Data analysis in this study used the multiple linear regression analysis, the data quality test used the validity test and reliability test, the classical assumption test used the normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test and the influence test used the multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination analysis, while the hypothesis test used the t test and F test by utilizing the SPSS program version 25. The results showed that work discipline, work motivation and work environment together affect job satisfaction at PT Tirta Putra Malindo Sejati.
