Abstract

Pendidikan seksual dan kesehatan reproduksi merupakan kebutuhan penting bagi remaja, terutama yang tinggal di panti asuhan dengan akses informasi dan pendampingan orang tua yang terbatas. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran remaja Panti Asuhan Yayasan ABAS Bogor mengenai kesehatan reproduksi melalui program penyuluhan berbasis komunikasi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahap, yakni persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Metode yang digunakan memadukan ceramah, tanya jawab, serta permainan partisipatif untuk mendorong keterbukaan dan keaktifan peserta. Data evaluasi diperoleh melalui kuesioner kepuasan dan pembelajaran di akhir sesi dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil menunjukkan seluruh aspek kegiatan dinilai dalam kategori baik dan peserta menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi selama diskusi dan permainan. Observasi juga memperlihatkan peningkatan pemahaman mengenai perubahan tubuh, perilaku seksual berisiko, kekerasan seksual, serta jalur pelaporan dan bantuan. Kegiatan ini menawarkan model praktis komunikasi kesehatan partisipatif untuk pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi remaja di panti asuhan.

Abstract

LRC Kalbis Institute memiliki berbagai layanan dan sebagian masih memakai sistemkonvensional, hal ini bisa terlihat dari beberapa layanan perpustakaan yang masih menggunakan sistem berkas dengan mencetak formulir seperti, layanan pengajuan bebas pustaka, peminjaman ruang diskusi, penyerahan tugas akhir dan Kalbis library quiz. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini untuk lebih lanjut mengetahui manfaat aplikasi Google Form dalam menunjang layanan perpustakaan, mengikuti perkembangan teknologi informasi dankomunikasi, kombinasi pemanfaatan google form dan Google docs (Spredsheet) jelas memberikan kemudahan bagi Pemustaka dan mengurangi beban kerja Pustakawan yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara konvensional. Oleh sebab itu, kegiatan layanan yang berhubungan dengan pengisian formulir dan pemesanan penggunaan fasilitas perpustakaan dilakukan secara daring. Penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif deskripsi. Hasil pembahasan yaitu pemanfaatan aplikasi google form dan google speadsheet bisa merubah layanan yang sebelumnya sistem konvensional menjadi online sehingga meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pekerjaan dalam memberikan layanan pada LRC Kalbis Institute. Kolaborasi pemanfaatan kemajuan teknologi informasi dan pemanfaatan aplikasi smartphone sebaiknya dilakukan untuk mempermudah dan memperkaya pilihan dalam menunjang inovasi layanan di LRC Kalbis Institute.

Abstract

Playing intensity and anonymity are one of the causes of the tendency for toxic behavior in MLBB game players. The presence of this study aims to find out how much influence the variables of playing intensity and also anonymity have on the tendency to behave toxic behavior. This study uses a positivistic paradigm, a quantitative approach, as well as an explanatory survey method. The research data were obtained from questionnaires that were processed using the multiple linear regression analysis test method. The results of this study state that there is an effect of playing intensity and anonymity in the Mobile Legends game on the tendency of toxic behavior. Based on the coefficient of determination test conducted, it is stated that the effect of playing intensity and anonymity in the MLBB game has a significant effect that is classified as not high, namely 32.1% on a person's tendency to act toxic behavior.

Abstract

Differences in privacy and confidentiality exist from individuals or groups of individuals to protect their needs in personality. The purpose of this study is to analyze the perception of informants in the @Hezkiieltimothee regarding differences in privacy and confidentiality in comments from a netnographic study. Researchers used CPM, Netnography. Researchers used Analysis; comfortable living in a private relationship, choosing to live privately because they don't want their relationship to be seen by the public, private boundaries in relationships, namely five informants do not indulge in problems on social media, are always there for their partners, publish as necessary, one of the partners did not agree to live in a private relationship then one of them convinced. five informants chose their current partner because they believed their partner was much better than the previous one. informants accept the changes that occur because they are not excessive. Informants quarreled for less than 24 hours except Nadia.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic disrupted the operational stability of businesses across sectors, forcing Public Relations Officers (PROs) to adapt and innovate rapidly to sustain organizational resilience. This study investigates PRO behavior within organizations ranging from micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to national-level institutions, focusing on how communication practitioners navigated crisis-induced uncertainty. Informants were purposively selected PROs who directly managed organizational communication during the pandemic, and data were gathered through in-depth interviews conducted between 2021 and 2022. The urgency of this study lies in the limited empirical documentation of PRO behavioral patterns across organizational scales during COVID-19, despite the pandemic serving as a stress test for crisis communication capacity. Using a postpositivist paradigm and qualitative case study approach, this research employed the Kübler-Ross Change Curve as an analytical indicator to map adaptive and innovative responses. Findings reveal seven behavioral phases: shock, denial, frustration, depression, experiment, innovation decision, and integration; supported by five strategic endeavors: alignment building, communication enhancement, motivation ignition, capability development, and knowledge sharing. The study offers conceptual novelty through the proposed 5C Formula for Adaptation and Innovation, in which changing the paradigm and creating new habits represent adaptive stages. At the same time, creative approaches, channel optimization, and collaborative agreements constitute the innovation stages. This formula contributes an integrative framework for understanding PRO crisis behavior and offers practical guidance for future organizational communication strategies in prolonged disruptive conditions.

Abstract

The appearance of virus COVID-19 pandemic has made businesses change their marketing communication strategic ways to survive in this pandemic, including makeup companies like Madformakeup. One of the strategies used by Madfromakeup is planning a fair and effective digital marketing communication strategy and implementing customer engagement through the Rebel Together program. This study aims to determine the digital marketing communication strategy adopted by Madformakeup in increasing sales during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method that the researcher used is a qualitative method with the type of descriptive research. The results of this study are that Madformakeup implemented a digital marketing communication strategy during the COVID-19 pandemic so well and effectively through the STP and IMC concepts. To produce a digital marketing communication strategy that can be accepted by the public, especially customers from Madformakeup. Researchers collected data through interviews, observation, and documentation in the form of photos.
