Abstract

Sejak awal tahun 2020 di seluruh dunia terjadi pandemi covid-19. Hal tersebut sangat berdampak buruk bagi seluruh sendi kehidupan manusia, tidak hanya di bidang kesehatan, akan tetapi juga di bidang sosial, politik, teknologi, dan juga dibidang ekonomi. Salah satu UMKM yang terdampak akibat pendemi covid-19 adalah UMKM Kue Moci Najah. UMKM ini terpaksa berhenti produksi selama sekitar dua tahun akibat menurunnya jumlah pembeli. Pada awal tahun 2022, pandemi covid-19 mereda dan masyarakat diperbolehkan kembali untuk beraktivitas, UMKM ini mulai mencoba bangkit kembali. Akan tetapi penjualan yang diperoleh belum sesuai dengan yang diharapkan.Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan membantu UMKM dalam rangka meningkatkan penjualan pasca pandemi Covid-19. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah metode penyuluhan dan pelatihan. Target yang ingin dicapai adalah mitra dapat menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang tepat sehingga dapat meningkatkan penjualan.Setelah dilakukan pengabdian masyarakat, telah terjadi perubahan yang positif pada pelaku UMKM kue moci Najah terhadap pengetahuan dan pemahaman dalam strategi memasarkan produk UMKM. Disamping itu Pelatihan yang diberikan dapat menambah ketrampilan bagi pelaku UMKM dalam melakukan pemasaran secara online.

Abstract

Tahun 2021 Pemerintah mengeluarkan Undang-Undang Harmonisasi Peraturan Perpajakan (UU HPP) untuk memperbaharui peraturan yang sudah ada sebelumnya. Salah satu pembaharuan peraturan dalam UU HPP adalah memberikan fasilitas kemudahan dan penyederhanaan administrasi dibidang perpajakan bagi Wajib Orang Pribadi (WPOP) dengan kriteria Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) yang memiliki peredaran usaha dalam satu tahun pajak tidak lebih dari Rp4.800.000.000 (empat miliar delapan ratus juta rupiah). Fasilitas tersebut antara lain tarif Pajak Penghasilan (PPh) Final 0,5% dari peredaran bruto, batasan penghasilan bruto tidak kena pajak hingga Rp500.000.000 (lima ratus juta rupiah) setahun dan penerapan tarif final Pajak Pertambahan Nilai (PPN) 1% (satu persen) 2% (dua persen) 3% (tiga persen) berstatus Pengusaha Kena Pajak (PKP), serta digelar Program Pengungkapan Sukarela (PPS). Hasil Wawancara tim PkM kepada WPOP Pedagang Eceran Kriteria Mikro bahwa mereka tidak mengetahui terkait UU HPP. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah sosialisasi teoritis dan pendampingan praktis. Mitra dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah 13 WPOP kriteria usaha mikro di kota Semarang. Hasil Pengabdian ini WPOP mengetahui UU HPP terkait UMKM, mampu menghitung, menyetor dan melaporkan pajak, sehingga kepatuhan pajak semakin meningkat.

Abstract

The research aims to examine the role of Brand Trust, Brand Image and promotion in the decision to choose a college. Research provides the benefit of providing input for universities in their efforts to increase the number of students. The population in this study were students who had still been active at Semarang University. The total number of samples taken was 106 respondents using purposive sampling data collection techniques. The analysis technique used is multi-linear regression and path analysis. The research results show that Brand Image and Promotion partially influence Brand Trust. Brand Image, Promotion and Brand Trust partially influence the decision to choose a university. However, Brand Trust is not able to mediate the relationship between Brand Image and the Decision to Choose a college and the relationship between Promotion and the Decision to Choose a college. The results of this research have the implication that universities can develop more targeted strategies to create a positive image of universities and design appropriate promotional strategies to increase trust in universities and increase the number of students.

Abstract

The research was conducted to produce a formulation of the concept ofDecision to Buy Halal Products in Generation Z with Digital Marketingas a new paradigm of business success perspective, in New Students ofthe Faculty of Economics, University of Semarang The Decision to BuyHalal Products in Generation Z was built through efforts to identify theUse of Social Media, Marketing Influencers and Lifestyle with theUnderstanding of Halal Products as a moderation of the relationshipbetween the Use of Social Media and Lifestyle with the Decision to BuyHalal Products in Generation Z represented by New Students of theFaculty of Economics, University of Semarang. New students of theUniversity of Semarang became the population, while a sample of 175was calculated using the Lemeshow formula. Medelling StructuralEquation (SEM) analysis with the application of the Partial LeastSquare (PLS) program, namely smartPLS.4.0 is used to prove thehypothesis. The results of hypothesis testing show that the Decision toBuy Halal Products is actualized through the Use of Social Media,Influencer Marketing and Lifestyle. The Use of Social Media,Marketing Influencers and Lifestyle directly has a significant effect onthe positive direction of the Decision to Buy Halal Products,Understanding Halal Products is not able to moderate the relationshipbetween the Use of Social Media and Lifestyle in the Decision to BuyHalal Products. The decision to buy Halal products in Generation Z isinfluenced by the Use of Social Media, Marketing Influencer andLifestyle by 53.00%. The research model has a QSquare of 0.2809(>0), which means that the model has strong predictive relevance.Understanding Halal Products in Deciding to Buy Halal Products inGeneration Z.

The utility of the research is to help universities create word of mouth to support the sustainability and competitiveness of higher education. The population of this study are still active students at Semarang University. The number of samples is 100 and the selection of the sample ofis a conscious selection based on the criterion of respondents who are studying at least in the 4th semester. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and trajectory analysis.The results of the study indicate that the quality of the service and the image of the facility have a partially positive effect on customer satisfaction. The journey analysis, on the other hand, shows that customer satisfaction can neither reflect the relationship between service quality and PTO nor the relationship between image and PTO

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and describe the effect of Psychological Capital, Person Organizational Fit (PO-Fit) and Employee Engagement on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in the MANAGE section of the Semarang Police Academy Police. Samples were taken as many as 100 employees, while the sampling technique used was the Saturated Sample method. The data analysis technique was carried out using Multiple Linear Regression. With descriptive analysis method, the data analysis technique in this study used the SPSS 21.00 program. Hypothesis testing shows that there is a significant effect of Psychological Capital, Person Organizational Fit (PO-Fit) and Employee Engagement on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).  Keywords: Psychological Capital, Person Organizational Fit (PO-Fit), Employee Engagement, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB),
