Abstract

This study aims to analyze the income of corn farmers in Sangkub III Village based on land ownership. This research was carried out from November to January 2022. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through direct interviews with 20 respondents (10 respondents from owner farmers and 10 respondents from rented farmers) using a questionnaire. Secondary data were obtained from the government of Sangkub III Village and other institutions related to this research. Sampling method using simple random sampling method or simple random technique. The variables measured were the respondent's characteristics, land tenure status, expenditure, income and revenue. The data analysis method used is farm income analysis. The results showed that, the average income of corn farming in Sangkub III Village, Sangkub District, North Bolaang Mongondow Regency in one planting season was obtained by the owner farmer of Rp. 3,756,551/ha, while the average income obtained by rented farmers is Rp. 3,674,520/ha.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the break even point of potato farming in Manembo Village, East Passi District. This research was carried out for three months from July 2021 to September 2021. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data then descriptively analyzed. The results showed that at the prevailing price level and the production results achieved, potato farmers in Manembo Village earned an income of IDR 5,105 256 in one planting. The break-even point (BEP value) of potato farming in one planting in Manembo Village was achieved at a value of IDR 2,529 /kg. The amount of production that must be obtained by potato farmers in Manembo Village in order to break even is 57 sacks at a price level of Rp. In other words, the minimum price of Potatoes in Manembo Village is Rp. 2.529 at a production level of 26.47 kg. Production can be increased by carrying out more intensive management of potato farming.

Abstract

This study aims to see how much profit Aisyah's Kitchen business in Kleak Village, Malalayang District, Manado City. The research method used is the survey method. The data required is primary data taken using questionnaires and interviews directly with business owners. The data collected will be tabulated and analyzed. The analytical tools used are profit analysis and R/C Ratio. The results showed that the profit from Aisyah's Kitchen business through the value of the R/C Ratio was 2.24 with the provisions greater than> 0 the business was declared profitable and worth developing. The results of this study can see how much profit per product, see the price per product, so that it can be seen whether it is profitable or not.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the internal and external factors and marketing strategies of the Cousin Coffee shop business in Walian Village, Tomohon Selatan District, Tomohon City. Determination of informants in this coffee shop is using purposive sampling technique. Informants in this study were coffee shop owners, employees and customers. The data collected are primary data and secondary data using SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicate that Cousin Coffee coffee shop has internal strategic factors, namely strengths including strategic location, spacious place, there are many varied menu choices, and raw materials such as quality coffee. Weaknesses, namely social media related to promotional activities that have not been maximized, (private rooms) that are not yet available, lack of facilities such as wifi and other supporting facilities, and parking lots that are less spacious. And external strategic factors, namely opportunities including many residents around, building relationships with customers, attracting consumers with special offers, many relationships with people, and safe environmental conditions. Threats are the number of competitors, prices from competitors, unsatisfied consumer demand, the emergence of new coffee shops and offering promos and a better atmosphere, and unstable prices for basic commodities. The matrix of internal and external strategic factors shows a total value of 3.10 and 2.76, respectively. With the total value of the internal and external strategic factor matrix, it shows that this coffee shop is in quadrant 1, namely an aggressive strategy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much income is obtained by wet-rice farmers in Biontong 1 Village, East Bolangitang District, North Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The analysis method used is profit analysis which calculates the difference between revenue and total costs incurred. The results of this study reveal that farming activities generate significant profits and are feasible to cultivate. The relatively high amount of income per hectare gives a positive indication of the profitability of the farm. Therefore, it can be concluded that paddy rice farming in Biontong Village, Bolangitang Timur Sub-district has good potential in providing economic benefits to farmers, and the sustainability of this activity can be considered.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing margin of Captikus in Atep Village, Langowan Selatan District. The research was conducted from August to November 2023 using purposive sampling method for farmers (2 people per area were taken who were actively trying) and snowball sampling for collectors and retailers. Primary and secondary data were analyzed descriptively quantitatively to calculate marketing margins, price shares, and distribution channels. The results showed a marketing margin of IDR 10,159/liter for collecting traders with a price share of 24%, while the margin for retailers reached IDR 12,777/liter with a price share of 31%. The purchase price of Captikus from farmers by collectors is IDR 18,729/liter, then sold to retailers for IDR 28,800/liter, and finally marketed to consumers at IDR 41,666/liter. These findings indicate that the Captikus marketing chain in the study location has a significant margin structure, with higher profit distribution at the retailer level.
