Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pelatihan dan Pengembangan Karier Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada PT Perkebunan Nusantara VIII baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Sampel yang didapat 92 responden dengan menggunakan rumus slovin, analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji-t dan uji-f. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Pelatihan(X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai(Y) pada PT Perkebunan Nusantara VIII. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan pelatihan(X1) memberikan kontribusi terhadap kinerja pegawai(Y) sebesar 63,8%. Hasil uji t hitung > t tabel (12,600>1,986) dan tingkat signifikan 0,000<0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Pengembangan Karier(X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai(Y) pada PT Perkebunan Nusantara VIII. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan pengembangan karier(X2) memberikan kontribusi terhadap kinerja pegawai(Y) 57,1%. Hasil t hitung > t tabel (10,955>1,986) dan tingkat signifikan 0,000<0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan antara Pelatihan(X1) dan Pengembangan Karier(X2) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai(Y) pada PT Perkebunan Nusantara VIII. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 67,5%, dan hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai f hitung > f tabel atau (92,597 > 3,10), dan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Tujuan program PKM ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman terkait dengan bagaimana meningkatkan kesadaran siswa untuk mencegah terjadinya Tindakan bulliying di lingkungan sekolah. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan PKM ini adalah dengan mengidentifikasi permasalahan pada saat awal kegiatan untuk merumuskan permasalahan dan sebagai bahan untuk perancangan pemberian materi penyuluhan pencehajan bulliying di lingkungan sekolah. Kemudian survei ke lapangan ke di SMA Riyadlul Jannah sebagai objek tempat dilaksanakannya kegiatan PKM. Selanjutnya melakukan sesi wawancara, diskusi dan Tanya jawab dengan pihak sekolah untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang ada didalam lingkungan siswa terkait pencegahan kekeran atau bulliying. Setelah itu melakukan studi literasi sebagai pedoman materi didalam penyampaian penyuluhan selama proses kegiatan berlangsung. Pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metoda ceramah, tutorial, dan diskusi. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat yang diperoleh adalah bertambahnya keilmuan dan meningkatnya kesadaran siswa akan pentingnya menanggulangi kekerasan atau bulliying di lingkungan sekolah agar mereka memiliki pandangan yang baik, fokus sasaran dengan program mengenali dan mencegah bulliying di SMA Riyadlul Jannah agar terwujud budaya organisasi yang sehat.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia memiliki peranan yang sangat penting bagi perusahaan. untuk membentuk karyawan dengan kinerja yang baik, perusahaan harus memberikan sebuah program pelatihan bagi setiap karyawan di perusahaannya. Dengan mengikuti sebuah pelatihan, karyawan akan semakin bertambah pengetahuan dan kemampuannya sehingga perusahaan mampu untuk berkembang dan bersaing dengan kompetitornya. Tugas akhir komprehensif ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari dan memahami lebih dalam analisis pelatihan staf karyawa di PT. Lolc Ventura Cabang BSD. Hasil pembahasan menyimpulkan; 1) Metode pelatihan yang di pilih oleh PT. Lolc Ventura untuk melatih staf karyawan adalah metode On job training. 2) Pelatihan di lakukan bertujuan untuk membekali karyawan dengan pengetahuan dan kemampuan terkait dengan tugas-tugas karyawan. 3) Proses pelatihan calon karyawan baru atau karyawan lama di awali dengan pemberian materi dan job description dikantor pusat/Head Office sesuai dengan jabatan yang akan mereka duduki nanti, setelah itu karyawan dilatih dan di hadapkan langsung dengan situasi serta tugas kerja sesungguhnya di kantor cabang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the strategies, forms, and challenges of giving rewards and punishments to CV. Putra Persada Mandiri South Tangerang as the object of research. The method used in this research is descriptive and uses a qualitative approach. The instruments used are interviews (interviews), chain of evidence, focus group discussions (FGD) and SWOT analysis. Information obtained in this study, came from sources and informants, namely 1 (one) manager and 5 (five) employees of CV. Putra Persada Mandiri. The results of this study are a reward strategy given by employees when employees have good work performance through indicators that have been set by the company such as work discipline, enthusiasm for work, and compliance with applicable regulations. Punishment is given in the form of light punishment, moderate punishment, and severe punishment to every employee who violates the applicable rules. The most effective form of reward on CV. Putra Persada Mandiri, namely in the form of money (financial) and the form of punishment given by the company in the form of verbal warnings that pay attention to the psychological condition of employees. Challenges faced by CV. Putra Persada Mandiri in providing rewards, namely in the form of increasing the provision of rewards in the form of money (financial) in accordance with employee expectations. Meanwhile, the challenge in giving punishment is the provision of stricter sanctions/punishments but educating and leading to improvement

Abstract

This research is entitled "Analysis of the Application of Work Discipline and Work Motivation in Improving the Performance of Non-ASN Employees in the Cleaning Department at the Center for Civil Service Personnel Development in Bogor. This research aims to analyze the application of work discipline and work motivation in improving employee performance. The research method used is qualitative research with a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The data collection procedures for this research are observation, interviews, documentation, triangulation. The data analysis techniques in this research are data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification, Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT) analysis and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) analysis. The results of this research show that the implementation of employee work discipline is quite good, because there are some employees who obey the regulations set by the agency. Apart from that, the implementation of employee work motivation is good because there are awards given by agency leaders. By implementing work discipline and work motivation, employee performance can be improved. And employee performance is good because the resulting performance has a good impact on the individual and the agency. The results of the SWOT analysis show that it is in quadrant I, namely aggressive, where the values ​​of the available to take advantage of opportunities. And also the results of the QSPM analysis are that there are 5 priority alternative strategies that can be used as strategies to improve employee performance, including improving good service, employee attitudes and employee responsibility at 6.50, controlling work so that it runs professionally at 6.42, maintaining relationships. Good cooperation between employees and other agencies amounted to 6.13, increased potential employee abilities by 5.91, increased assertiveness and concern by 5.22

Abstract

The results of this study show that the application of employee work discipline is quite good because some employees obey the rules set by the agency. In addition, applying employee motivation is good because there are awards from agency leaders. The application of work discipline and work motivation can improve employee performance. Employee performance is good because the resulting performance has a good impact on individuals and agencies. The results of the SWOT analysis show that it is in quadrant I, which is aggressive, where the values of the X axis (strengths and weaknesses) and the Y axis (opportunities and threats) have positive values of 1.43 and 1.70, which means that this situation is favorable for agencies to use existing strengths to take advantage of opportunities. Also, the results of the QSPM analysis are that 5 alternative strategy priorities can be used as strategies in improving employee performance, including improving good service, employee attitudes, and employee responsibilities by 6.50, controlling work to run professionally by 6.42, maintaining good cooperative relationships between employees and other agencies by 6.13, increasing the potential ability of employees by 5.91, increased assertiveness and care by 5.22

Abstract

Human physical movement space has increasingly limited the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic online businesses are increasingly mushrooming in the community. Nowadays, it is getting familiar term e-commerce which stands for electronic commerce, which means trading electronically. Growing e-commerce is also inseparable from the name of the marketplace. One type of business that began to have many marketplaces is Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Lialang village, located in Taktakan-Kota Serang Subdistrict, has many MSME umkm actors engaged in production, handicrafts, and many other productions. Which method is the way of community activities is training and mentoring that berkurun. This activity is the community in Keluarahan Lialang, especially UMKM actors subdistrict a lot of information and education about e-commerce and know various types of marketplaces, benefits and which ones become dilim online through the marketplace as well. In addition, this activity can be a business of MSMEs for their products broader existing marketplace and innovate and change in its more advanced and growing business

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Communication and Occupational Health Safety on Employee Performance at PT Labelindo Mas Utama North Jakarta. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive method. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, which used a sample of 60 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reality tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis tests. The result of this study is that the regression equation value Y = 5.248 + 0.382X1 + 0.496X2, and the correlation coefficient is 0.630, which means that the two variables have a strong relationship level. The value of determination or contribution of influence was 0.397 or 39.7%, while other factors influenced the remaining 60.3%. The hypothesis test obtained a t-value calculated > t table (18.768 > 3.16), which was also strengthened by the ρ value (0.000 < 0.05); thus, H0 was rejected, and H3 was accepted, meaning that there was a significant influence between Communication (X1) and Occupational Health Safety (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at PT Labelindo Mas Utama

Abstract

This study aimed to determine how much work discipline and workload influence employee performance at PT. Jalur Nugraha Eka Kurir (JNE Express) Main Branch, Bogor City. The method used in this study is quantitative analysis with a population of employees at PT. Jalur Nugraha Eka Kurir (JNE Express) Main Branch, Bogor City, as many as 97 respondents or with a sample with data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis methods used in this study are (validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test), quantitative descriptive analysis, simple and multiple regression analysis, and determination coefficient analysis, hypothesis test (T and F tests). The results of the study of the work discipline variable have a regression coefficient value of 0.996, a t-count value of 18.643 greater than 1.6610 (18.643> 1.6610), and a significance value of 0.000 less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). It means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The results of the workload variable study have a regression coefficient value of (-3.698), a t-value of (-3.698) more minor than 1.6610 (-3.698 <1.6610) and a significance value of 0.000 smaller than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). Ha is accepted, and Ho is rejected. Work discipline and workload positively and significantly influence employee performance at PT. Jalur Nugraha Eka Kurir (JNE Express) Main Branch, Bogor City, with an F-value of 323.910 greater than the F-table of 3.09 (323.910> 3.09) and a significance value of 0.000 smaller than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05)

Abstract

Education is an effort to transfer knowledge so as to form the development of a person's potential which is ultimately able to survive in real life. In essence, education is a basic human need that will later form a civilization with intellectuality. In general, bullying is an act of physical or psychological violence carried out by perpetrators who have power over weaker victims, causing feelings of depression, stress and prolonged trauma, usually occurring continuously. There is no common definition of the term bullying. Identification of problems in this community service, namely, reviewing the picture of bullying, reviewing the impact of bullying on victims and perpetrators, reviewing public perceptions of bullying and analyzing bullying and finding optimal solutions to eradicate bullying. The purpose of this PKM program is to provide an understanding related to providing information that even the smallest act of bullying can have a negative impact on both victims and perpetrators. Providing information that bullying is inappropriate in educational institutions or in the community. Eradicating a moral crisis such as bullying in educational institutions is clearly not an easy matter. However, if bullying is allowed to continue to occur and become rooted so that it increases irrationality, especially in educational environments, then there will be a shift in the values ??of violence (bullying) from what should not be good to do to being common and appropriate to do in educating students. In fact, bullying has a very detrimental impact on social life, children's psychological development, norms, and the future of the nation. Therefore, anti-bullying efforts require support from all components of society starting from the family, school, and environment
