Abstract

Digital technology plays a vital role in various aspects of human life in the era of digitalization. Electronic devices such as the Internet and phones have changed how we interact, learn, work, and do business. In the current era of computers and the Internet, there are many impacts on society, both positive and negative. Rapid development must be halted in today's technological era. (Amalia et al., 2023). Adaptability is crucial for any country, especially as we enter the 5.0 era or the Super Smart Society. In this concept, modern society is expected to rely on modern technology for daily needs the application of AI evidences this. Artificial Intelligence (AI), a subfield of computer science, enables computers to perform tasks similar to human intelligence (Jaya et al., 2018).  Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a technology that enables computers and machines to simulate human learning, understanding, problem-solving, decision-making, creativity, and autonomy. (IBM.com). AI can analyze large amounts of data quickly and accurately. AI can be used in sales to understand consumer behavior patterns, predict market trends, and optimize budget efficiency. For example, AI can help business units reach the right consumer segments so that the costs incurred in promotions do not exceed the planned budget. AI can also be used to perform several tasks in sales, such as answering customer questions using AI in the form of chatbots, which can improve operational efficiency and budget efficiency. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of Work Discipline Synergy and Physical Work Environment at PT. Panrama Vista Garmen Industri. The method used is qualitative. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, which is a research method used to research natural object conditions, where the researcher is the key instrument. Data collection techniques used are triangulation or combined. Data were collected by observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis through data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions or verification. where the goal is to systematically find out about the focus of the study. The results of the study indicate that the application of work discipline synergy and the physical work environment shows quadrant I "Progressive/Growth" which indicates that the company/organization has great potential to develop and improve its performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence work discipline and work training have on employee performance at PT. ISS Indonesia GBK Management Center Area Jakarta Gardener Section. The method used in this study is quantitative analysis with a population of employees of PT. ISS Indonesia GBK Management Center Area Jakarta Gardener Section as many as 85 respondents or samples with data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis methods used in this study are (validity test, reliability test and classical assumption test), quantitative descriptive analysis, simple and multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, hypothesis testing (T and F tests). The results of the study of the work discipline variable have a regression coefficient value of 0.696, a t-value of 8.824> t-table 1.988. This means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The results of the study of the work training variable have a regression coefficient value of 0.650, a t-value of 7.786> t-table 1.988. This means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. So it can be concluded that work discipline and work training have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. ISS Indonesia GBK Jakarta Management Center Area Gardener Section with a calculated F value of 58.562> Ftable 3.11

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui budaya organisasi yang ada di PT. Sinergi Kemindo Fokustama Indonesai Cabang BSD City Tangerang Selatan serta untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan yang ada di PT. Sinergi Kemindo Fokustama Indonesia Cabang BSD City Tangerang Selatan. Dan seberapa pengaruh budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sinergi Kemindo Fokustama Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Sinergi Kemindo Fokustama Indonesai Cabang BSD City Tangerang Selatan. Dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh diperoleh sampel sebanyak 62 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan SPSS22. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana, regresi linier berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji t parsial dan uji F simultan. Melalui perhitungan korelasi antara budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan dan kinerja karyawan diperoleh nilai R2 0,880 dengan korelasi determinasi 88%. Kemudian diperoleh Uji F menghasilkan nilai signifikan. X1 dan Oleh karena itu Ho3 diabaikan dan Ha3 diterima, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa X1 dan X2 berpengaruh besar terhadap Y. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalahPimpinan perlu membina dan mengembangkan budaya organisasi dengan efektif, yang dapat dijadikan sebagai strategi untuk menciptakan perusahaan sebagai tempat kerja yang menyenangkan agar karyawan memberikan loyalitas untuk menghasilkan kinerja yang terbaik untuk menunjang tujuan yang diinginkan. pimpinan selalu meningkatkan kembali komunikasi untuk mengemban dan mengetahui apa saja yang dibutuhkan karyawan didalam perusahaan. Agar kinerja yang diberikan akan terus meningkat dan hasil yang didapat adalah tujuan perusahaan tercapai. pimpinan harus terus meningkatkan budaya organisasi yang ada dan meningkatkan kualitas kepemimipinan agar memicu karyawan untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya guna tercapainya tujuan perusahaan.

Abstract

Nurse performance is a crucial factor in determining the quality of health services at community health centers. This study aims to develop strategies to improve nurse performance by strengthening job characteristics, personality, and satisfaction. A mixed methods approach combined a quantitative survey of 141 Puskesmas nurses in South Tangerang City and qualitative analysis through the Delphi technique with Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Quantitative analysis was performed using path analysis to test the direct and indirect effects between variables and the Sobel test to assess the mediating role of job satisfaction. The results showed that job characteristics, personality, and satisfaction directly, positively, and significantly affected nurse performance. Job characteristics and personality were also found to influence job satisfaction, while the mediating role of job satisfaction, although significant, was not stronger than the direct effect. Qualitative findings through Delphi–FGD supported the quantitative results by showing consistency between nurses' perceptions in the survey and their field experiences, thereby strengthening the validity of the findings. This study concludes that strategies to improve nurse performance in Puskesmas can be directed through three main focuses: strengthening job design, fostering upbeat personality, and increasing job satisfaction. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of human resource management in the health sector, while providing a practical basis for policymakers in designing interventions to improve service quality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze strategies for improving the performance of community health center nurses in South Tangerang City by strengthening job characteristics, personality, and job satisfaction. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 141 nurses from seven subdistricts, including Serpong, North Serpong, Pondok Aren, Ciputat, East Ciputat, Pamulang, and Setu. Data analysis was performed using path analysis to test the direct and indirect effects between variables. The results showed that job characteristics, personality, and job satisfaction had a direct, positive, and significant effect on nurse performance. Job characteristics and personality also had a direct, positive, and significant effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, job satisfaction was found to mediate the relationship between job characteristics and personality on performance, although the mediating effect was not stronger than the direct effect. These findings confirm that job satisfaction plays an important role as a mechanism in bridging individual and job factors with performance, although its effectiveness as a mediator is partial. Theoretically, this study expands the understanding of the causal relationship between variables in the context of primary health care. Practically, the research results can be used as a basis for Puskesmas management to design policies to improve nurse performance through strengthening job design, personality development, and strategies to increase job satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstrak. This study aims to determine the effect of competence and work discipline on the performance of PT Bando Indonesia employees with method a quantitative approach, the number of samples used is 64 respondents of PT Bando Indonesia employees. The data collection technique used is the questionnaire dissemination technique. The data analysis techniques used were multiple linear regression test, classical assumption test, t test, f test and determination coefficient test with the help of SPSS software program version 25. The results of the study show that the variables of competence (X1) and work discipline (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at PT Bando Indonesia. The results of the analysis using the determination coefficient are known that the value of the determination coefficient ( obtained is 0.651. This shows that 65.1% of the variation of the Employee Performance (Y) variable can be explained by the Competency (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) variables simultaneously. Meanwhile, the remaining 34.9% is explained by other factors. Where the determination coefficient of 0.651 is included in the strong category, which indicates that the regression model used has better predictive ability on employee performance variables.R^(2 ) Keywords: Competence, Work Discipline, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and discipline on employee performance at CV. Wina Cahaya Purnama, Pamulang, South Tangerang. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with a total sample population of 53 respondents. Methods of data collection by using a questionnaire. The analysis used includes: validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test, t-test and F-test. Based on the results of the study obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = 7.097 + 0.245 X1 + 0.592 X2. With a coefficient of determination of 0.655, it means that both variables have an effect on employee performance. Hypothesis testing shows that partially or simultaneously leadership and discipline affect the performance of CV employees. Wina Cahaya Purnama, Pamulang, South Tangerang.
