Abstract

Karya sholihul huda ini merupakan pembahasan tentang dinamika pemikiran dan Gerakan infiltrasi ideologi yang dilakukan oleh sejumlah kelompok islam radikal ke lingkungan Muhammadiyah. Yang menjadi fokus adalah sejauh mana fenomena infiltrasi ideologi radikal terjadi di seluruh tingkat kepengurusan Muhammadiyah, mulai dari tingkat pusat hingga ranting Muhammadiyah. Sholihul Huda berusaha menyampaikan satu kasus yang terjadi di Muhammadiyah Lamongan, bahwa kawasan yang masyarakatnya banyak menjadi anggota Muhammadiyah, bahkan dalam kegiatannya bermuhammadiyah dapat dikatakan fanatic tetapi fakta yang sesungguhnya justru masih rapuh dari sisi ideologi. Buku ini akan membahas tema tersebut dengan terperinci.

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate and describe the management of developing potential students based on Islamic views. This study used a qualitative method with a case study approach. The subjects of the research were Madrasah supervisors, Madrasah headmasters, and the teachers. The results of the study showed that the development of potential students when referring to the objectives of national education in particular and development, in general, is to create "Total Man" by creating human beings who has complete characteristics, harmonious, and balanced in the development of all aspects of his personality. Humans as a whole are individuals who can reach all relationships with God, with the environment or natural surroundings, with other humans in a constructive social life and with themselves. Management of the development of potential students based on Islamic views stipulates that new education will end when someone dies. Physically, seeking knowledge will end when someone dies, but the process of seeking knowledge continues to an infinite limit.

Abstract

Abstrak Kesulitan dalam mengikuti pelajaran yang dialami oleh siswa pada akhirnya akan berdampak pada hasil belajar,Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana gaya belajar dan prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Al Islam kelas X MA Muhammadiyah 09 Lamongan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, Berdasarkan hail penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa gaya belajar siswa di sekolah MA Muhammadiyah 09 Lamongan dari tiga macam jenis gaya belajar lebih mendominasi pada gaya belajar visual dan kinestetik. Kata Kunci : Gaya Belajar Siswa dan Prestasi Al Islam

Abstract

Metode NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programing) adalah salah satu cara komunikasi yang digunakan untuk mendidik atau mengarahakan anak didik yang wajib dimiliki tenaga pendidik sehingga dapat menggali potensi yang tersembunyi. Maka metode NLP dalam mengatasi anak Broken Home sangatlah penting, Karena anak Broken Home memiliki sifat yang cenderung tertutup sehingga potensi diri anak Broken Home sulit untuk di tampilkan. Sehingga tenaga pendidik bertanggung jawab untuk membimbing dan mengarahkan anak Broken Home untuk dapat menampilkan potensi dengan mengunakan metode komunikasi NLP

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ekstrakurikuler dalam membentuk karakter siswa di SMP Muhammadiyah 9 Surabaya.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis korelasi Product moment.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa;(1). Proses kegiatan ekstrakurikuler tapak suci di SMP Muhammadiyah 9 Surabaya tergolong kurang baik, (2). Pembentukan karakter siswa di SMP Muhammadiyah 9 Surabaya tergolong cukup baik. (3). Dari hasil analisa data telah diketahui bahwa tidak ada pengaruh ekstrakurikuler tapak suci dalam membentuk karakter siswa di SMP Muhammadiyah 9 Surabaya. Kata kunci: ekstrakurikuler tapak suci, membentuk karakter.

Abstract

Abstrak Memang tidak bisa dipungkiri bahwa masyarakat dan lembaga pendidikan memiliki keterkaitan dan saling berperan satu sama lain. Apalagi di era otonomi pendidikan saat ini, yang memberikan lembaga pendidikan kebebasan untuk mengelola lembaganya sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan tuntutan masyarakat di sekitarnya, sehingga menjadikan persaingan antar lembaga pendidikan semakin ketat dalam meraih simpati dan dukungan dari masyarakat. Oleh sebab itu, peran bagian public relation di lembaga pendidikan sangat dibutuhkan dalam menghadapi persaingan tersebut. Dalam hal ini, penulis akan menitik beratkan pada pembahasan peran yang harus di miliki oleh bagianpublic relation dalam meningkatkan reputasi lembaga pendidikan di era otonomi pendidikan dengan berbagai program kegiatannya, hal ini dikarenakan keberadaan bagian public relation pada saat ini, belum mampu secara maksimal membangun brand image dan networking yang kuat dan kokoh di kalangan masyarakat, sehingga yang terjadi adalah reputasi lembaga pendidikan belum terbentuk dengan baik kalangan masyarakat. Abstract

Digitalization is a keyword in the current era of the industrial revolution. In the future, there will likely continue to be a need for the Indonesian generation to obtain various information about the values of a religious character, Pancasila, and education in facing the challenges of the digital era. Therefore, this study focuses more on what and how digitalization efforts spread religious values, Pancasila, and education through YouTube social media carried out by anyone, both the government and the community. This research is based on data and documents with a qualitative descriptive method. The study results show many socialization and information efforts through YouTube that lecturers, teachers, and various parties carry out. The effect can be seen from the response and enthusiasm of the community. Also, to understand the message of the video on YouTube.

Abstract

Pandangan dikotomis tentang Iptek dengan agama membawa konsekuensi padaambivalensi dalam sistem pendidikan Islam. Di satu sisi lembaga pendidikan Islammenganggap persoalan muamalah bukan bidang utama yang harus dikaji; sedangkan pada sisilain, modernisasi sistem pendidikan Islam perlu memasukkan kurikulum pendidikan umum.Hal ini mengakibatkan pergeseran makna bahwa mata pelajaran agama hanya menjadilegitimasi untuk mencapai tujuan sistem pendidikan modern serta terjadi kesenjangan antarasistem pendidikan Islam dengan ajaran Islam. Untuk itu, pengintegrasian nilai-nilai Islam kedalam Iptek pada proses pembelajaran merupakan keniscayaan untuk memperbaiki mutupendidikan Islam yang masih tertinggal. Melalui pengintegrasian ini, maka universalitas nilainilai Islam akan mendasari perkembangan Iptek dan juga keberlangsungan proses pendidikan.Melalui upaya pengintegrasian ini diharapkan keberadaan lembaga pendidikan Islam semakinefektif menjalankan proses transformasi nilai-nilai Islami ke dalam iptek sehingga pelaksanaanproses pendidikan dapat membawa manfaat bagi kesejahteraan hidup umat manusia secaramenyeluruh serta mengeliminasi efek negatif Iptek sebagai dasar modernisasi yang terkadangbertolak belakang dengan nilai-nilai kemanusiaan, budaya dan agama.Kata Kunci: Sistem Pendidikan Islam, Nilai-Nilai Islam, Integrasi

Abstract

Research on the performance assessment of prayer practice which includes three aspects, namely cognitive, affective and psychomotor in SDN Ngembung Cerme Gresik, because with this assessment can see students 'thinking ability in gaining knowledge (cognitive ability), assessing students' attitudes during prayer practice (affective ability), and assess students' skills in using equipment (psychomotor skills). The material to be used is Practicing Fardhu Prayer, because according to the researcher (as a PAI teacher), that this material has never been carried out in a thorough assessment (cognitive, affective and psychomotor) for the practice of prayer, other than that this material is material that is considered difficult by the student. In general, students are not fully able to understand the procedures of the Fardhu Prayer if only explained to the extent of theory without any direct practice.In this study using a qualitative descriptive approach. Research whose data in the form of words, derived from interviews, report notes, documents, etc.) or research in which prioritizes the analysis of an event or process as it exists in the natural environment to obtain a deep meaning of the nature of the process . Data analysis includes student score data and student response data.Based on the results of research and discussion of performance appraisal on the subject matter Prayer Practices Practicing Fardhu Prayers in class VI SDN Ngembung Cerme Gresik  it can be concluded that: (1) The results of the performance evaluation of students in class VI are generally well implemented. The results of performance appraisal on the cognitive aspect are 34.1% received the highly successful category and 65.9% got the successful category. The results of the performance evaluation on the psychomotor aspect are 18.2% got the very successful category 70.4% got the successful category and 11.4% got the less successful category. The results of the performance appraisal on the affective aspect are 20.5% got the very successful category, 68.2% got the successful category and 11.3% got the less successful category, (2) From the results of the student response questionnaire it is known that students can be motivated to have competence in PAI lessons with learning using performance appraisal. Besides that students feel happy and feel the many benefits that can be obtained from learning using performance assessment. Keywords: Assessment, Cognitive, Affective, Psychomotor.

Abstract

Madrasah managers must manage the human resources of their institutions as a strategic step to make the task and link in a match to avoid mistakes strategic steps as effective, professional, and as prospective as possible. The urgency of human resource management is a very important aspect of the madrasah education process in general. This paper examines the study of the urgency of strategic planning and management of human resources in madrasah. This paper is the result of a literature review with data obtained from document study activities, both from reference books and international and national journals. This study proposes findings that the urgency of strategic planning and human resource management in the industrial revolution era 4.0 at the current madrasah is essential to avoid disaster or madrasa collapse, madrasa managers are expected to be able to manage their madrasah in accordance with the basic needs and management systems required by each stage of the cycle his life. One of the management functions that must be properly managed is strategic planning, which is planning that is able to predict the life, resilience, and progress of madrasah in the future by improving functions in the management of human resources must be carried out optimally, by focusing on achieving madrasah goals that have been set and implementing them on programs and activities, which then develop, including in terms of data collection to evaluate the effectiveness of the program.
