This study aims to determine the characteristics of farmers who own coconut cultivators in Pinamorongan Village, Tareran District, South Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted during May-June 2022. In Pinamorongan Village, Tareran District, South Minahasa Regency, the data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through interviews with coconut cultivators in Pinamorongan Village using a questionnaire. Meanwhile, secondary data was taken from the Pinamorongan Village Office and the Central Bureau of Statistics for South Minahasa Regency. The results showed that the highest age of the farmer who owned the coconut cultivator in Pinamorongan Village was 71 years old and the lowest was 39 years old. Based on the education level of farmers, the highest was SMA/SMK while the lowest was SD and did not go to school. Based on the experience of farming, the highest is 50 years and the lowest is 10 years. Based on the coconut land area, the highest is 3 hectares (ha) and the lowest is 1/2 hectare (ha). Based on the number of dependents of the farming family, the most is 4 people and the least is 1 person. Based on the income level of farmers, the highest is IDR 7,454,439/harvest and the lowest is IDR 246,276/harvest.

This study aims to analyze the effect of land area and farming experience on the income of rice farmers in Taraitak I Village, North Langowan District, Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted for 3 months located in Taraitak 1 Village, North District, Minahasa Regency. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through interviews using a questionnaire (questionnaire) to rice farmers in Taraitak Satu Village, North Langowan District. Secondary data were obtained from the Village Office and various agencies involved in this study with various literature available in libraries and the internet. The results showed that the income of lowland rice farming in Taraitak 1 Village, North Langowan District was IDR4,258,814 per planting season with partial influence (t test) of the land area, the result of t count was 4,206 with a probability of 0,000 where this was stated there is a positive and significant effect on rice farming income and from farming experience obtained t count of 0.064 with a probability of 0.950 where it is stated that there is no positive and significant effect on farming income While for simultaneous effects (Test F) results obtained t count of 8,847 with a probability of 0,001 where it is stated that there is a positive and significant effect on farming income.

This study aims to determine the role of farmer groups in improving the welfare of farmers in Dumoga Village, East Dumoga District. This research was conducted from August to December 2022 in Dumoga Village, East Dumoga Subdistrict, Bolaang Mongondow Regency, North Sulawesi Province. The research used primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires directly to corn farmers in Dumoga Village, East Dumoga Subdistrict, Bolaang Mongondow Regency, while Secondary data were obtained from simultaneous reports in Dumoga Village, East Dumoga Subdistrict, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The sampling method uses a total sampling method of 25 samples from the total population. The samples taken were corn farmer groups that produced in 2022. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis method. Descriptive analysis is to explain and describe the state of phenomena that occur in the research area and to determine the role of farmer groups in improving the welfare of corn farmers. Furthermore, descriptive analysis measurements were carried out using a Likert scale, then scored, namely Score 1: Disagree, Score 2: Disagree, Score 3: Agree, Score 4: Strongly Agree. The results showed that the role of the Kamba Ula Farmer Group was very instrumental, both its role as a learning class, a vehicle for cooperation and a production unit played a role in this, so the level of farmer welfare increased because of the role of the farmer group had provided counseling and assistance.

This study aims to analyze the Pure Partisipation Rate of SD/MI and Gross Regional Domestic Product which affect the Education Dimension (Expected Years of Schooling) in North Sulawesi Province and to analyze the number of poor people and the open unemployment rate which affect the Expenditure Dimension (Decent Standard of Living) in North Sulawesi Province. This research was conducted from March to May 2023. The type of data used is secondary data from published reports produced by the North Sulawesi Central Statistics Agency for 2021. The objects in this study were 15 districts/cities in North Sulawesi province. The results of the study show that the Pure Partisipation Rate of SD/MI and Gross Regional Domestic Product simultaneously have an influence on the Old School Expectancy. The influence exerted by PPR SD/MI is 37.7% and GRDP is 25.8%. The number of poor people and the open unemployment rate simultaneously have an influence on per capita spending. The influence given by the number of poor people is 39.9% and the open unemployment rate is 45.8%.

This study aims to calculate the income of hydroponic lettuce farming on Vheehidroponics in Airmadidi Atas Village, Airmadidi District, North Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted from March to June 2023 in Airmadidi Atas Village, Airmadidi District, North Minahasa Regency. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through interviews using questionnaires, while secondary data were obtained from journals and theses. The method of data analysis is quantitative to calculate the income of hydroponic lettuce farming on Vheehidroponics. The results showed that the revenue of hydroponic lettuce farming on Vheehidroponik was IDR3,800,000, while the total costs incurred in lettuce farming in 1 month were IDR782,197, the income of hydroponic lettuce farming on Vheehidroponik in Airmadidi Atas Village, Airmadidi District, North Regency was IDR3,017,803 for 1 month.

The purpose of this study was to find out how the participation of members of the Tasatoma farmer group is in rice farming in Woloan Satu Utara Village, West Tomohon District, Tomohon City. This research was conducted for 3 months, starting from May to July 2023. The research site was carried out by the Tasatoma Farmers Group in Woloan Satu Utara Village, West Tomohon District, Tomohon City. The types of data taken in this research are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was data taken by researchers in the field directly from the source, namely the management and members of the Tasatoma farmer group who were the research sample using a list of questions that had been prepared by the researcher, with a total of 14 respondents. The results showed that the participation of members of the Tasatoma farmer group was 75.89% meaning that in general the participation was classified as less active when carrying out activities in the farmer group. This shows that as a whole the members of the Tasatoma farmer group still play an active role even though there are 2 indicators that must be considered and improved, especially on the respondent indicator in giving input to meetings in the planning stage and respondents in giving input to meetings in the evaluation stage, respondents must further improve self-confidence, innovation, as well as broad thinking so that when asked to submit suggestions or input, respondents can do so and there are interactions that occur at meetings in the planning stage as well as meetings in the evaluation stage.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the marketing strategy at the Septia Tani Store in Talawaan Village, Talawaan District, North Minahasa Regency. The sample in this study was the Owner or owner of the "Septia Tani" Shop in Talawaan Village, Talawaan District, North Minahasa Regency. The sampling method is carried out by purposive sampling method or intentionally, because the "Septia Tani" Shop is relatively more advanced than other agricultural stores in Talawaan District. The analysis method used is SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat). Data management is used with SWOT analysis and is processed through internal and external factors. Then carry out the preparation of the strategy using the SWOT matrix. Based on the results of the study, the marketing strategy of Toko Septia Tani is in the first quadrant. Toko Septia Tani is in a very advantageous position in maximizing business growth with a strategy of taking advantage of market opportunities and internal strength.

This research aims to identify and understand social capital in the Tulus Farmer Group in Ponompiaan Village, Dumoga Sub-district, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The research was conducted for 3 months, from May to July 2023. Data collection methods in this study used primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from direct interviews with members of the Tulus Farmer Group using a list of questions that had been prepared in the form of a questionnaire. Secondary data was obtained from institutions related to the research problem, namely the Ponompiaan Village government. Sampling was done purposively (purposive sampling), the sample taken was the Tulus Farmer Group with a total of 15 farmer group members/respondents. The data analysis method was descriptive qualitative. Based on a survey in the field, the Tulus Farmer Group established good social relations in the form of mutual trust between fellow members and mutual trust between farmer groups and other farmer groups. The highest social capital is in the trust indicator, followed by the social network indicator and finally the social norm indicator.

This study aims to determine the supply chain of copra commodities at PT Samudra Manado City. This research was conducted from June to October 2023. Sampling in this study used snowball sampling method (chain method), with a total sample of 17 farmers. This research used primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used was descriptive analysis to explain the process of product flow, financial flow, and information flow. The results showed that the supply chain at PT Samudra Kota Manado is based on three flows in the supply chain, namely the flow of products from upstream to downstream starting from coconut farmers bringing coconuts to the shelter and then giving them to copra workers to be processed until they become copra. The supply chain of the PT Samudra company is very different from other places, the difference is very clear because in the PT Samudra company the owner controls all parts starting from land leasing, coconut farmers, until the coconut processing stage until it becomes copra, and also to the storage warehouse.

This study aims to describe the social capital and human capital that exist in the Manado Agro Sentosa CV business. This research was conducted from August to October 2023. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Primary data was collected through field observations and interviews with business owners, employees, suppliers and consumers. Secondary data is obtained through information from within the company, from the internet through google scholar in the form of books, journal articles and theses related to the research topic. The sampling method used purposive sampling method which was taken as many as 6 informants based on appropriate criteria to be used as informants. The results showed that social capital including trust, networks and norms had been built by business owners with various parties, namely employees, suppliers and consumers. Human capital owned by the owner is obtained through education and experience which helps in the process of business activities at CV Manado Agro Sentosa.
