Abstract

Aplikasi pembelajaran adalah opsi praktis media belajar untuk digunakan pada sebuah perangkat mobile. Selama pandemi COVID-19, jumlah pengguna aplikasi pembelajaran melonjak pesat karena fasilitas pembelajaran tradisional mengalami pembatasan sosial. Adanya peningkatan jumlah pengguna dapat memberi kesempatan bagi pemilik aplikasi untuk meningkatkan kualitasnya. Terlebih dahulu, evaluasi kualitas aplikasi dilakukan untuk menentukan kualitas aplikasi saat ini. Salah satu aplikasi pembelajaran seperti Sololearn tentu memiliki ulasan komentar pengguna tentang hasil penggunaan aplikasi. Komentar pengguna yang bersentimen positif atau negatif dinilai memiliki informasi berguna untuk mengevaluasi kualitas aplikasi. Oleh karena itu, informasi kualitas beserta sentimennya digali dalam teks ulasan mengikuti panduan ISO/IEC 25010 pada domain Quality in Use. Panduan ini memberikan definisi penilaian aplikasi dari sisi pengguna, dengan karakteristik satisfaction dan freedom from risk adalah aspek yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini. Proses analisis sentimen menggunakan metode lexicon-based SentiWordNet menghasilkan nilai akurasi 77%. Kemudian hasil klasifikasi data ulasan Sololearn pada tahun 2022, jumlah sentimen positif dan negatif pada karakteristik satisfaction adalah 93% positif dan 7% negatif. Sedangkan kelas freedom from risk memiliki sentimen positif 64% dan negatif 36%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara gaya kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV Nugroho Berkah Feed di Kabupaten Pasuruan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian sensus sehingga semua populasi dalam penelitian ini yang berjumlah 75 karyawan dijadikan sampel. Analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi berganda, uji F, uji T dan koefisien determinasi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Pengaruh simultan gaya kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan menghasilkan F hitung 54,652 dan nilai signifikasi 0.000. 2) Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan menghasilkan T hitung 2,980 dan nilai signifikasi 0.004. 3) Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan menghasilkan T hitung 6,089 dan nilai signifikasi 0.000. 4) koefisien determinasi variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan menunjukkan sebesar 60.3%. Gaya kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja dapat menjelaskan sebesar 60.3% keragaman variabel dependen yaitu kinerja karyawan. Adapun saran dari penelitian ini adalah berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pegawai merasa bahwa mereka pernah merasakan puas terhadap promosi jabatan dalam perusahaan, serta banyak sekali diantara mereka waktu yang puas terhadap para customer perusahaan.

Abstract

Cu₂SnS₃ (CTS) is a promising semiconductor for photovoltaic applications, yet its synthesis via solid-state sintering remains insufficiently explored. This study examines the phase evolution and structural properties of CTS thin films fabricated from Cu, Sn, and S elemental precursors sintered at 300 °C, 400 °C, 500 °C, and 600 °C. X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis confirmed that stoichiometric CTS attained optimal phase purity at 500°C, whereas off-stoichiometric compositions resulted in secondary phases such as Cu₂S, Cu₉.₆₇Sn₂.₃₃S₁₃, and SnS₂. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) revealed microstructural transformations, with well-defined crystalline domains emerging at 500°C but excessive grain coalescence in Cu-rich samples. Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) verified compositional variations, underscoring the critical role of stoichiometry in phase stability. These findings demonstrate that precise compositional control and optimized sintering conditions are essential for high-purity CTS films, advancing their potential for enhanced photovoltaic performance and long-term operational stability.

Abstract

This study presents a systematic review of recent empirical research examining the role of YouTube as an instructional tool for enhancing English as a Foreign Language (EFL) learners' speaking abilities, with particular emphasis on vocabulary development, pronunciation improvement, and confidence building in digital learning contexts. Adhering to the PRISMA 2020 framework, the review analyzed fifteen empirical studies published between 2020 and 2023, sourced from databases such as Google Scholar, ERIC, and DOAJ. The findings indicate that YouTube supports speaking skill development by offering learners authentic, multimodal, and repeated exposure to spoken language. Results showed that learners experienced better vocabulary acquisition, more accurate pronunciation through mimicry, and increased speaking confidence due to the flexibility of self-paced learning. Conversely, unstructured or passive viewing was found to have minimal impact. The implications of this review are significant for EFL educators, curriculum developers, and educational institutions seeking to effectively incorporate YouTube into speaking instruction through interactive, reflective, and task-based approaches. This study offers a distinctive synthesis of recent global research and emphasizes pedagogical techniques that promote active engagement in speaking rather than passive content consumption.

Abstract

The Index and Sustainability Status play an important role in ensuring the sustainable management of Forest Resources. The objective of this study is to analyze the index value and sustainability status of the management of Wan Abdur Rachman Grand Forest Park in the Sumber Sari Forest Farmers Group in social and economic dimensions. This research employs qualitative and quantitative approaches through observations and interviews. The community sample was obtained using a census method. The data collected were analyzed using multidimensional scaling with the Rapid Fisheries Assessment software. This software is used to assess sustainability status in social and economic aspects of the management. The research results indicate that the forest management in Wan Abdur Rachman Grand Forest Park by Sumber Sari Forest Farmers Group is categorized as quite sustainable. This status is reflected by the high sensitivity values in the community income attribute and accessibility (economic dimension), as well as the community participation attribute in management and the level of education of the community (social dimension). The improvement of road infrastructure, the selection of high-value commodities, training in forest product processing, and the socialization of forest product marketing need to be carried out by the government to achieve a status of very sustainable management.

Abstract

The use of herbs as part of traditional health efforts is still widely in demand by the community, so the role of health cadres is needed in providing appropriate education. This study aims to analyze the effect of training on the knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of health cadres at Kasihan I Health Center regarding the use of herbs. The research method used was quantitative with a pre-experimental one group pretest-posttest design. The results of the analysis showed that training had a positive effect on increasing knowledge and changing the behavior of cadres in the use and counseling of herbs. Training had a significant effect on the attitudes (p = 0.00) and behavior (p = 0.002) of health cadres about herbs. However, the effect on attitudes was not statistically significant. These findings indicate the importance of strengthening the affective aspect in training programs so that changes in attitudes occur in line with increased knowledge and behavior.
