Abstract

ABSTRAK: Secara singkat pengertian manajemen adalah pengelolaan sumber daya yang dilakukan seseorang untuk mencapai tujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen atau pengelolaan di RA Hidayatul Islamiyah dengan metode penelitian observasi dan wawancara secara langsung dengan pihak terkait. Adapun manajemen yang diteliti adalah manajemen kurikukulum, manajemen peserta didik, manajemen tenaga pendidik, manajemen sarana prasarana dan manajemen pembiayaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sarana prasarana yang masih kurang, Keuangan yang masih minim, Sumber daya manusia atau guru yang belum menguasai teori ke-PAUD an, Program pembelajaran yang masih mengandalkan kurikulum kemenag dan kurikulum 2013. Adapun alternatif solusi yang ditawarkan penulis diantaranya mencari donatur untuk menambah sarana prasarana yang ada, meningkatkan program RA Hidayatul Islamiyah yang menarik, berkualitas dan bermanfaat untuk anak, Berusaha meningkatkan jumlah peserta didik dengan promosi serta meningkatkan kualitas guru dengan mengikuti seminar dan pelatihan. Abstract

Sekolah mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting dalam melakukan layanan pendidikan dan bimbingan untuk anak usia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana peran sekolah dalam upaya optimalisasi pendidikan karakter anak usia dini. Adapun desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu studi literatur dengan mengumpulkan berbaga literatur yang relevan dengan fokus penelitian. Hal penelitian ini yaitu peran sekolah dalam pendidikan karakter yaitu dapat melalui menerapkan disiplin pada anak, partisipasi penuh dalam pembentukan karakter, menjadi contoh yang baik atau teladan bagi anak, menumbuhkan nilai-nilai moral pada anak. semua hal tersebut harus dilakukan oleh guru agar terciptanya generasi penurus bangsa yang mempunyai karakter.

Abstract

Studi ini dilakukan karena banyak siswa yang tidak menyadari bahwa mereka harus melakukan sholat fardhu dzuhur di sekolah, terutama secara berjamaah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana sholat fardhu dzuhur berjamaah memengaruhi kedisiplinan belajar siswa di SMA Negeri 2 Klari Kabupaten Karawang. Metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Untuk mengumpulkan data, peneliti menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) sholat dzuhur yang berkelanjutan merupakan upaya sekolah untuk membentuk kebiasaan sholat siswa; dan (2) kebiasaan belajar siswa yang berkelanjutan akan mempengaruhi kebiasaan belajar mereka di sekolah. Studi ini dapat bermanfaat bagi SMA Negeri 2 Klari karena akan memberikan perhatian lebih besar pada cara melaksanakan shalat dzuhur berjamaah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran dan dampak dialog lintas agama dan lintas budaya yang difasilitasi oleh Parlemen Inggris dan Westminster Abbey di Inggris. Dalam konteks meningkatnya keragaman etnis dan agama di Inggris, dialog ini menjadi krusial untuk mempromosikan pemahaman, toleransi, dan kerjasama antar komunitas yang berbeda. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan metode studi literatur, wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dialog lintas agama dan lintas budaya di kedua institusi ini berkontribusi positif dalam memperkuat kohesi sosial, mendorong kolaborasi antar komunitas, dan mempengaruhi pembuatan kebijakan yang lebih inklusif. Namun, tantangan seperti perbedaan perspektif, keterwakilan yang tidak merata, dan resistensi dari beberapa kalangan masih harus diatasi. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa dialog ini memiliki dampak jangka panjang dalam membentuk sikap masyarakat yang lebih terbuka dan menghargai perbedaan, serta memperkuat jaringan sosial antar komunitas. Rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dialog ini meliputi peningkatan representasi, pelatihan mediator, dan evaluasi berkala terhadap inisiatif dialog. Melalui temuan ini, diharapkan dapat diperoleh pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang pentingnya dialog lintas agama dan lintas budaya dalam membangun masyarakat yang inklusif dan harmonis di Inggris.

Abstract

Purwokerto is an interesting city to visit because it has many tourist attractions that offer natural beauty. Many tourists visiting Purwokerto have difficulty getting information about tourist objects and determining tourist destinations. This is based on the results of a survey of 114 respondents. Based on these problems, we need a system that provides information and provides recommendations regarding tourist destinations. The system is designed by applying the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) algorithmas an algorithm that selects tourist destinations based on the criteria entered by the user. As for the methoddevelopment The software used in this research is a method Waterfall. Which systemhas beenbuilt tested to users using the User Acceptance Test testing method. This is meant to mengmeasure user acceptance. UAT testing conducted on 100 respondents measured 3 aspects, namely, software engineering aspects, functionality aspects, and visual communication aspectsal gives a value of 5,660. The value is converted using the Likert's Summated Rating (LSR) method, giving the conclusion that the system that has been built is accepted by the user.

Abstract

The XYZ e-wallet application provides convenience in non-cash transactions with various features. Even though it allows for comfort in commerce, there are deficiencies in the XYZ e-wallet application that make users feel uncomfortable and dissatisfied. Weaknesses in the XYZ e-wallet application, namely there are problems updating the XYZ e-wallet to Premium, it is difficult to make payments to merchants who work with the XYZ e-wallet application, and there are problems with e-wallet application services on the service menu reporting problems response the customer service of the XYZ e-wallet application is old and ineffective. The results of the pre-research questionnaire on 59 answers found that 54.2% of respondents needed help making transactions. As many as 61% of users are dissatisfied with the services provided by the XYZ e-wallet application. This research analyzed user satisfaction with the XYZ e-wallet application using the EUCS method. This method measures five variables: Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use, and Timelines. Each variable is measured with four questions. The results showed that the variables Content, Format, and Ease of Use were satisfied with Very Satisfied criteria, while the Accuracy and Timeliness variables had Satisfied criteria. The smallest calculated value is in the Accuracy and Timeliness variables which discuss the accuracy of errors when making transfers, upgrading the XYZ e-wallet account to Premium, and timeliness in handling problem reports. Abstract

Kerusakan lingkungan yang dilakukan oleh ulah manusia kini semakin kompleks. Peran ecoliteracy sangat penting dalam menjadikan manusia yang melek ekologis. Bank sampah merupakan sebuah upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meminimalisir kerusakan ingkungan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian studi kasus dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 3 orang partisipan. Adapun hasil penelitian ini anak usia dini sangat antusias dalam mengumpulkan sampah plastik untuk dikumpulkan lalu di jual. Masalah sampah plastik dilingkungan keluarga tersebut dapat diminimalisir dan anak memiliki kepedulian terhadap merawat lingkungan sekitarnya.

Abstract

This article explores the transformative impact of Information Technology (IT) on Islamic education through insights gained from da'wah practices in South Korea. The integration of IT tools such as mobile applications, online courses, and social media platforms has revolutionized traditional methods of religious instruction, enhancing accessibility, engagement, and community building within the Muslim minority context. Drawing on qualitative research methods including interviews and case studies, this study examines the adoption of IT in Islamic educational initiatives, identifies challenges and opportunities, and discusses future trends such as virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) in religious education. The findings underscore the potential of IT to facilitate inclusive and dynamic educational practices while addressing socio-cultural and ethical considerations in an increasingly digital era.

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan mengembangkan kurikulum tematik guna mengoptimalkan pembelajaran anak usia dini (AUD) di PAUD Al-Ghazali. Kurikulum tematik menjadi pendekatan yang efektif dalam meningkatkan pengalaman belajar anak secara holistik, namun implementasinya masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara dengan pendidik, serta analisis dokumen kurikulum yang digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum tematik di PAUD Al-Ghazali telah diterapkan sesuai dengan prinsip pembelajaran AUD, namun masih terdapat beberapa aspek yang perlu diperbaiki, seperti integrasi materi antar tema, fleksibilitas kurikulum, serta keterlibatan orang tua dalam proses pembelajaran. Selain itu, evaluasi juga mengungkap bahwa metode asesmen dalam kurikulum perlu diperbaharui agar lebih sesuai dengan karakteristik perkembangan anak. Berdasarkan temuan ini, pengembangan kurikulum dilakukan dengan memperkuat keterpaduan tema, meningkatkan kreativitas metode pembelajaran, serta mengoptimalkan peran guru dan lingkungan dalam mendukung eksplorasi anak. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa evaluasi dan pengembangan kurikulum tematik sangat penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran AUD. Rekomendasi yang diberikan diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi lembaga pendidikan dalam menyusun kurikulum yang lebih adaptif dan berkualitas. Kata Kunci : evaluasi kurikulum, kurikulum tematik, pembelajaran AUD, pengembangan kurikulum. ABSTRACT: This study aims to evaluate and develop a thematic curriculum to optimize early childhood education (ECE) learning at PAUD Al-Ghazali. Thematic curriculum is an effective approach to enhancing children's holistic learning experiences; however, its implementation still faces various challenges. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques include observations, interviews with educators, and an analysis of the curriculum documents used. The findings indicate that the thematic curriculum at PAUD Al-Ghazali has been implemented in accordance with ECE learning principles. However, some aspects require improvement, such as the integration of materials across themes, curriculum flexibility, and parental involvement in the learning process. Additionally, the evaluation reveals that assessment methods within the curriculum need to be updated to better align with children's developmental characteristics. Based on these findings, curriculum development focuses on strengthening thematic integration, enhancing creative teaching methods, and optimizing the role of teachers and the learning environment in supporting children's exploration. This study concludes that evaluating and developing the thematic curriculum is essential for improving the effectiveness of ECE learning. The recommendations provided are expected to serve as a reference for educational institutions in designing a more adaptive and high-quality curriculum.
