Abstract

Problem formulation which can be laid open in this research shall be as follows: 1) Whether behavioral factors of leader, motivate and environment work by together have an effect on to labour capacity of employees on part of production at PT. Madukara Malang, 2) Among behavioral factors of leader, motivate and environment work the, which factor having an effect on dominant to labour capacity of employees on part of production at PT. Madukara Malang. As for research target is to analyze the behavioral factors influence of leader, motivate, and environment work by together to labour capacity of employees on part of production at PT. Madukara Malang and also to analyze which the factors among behavioral factor of leader, motivate, and job environment having an effect on dominant to labour capacity of employees on part of production at PT. Madukara.Result of test F indicate that by together behavioral variable of duty, behavioral of relation, motivate the intrinsic, motivate the extrinsic, and environment work by together have an effect on by significant to labour capacity of employees on part of production at PT. Madukara Worse luck, meaning progressively mount the duty behavioral, behavioral of relation, motivate the intrinsic, motivate the extrinsic, and environment work hence reached labour capacity will mount. Result of research indicate that the change of labour capacity equal to 78,2% because of change by together duty behavioral, behavioral of relation, motivate the intrinsic, motivate the extrinsic, and environment work, while the rest 21,8% because dissimilar variable which not checked.Result of t test obtained by result that duty behavioral, behavioral of relation, motivate the extrinsic and environment work to have an effect on by significant to labour capacity. In the reality behavioral variable of duty represent the dominant variable have an effect on to labour capacity, become the head behavioral represent the variable having an effect on dominant to labour capacity of employees on part of production PT. Madukara worse luck tested.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus  anak melalui kegiatan menempel pada pola di Kelompok B TK Negeri Melati Mekar Kecamatan Wolasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Tahap-tahap dalam penelitian ini mengikuti prosedur penelitian tindakan kelas, yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan atau observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru dan anak di Kelompok B TK Negeri Melati Mekar Kecamatan Wolasi yang berjumlah 20 orang yang terdiri atas 8 orang anak laki-laki dan 12 orang anak perempuan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar anak melalui kegiatan menempel pada pola menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan. Hal ini dapat ditunjukkan pada siklus I diperoleh keberhasilan anak mencapai persentase 60% dan pada siklus II diperoleh keberhasilan dengan persentase 85%.  Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan motorik halus  anak di Kelompok B TK Negeri Melati Mekar dapat ditingkatkan melalui kegiatan menempel pada pola. Kata kunci: Motorik Halus, Menempel, Pola.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel Job Insecurity, Job Description, dan Kompensasi secara parsial dan simultan terhadap Turnover Intention karyawan PT. Indosat Ooredoo Tbk Regional Batam. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Indosat Ooredoo Tbk Regional Batam yang berjumlah 90 orang dengan anggota populasi dijadikan sampel secara keseluruhan dengan metode kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) job insecurity berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention karyawan dilihat dari nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai t hitung 4,305 > t tabel 1,988. (2) job description berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention karyawan dilihat dari nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai t hitung 2,772. (3) kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention karyawan dilihat dari nilai signifikan 0,380 > 0,05 dan nilai t hitung -0,883 < t tabel 1,988. (4) hasil penelitian secara simultan menujukkan bahwa job insecurity, job description dan kompensasi berpengaruh bersama-sama terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT Indosat Ooredoo Tbk Regional Batam. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari hasil uji F dimana dimana nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai F hitung 29,994 > F tabel 2,71.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh beban kerja, stres kerja, lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Garuda Tijaroh Industri di Batam. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sample menggunakan teknik sensus sampling. Data sekunder diperoleh berkaitan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Garuda Tijaroh Industri yang berjumlah 60 karyawan. Hasil analisis dapat diketahui bahwa beban kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, stres kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan hasil analisis secara simultan mengindikasikan bahwa antara keempat variabel yang diteliti yaitu beban kerja, stres kerja, lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The ability to speak English is a must to survive in global competition. As education people always try and want to explore to improve the quality of graduates who are better with a variety of methods, but the results are still not satisfactory as expected. Various attempts to improve English learning outcomes have been carried out through suitable and fun learning models using in-service and on-service training systems, but after completing the training many teachers returned to the old teaching method (teacher centered). Communicative approach methods / approaches have not been implemented so that the results achieved have not been improved. Of the four English language skills, the lowest score is speaking skills. The main cause is the low student interest in learning and the use of media that is less interesting, coupled with teaching and learning activities in the classroom that are boring. Seeing this kind of teacher creativity is needed, for example by conducting teaching and learning activities based on visual illustration media according to the tastes of the child but so that it can meet the demands of the curriculum and keep abreast of technological developments. The research method used is to use the concept of Action Research Class which consists of 2 cycles, where each cycle consists of several stages, namely planning, action implementation, observation and evaluation and reflection. Classroom action research on improving speaking English by applying cybernetic learning theory and visual illustration media carried out over two cycles is able to be an alternative learning reference for teachers and students who are fun.

Abstract

The government has declared the Covid-19 pandemic a national disaster. Since then, various regulations related to preventing the spread of Covid-19 have been issued. The government's policy must be followed by the whole community. Policy socialization can be adopted more quickly with community participation. First, by participating in implementing the policy and second, participating in disseminating the policy. PMI as a national humanitarian institution also plays a role. Through PMI's SIBAT Team, government policies can be disseminated to the public. The Abdimas team then helped train the SIBAT team in order to increase their capacity and assist in the implementation of community-based outreach programs. Keywords: Capacity, Socialization, Health Protocol, SIBAT PMI Pandemi Covid-19 dinyatakan pemerintah sebagai bencana nasional. Sejak itu berbagai peraturan terkait pencegahan penyebaran Covid-19 dikeluarkan. Kebijakan pemerintah tersebut harus diikuti oleh seluruh masyarakat. Sosialiasi kebijakan bisa lebih cepat teradopsi dengan adanya partisipasi masyarakat. Pertama, dengan ikut melaksanakan kebijakan dan kedua, ikut mensosialisasikan kebijakan. PMI sebagai lembaga kemanusiaan nasional turut berperan. Melalui Tim SIBAT PMI, kebijakan pemerintah dapat disosialisasikan kepada masyarakat. Tim Abdimas kemudian membantu melatih tim SIBAT agar dapat meningkatkan kapasitasnya dan pendampingan pelaksanaan program sosialisasi berbasis masyarakat. Abstract

History learning in the 21st century emphasizes the importance of students having the knowledge and skills that lead to the creation of a smart and competent generation. Presenting history learning that is able to make students the center of learning, actively involved and having skills is a big responsibility for teachers. History teachers must be able to provide variations of learning in the classroom in order to explore students' knowledge and skills to achieve learning objectives. The project-based history learning model is one of the learning strategies that can be chosen by the teacher. Through this learning model, students can act actively and creatively in producing learning products. So the purpose of this research is to analyze the teacher's contribution in applying students' collaboration and creativity skills in project-based history learning. This research was conducted at MAN 1 Banjarmasin. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through observation and interviews with history teachers and students of XI IPS 1 MAN 1 Banjarmasin. The results of this study are the use of project-based history learning models can encourage students to have the skills to work together in teams and think creatively in order to produce a product. The teacher's contribution is very important in the implementation of project-based history learning, namely the teacher is involved as a facilitator, mentor, director and assessor. The success of teachers in applying this history learning model can also be seen from the achievement of several indicators of collaboration skills and creativity that students have when working on a given project.

Abstract

Learning at school during Covid-19 was carried out online, but caused a decrease in student interest in learning at SMK Negeri 1 Kotabaru. As for teacher complaints, such as the lack of facilities and infrastructure using more interactive learning media, such as Kahoot!, because teachers tend to use simple learning media, such as Power Point. Even though learning media is a means that can be used as an intermediary in the learning process to increase effectiveness and efficiency in achieving learning objectives. This study aims to determine the effect of using Kahoot! towards students' learning interest in history learning at SMK Negeri 1 Kotabaru. This study used Quasi Experimental Design with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The population used is class X, with purposive sampling techniques, then the research sample is class X RPL as the experimental class and class X AKL 2 as the control class. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. Trials of research instruments are carried out with validity and reliability. Testing data analysis techniques, namely with prerequisites, homogeneity and hypotheses. The results of calculations through t-tests, data on learning interest in the experimental class averaged 118.1818, while learning interest in the control class averaged 80.2333. From these data, the Independent Samples Test shows the sig value. 0.00 < 0.05 so Ho rejected Ha accepted. In conclusion, after t-test treatment with Independent Samples Test there was a significant effect on using Kahoot! towards the learning interest of grade X students at SMK Negeri 1 Kotabaru.

Abstract

South Kalimantan is a province where the majority of the population holds strong Islamic teachings. This is evidenced by the large number of ulama who are scattered in almost all areas in South Kalimantan, therefore the Banjar community is known as a strong community holding the religion of Islam because of the existence of ulama who have influence and a large role in society. The research objective was to describe the biography of a ulama from Martapura named KH Muhammad Rosyad and to explain his role as a ulama in Martapura Subdistrict Kota Banjar Regency in 1939-2000. The research method used is the historical method. The steps taken in this research are heuristics or data collection through the interview method. The second stage is data criticism. The third stage is interpretation, and the last stage is historiography, namely writing the research results. The results showed that KH Muhammad Rosyad was born from the marriage of KH. Ahmad Zaini and Hj. Noorjanah on April 15, 1939, and died on Thursday, June 8, 2000 at the age of 63. The role of KH Muhammad Rosyad in preaching is that he opens a routine recitation every Wednesday night. He is also a lecturer at the Darussalam Martapura Islamic Boarding School, Datu Kalampayan Bangil and the College of Sharia Sciences. He is one of the scholars whose words and actions are in harmony in fostering the ummah, this is evidenced by him establishing a financial institution called BMT Al-Karomah Martapura Sharia Cooperative which still exists today with the aim of helping the economy of the people, especially the people of Martapura.

Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum represents an evolution from the 2013 Curriculum, introducing several changes aimed at providing schools, teachers, and students with opportunities to innovate, improvise, and negotiate for independent and creative learning. This research aims to investigate the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, highlighting challenges and efforts in teaching history. The research methodology utilized is descriptive qualitative, employing data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and document analysis. Data analysis involves data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions, with validity ensured through measures of credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The findings reveal that Vocational High School 2 Banjarmasin has adopted the Merdeka Curriculum since 2021, emphasizing learning to generate products and services. Intracurricular learning is categorized into regular classroom sessions and extracurricular learning activities. The Project to Strengthen the Profile of Pancasila Students (P5) is conducted for a month outside regular teaching hours, with teachers independently preparing teaching materials. Teachers encounter various challenges in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum, including difficulties in analyzing learning outcomes, formulating learning objectives, constructing the flow of learning objectives, developing teaching modules, and selecting appropriate teaching media and methods. Additionally, limitations in technology, student textbooks, and classroom space contribute to these challenges. Efforts to address the obstacles in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum involve collective commitment, specialized training such as upskilling sessions and subject teacher collaboration activities, as well as enhancements to educational facilities and infrastructure. In conclusion, teachers must adapt to curriculum changes, overcome implementation obstacles, and possess the flexibility to ensure the effectiveness of curriculum implementation at Vocational High School 2 Banjarmasin.
