Abstract

Posyandu adalah salah satu bentuk Upaya Kesehatan Bersumber Daya Masyarakat (UKBM) yang dikelola dan diselenggarakan dari, oleh, untuk dan bersama masyarakat dalam penyelenggaraan pembangunan kesehatan guna mempercepat penurunan angka kematian ibu (AKI) dan angka kematian bayi (AKB). Posyandu Balita di RW 012 Kelurahan kapuk terdiri atas 6 posyandu yaitu posyandu melati 1 s/d 6. Hasil survei pendahuluan, adapun jumlah balita per posyandu di RW 012 Kelurahan kapuk diantaranya posyandu melati 1 dengan jumlah balita sebanyak 350, posyandu melati 2 dengan jumlah balita sebanyak 393, posyandu melati 3 dengan jumlah balita sebanyak 278, posyandu melati 4 dengan jumlah balita sebanyak 295, posyandu melati 5 dengan jumlah balita sebanyak 125 dan posyandu melati 6 dengan jumlah balita sebanyak 120. Tujuan penelitian untuk Mengetahui hubungan antara kinerja kader Posyandu terhadap kepuasan Pelayanan Posyandu Balita di RW 012 Kelurahan Kapuk Tahun 2020. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Analitik kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi Cross Sectional. Hasil penelitian didapatkan responden yang menyatakan puas lebih banyak dibandingkan tidak puas sebesar 61,4% dan responden yang menyatakan kinerja baik lebih besar dibandingkan tidak baik sebesar 72,4%. Hasil uji statistik diperoleh ada hubungan antara kinerja kader posyandu balita terhadap kepuasan ibu pengguna posyandu balita dengan p value = 0,0001. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini didapatkan hubungan antara kinerja kader posyandu balita dengan kepuasan ibu pengguna posyandu balita. Kata Kunci : Kinerja, Kepuasan, dan Posyandu Balita

Abstract

CKG is one of the preventive measures implemented by the Penjaringan Community Health Center to detect non-communicable diseases at an early stage. However, community participation in this program is still relatively low, especially among lower-middle-income groups. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the health communication strategies implemented, identify the factors influencing the success of these strategies, and formulate an effective communication model to enhance public participation. The methods used include qualitative descriptive approaches through in-depth interviews, direct observation, document review, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD) with healthcare workers, community health workers, and community representatives. The research results indicate that social media is effective in reaching the middle-to-upper economic groups, but less optimal for low-income communities who are more responsive to interpersonal communication and community-based approaches. Key factors determining the success of communication strategies include target segmentation, the role of community health workers, consistency of information, and the community's perception of health services. The most effective communication model is a combination of community-based two-way communication and the use of digital media tailored to the characteristics of the target audience. These findings indicate the need for inclusive, participatory, and locally data-driven communication strategies to enhance community trust and participation in health service programs.

Abstract

The use of contraception among couples of reproductive age is an important effort to regulate birth spacing and the number of children; however, many couples still have limited knowledge regarding the types, effectiveness, and side effects of contraceptive methods. This condition causes most couples to continue using hormonal contraception for long periods despite experiencing complaints such as weight gain, menstrual disorders, headaches, changes in libido, and increased blood pressure. This community service activity aimed to improve the knowledge and understanding of couples of reproductive age regarding hormonal and non-hormonal contraception through health education activities. The method used was counseling by delivering educational materials using PowerPoint media and interactive discussions. The target participants were couples of reproductive age in RT 01 RW 04, Bambu Apus Subdistrict, Cipayung District, East Jakarta, with a total of 18 women of reproductive age. The results showed that participants were very enthusiastic in attending the education sessions, actively participated in question-and-answer discussions, and experienced an increase in knowledge regarding types of contraception, side effects, and their management. Contraceptive health education is expected to assist couples of reproductive age in choosing appropriate contraceptive methods, reducing side effects, and improving reproductive health status
