Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana keputusan pembelian Emina di Kota Batam dipengaruhi oleh kualitas produk, kepercayaan dan citra merek. Pengguna yang telah menggunakan produk Emina merupakan populasi yang digunakan, meskipun tidak jelas berapa banyak. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan purposive sampling dan rumus Lemeshow digunakan dalam proses pengambilan sampel, sehingga menghasilkan perhitungan total 100 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan model regresi linier berganda yang melalui pengujian uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, uji pengaruh dan uji hipotesis. Hasil analisis regresi liner berganda menunjukkan bahwa 21,5% keputusan pembelian dipengaruhi oleh kualitas produk. Pengaruh kepercayaan terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 11,1%. Keputusan pembelian dipengaruhi oleh citra merek sebesar 77,3%. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dengan menggunakan koefisien determinasi (R2), kualitas produk, kepercayaan dan citra merek dapat menjelaskan bahwa 79,6% dari variasi dalam keputusan pembelian. Selain itu uji t dan uji f menunjukkan bahwa variable kualitas produk dan citra merek secara parsial dan secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Emina di Kota Batam, sedangkan kepercayaan berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian Emina di Kota Batam. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan produk Emina di masa mendatang. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Produk, Kepercayaan, Citra Merek, Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

This study aims to test the fairness of price and customer value on consumer purchasing decisions at Skintific Skincare in Batam City. This study uses an associative method with a quantitative research type. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents who were people who had purchased and used Skintific Skincare in Batam City. The data collection method used was primary data. Based on the data and analysis that has been done, this study shows that price fairness has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at Skintific Skincare in Batam City. The customer value variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at Skintific Skincare in Batam City. And simultaneously, price fairness and customer value have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at Skintific Skincare in Batam City.

Abstract

Manajemen, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Humaniora, Universitas Putera Batam Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan, privasi dan daya tarik terhadap loyalitas nasabah di PT BPR Satya Mitra Andalan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian digunakan sebanyak 100 responden pada konsumen PT BPR Satya Mitra Andalan yang berdomisili di Kompleks Ruko Griya Kurnia Blok C No 8, Kota Batam, Kepulauan Riau. Kuesioner digunakan sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Dengan menggunakan software SPSS 26, teknik analisis data meliputi uji statistik deskriptif, uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, uji pengaruh, dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil regresi linier berganda, kepercayaan (X1) berpengaruh sebesar 0,042 atau 4,20% terhadap loyalitas nasabah (Y), privasi (X2) berpengaruh sebesar 0,251 atau 25,10% terhadap loyalitas nasabah (Y), dan daya tarik (X3) berpengaruh sebesar 0,660 atau 66,0% terhadap loyalitas nasabah (Y). Selain itu, variabel kepercayaan, privasi dan daya tarik berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas nasabah di PT BPR Satya Mitra Andalan sebesar 69,3% sesuai dengan data koefisien determinasi (R2). Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis didapatkan bahwa kepercayaan, privasi dan daya tarik secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas nasabah di PT BPR Satya Mitra Andalan. Kata Kunci : Kepercayaan, Privasi, Daya Tarik, Loyalitas Nasabah.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran hukum masyarakat dalam perlindungan hukum terhadap konsumen dalam transaksi jual beli secara offline maupun online. Adapun sasaran khusus kegiatan ini adalah mendorong masyarakat Kelurahan Belakang Padang agar mengerti membantu dalam menyediakan hak dan kewajiban konsumen sebagaimana telah diatur dalam berbagai peraturan perundang-undangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu melalui ceramah dan diskusi. Mengenai sasaran khalayak kegiatan ini adalah 30 orang yang terdiri sebagai konsumen maupun produsen. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran hukum masyarakat terhadap konsumen dalam transaksi jual beli secara offline maupun online telah meningkat. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan beberapa indikator diantaranya: Peningkatan pengetahuan terkait dasar hukum perlindungan konsumen, konsep konsumen dalam transaksi jual beli secara online, serta kepedulian dalam ikut berkontribusi memikirkan upaya yang dapat terjadi terhadap konsumen dalam transaksi jual beli.

Abstract

Batam, as one of the major cities in Indonesia, with its various policies, undoubtedly attracts significant investments in infrastructure and other sectors to support the city's progress. To facilitate development and strengthen structures, high-quality and trusted Readymix is essential. Therefore, various factors are needed to encourage consumers and investors to make informed decisions in selecting quality Readymix. The objective of this research is to examine the influence of Word Of Mouth, product quality, and Loyalty on the purchasing decisions of Readymix in the city of Batam. This study adopts a quantitative approach, employing a questionnaire as the instrument with 100 respondents from Batam, determined using the Slovin formula. The questionnaire serves as the data collection technique. Data analysis is conducted using SPSS 25, encompassing descriptive statistical tests, data quality tests, classic assumption tests, influence tests, and hypothesis tests. Based on multiple linear regression results, Word Of Mouth (X1) has an influence of 0.097 or 9.7% on purchasing decisions (Y), product quality (X2) has an influence of 0.327 or 32.7% on purchasing decisions (Y), and Loyalty (X3) has an influence of 0.47 or 47% on purchasing decisions (Y). Additionally, Word Of Mouth, Product Quality, and Loyalty collectively have a significant impact on the purchasing decisions of Readymix in Batam, accounting for 0.98 or 98%, as per the coefficient of determination (R2). According to the hypothesis test results, it is also evident that Word Of Mouth, product quality, and Loyalty, both individually and collectively, influence the purchasing decisions of Readymix in Batam.

Abstract

Tulisan ini mengupas tentang pelanggaran hak asasi manusia yang dialami oleh para aktivis lingkungan hidup yang seringkali menjadi sasaran intimidasi dan kekerasan dalam upayanya melakukan advokasi terhadap pelestarian lingkungan hidup. Pelanggaran-pelanggaran ini biasanya terjadi akibat ketidakseimbangan kekuasaan, lemahnya penegakan hukum, dan kurangnya kemauan politik dari pemerintah. Dampak dari tindakan-tindakan ini sangat luas, mempengaruhi kesejahteraan sosial, psikologis, dan politik para aktivis dan komunitas mereka. Studi ini meninjau beberapa kasus untuk menganalisis tantangan yang dihadapi oleh aktivis lingkungan hidup dan mengevaluasi rekomendasi potensial untuk meningkatkan perlindungan hak asasi manusia. Dengan berfokus pada pelanggaran hak asasi manusia dalam aktivisme lingkungan hidup, makalah ini berupaya berkontribusi pada diskusi yang lebih luas mengenai perlunya kebijakan komprehensif untuk melindungi individu yang melakukan advokasi terhadap lingkungan.

Abstract

This study aims to find out: the influence of promotion partially on consumer satisfaction at PT Yafindo Sumber Rejeki in Batam city, the influence of service quality partially on customer satisfaction at PT Yafindo Sumber Rejeki in Batam city, and the influence of promotion and quality of service simultaneously on customer satisfaction at PT Yafindo Sumber Rejeki in Batam city. The research method used is quantitative research. The population in this study are consumers who shop at PT Yafindo Sumber Rejeki in Batam city. A sample of 204 respondents were taken using accidental sampling technique. The analysis used is descriptive analysis. Data quality test instruments in this study are test data validity and data reliability test. Classic assumption test consists of normality test, heteroscedasticity test and multicollinearity test. The influence test consists of multiple linear analysis and coefficient of determination analysis. In the hypothesis test consists of t test and f test. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that: promotion affects consumer satisfaction by 39.3% and service quality has an effect on consumer satisfaction by 44.5%, while the results of the coefficient of determination analysis show that promotion and service quality affect customer satisfaction by 56, 8%.

Abstract

At present, competition in the field of beauty is quite strict, along with technological and cultural developments, so that it can influence the increase in community needs, usage patterns and how to meet the needs in the field of beauty. The purpose of this study is to find out some of the effects of prices on customer satisfaction and the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction and at the same time determine the influence of price and service quality on customer satisfaction. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The analysis technique in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The research data is processed with SPSS version 21 software program. This test uses validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t-test and f-test. In this study, the population consisted of customers who used oriflame products with a total sample of 100 respondents. The conclusion is that the price variable is partially, but not significant, influences customer satisfaction and that service quality variables have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, while at the same time the variable price and service quality have a significant influence on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Employee performance has a very important role because it will affect the employee output so that will affect the performance of a company. This study analyzes employee performance at PT Central Batam Raya are reviewed through the variables of emotional intelligence and human resource development. This research is a quantitative research with the method used is descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis and data collection techniques through questionnaires. Questionnaires distributed amounted to 102 respondents. The method used in this study was chosen mainly because of the limited time, cost and energy that the author has, so that in this case the writer hopes to be able to examine specific aspects of a social situation in depth. Data collection is done by primary data and secondary data. The results showed that the variable emotional intelligence and human resource development had a significant effect simultaneously on employee performance with t count> t table (4,860 > 1,98397) and (4,935 > 1,98397), significant value <0.05 and F count> F table (70,337 > 3,09) with a significant value <0.05.

Abstract

To be able to compete and survive, distributor companies must optimize its human resource management which is the backbone of the company. Company negligence regarding this can cause various threats to the company, one of which is turnover intention This study aims to test the influence of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and job stress on employee turnover intention at PT Bintang Sejahtera Batam Group by using saturation sampling with 103 respondents. Data collected using questionnaire with Likert scale measurement. Data analysis method used in this study are descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient analysis (R2), t test and F test. Then the data was processed using SPSS version 26 program. Based on t test results, it shows that job satisfaction has a significant effect on turnover intention with a sig value of 0.013 < 0.05, organizational commitment has a significant effect on turnover intention with a sig value of 0.039 <0.05 and job stress has a significant effect on turnover intention with a sig value of 0.002< 0.05. Based on F test result, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and job stress simultaneously have a significant effect on turnover intention with a sig value of 0.000<0.05.
