Abstract

This study aims to conduct an analysis of digital marketing strategies in encouraging the growth of social entrepreneurship businesses. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive method with data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires and literature studies, while data analysis uses data quality tests, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression tests, t-tests and determination coefficient tests. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The results of the study of digital marketing strategy analysis in encouraging the growth of social entrepreneurship businesses in the younger generation, especially from Generation Z and the millennial generation, that digital marketing strategy analysis has a significant positive influence in encouraging the growth of social entrepreneurship businesses in Riau Province. The findings of the study are expected to add valuable insights for researchers, practitioners, and policy makers in developing more effective and efficient strategies in supporting the practice of social entrepreneurship growth and community empowerment.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low religious values of early childhood at Azalia School Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the process of improving religious values in early childhood using puzzle media. This study was a classroom action esearch, with the subjects being the teacher and 12 students. The object of this study was the Pillar of Islam media. This research was conducted in two cycles, each with two meetings. Data collection techniques used were observation, tests, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used was qualitative descriptive analysis with percentages. Based on the results of the research and data analysis, it was shown that the implementation of the Pillar of Islam media can improve the religious values of early childhood at Azalia School Pekanbaru. This can be seen from the fact that before the corrective action, students' reading comprehension skills only reached the category of not yet developed. After the action was implemented in the first cycle, the average score of students increased to the category of beginning to develop  and in the second cycle, it increased to the category of developing as expected. Thus, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Pillar of Islam media can improve the religious values of early childhood at Azalia School Pekanbaru. Keywords: Puzzle Media, Values, Religion, Early AgeAbstrak: Penelitian ini di latarbelakangi oleh rendahnya nilai-nilai agama anak usia dini di RA Azalia Pekanbaru. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui proses peningkatan nilai-nilai agama anak usia dini dengan menggunakan media puzzle. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas, subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru dan 12 peserta didik. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah media pillar of islam. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam 2 siklus, setiap siklus 2 kali pertemuan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, tes, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis dekskriptif kualitatif dengan persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data menunjukkan bahwa penerapan media pillar of islam dapat meningkatkan nilai-nilai agama anak usia dini di RA Azalia Pekanbaru. Hal ini dapat diketahui sebelum tindakan perbaikan, keterampilan membaca pemahaman siswa hanya mencapai kategori belum berkembang (BB). Setelah dilakukan tindakan pada siklus I nilai rata-rata anak didik meningkat dengan kategori mulai berkembang (MB) dan pada siklus II meningkat kategori berkembang sesuai harapan (BSH). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan media pillar of islam dapat meningkatkan nilai-nilai agama anak usia dini di RA Azalia Pekanbaru.Kata Kunci: Media Puzzle, Nilai-Nilai, Agama, Usia Dini

Abstract

Background of the study: This research is motivated by the lack of variety in the use of educational games as engaging learning media for early childhood. Conventional methods are still widely used and often fail to optimally support cognitive development in young learners. Therefore, it is necessary to introduce innovative game-based tools that can enhance children's thinking abilities in a playful and developmentally appropriate way. One such tool is the Lotto Wabena game, designed to stimulate children's memory, attention, categorization, and logical reasoning. Aims and scope of paper: The aim of this study is to develop the Lotto Wabena game as a learning medium to improve cognitive development in children aged 5–6 years. The research is limited to learners at Al Husnayaini Kindergarten, Kubang Raya District, Pekanbaru, and focuses on the tool’s feasibility, quality, and effectiveness. Methods: This is a research and development (R&D) study using the Borg and Gall model. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Validation was conducted by content and media experts. The data, mainly qualitative, were analyzed using assessment criteria to evaluate the developed game. Results: Material expert validation showed a score of 87.5% (very feasible), while media expert validation reached 91.62%. Cognitive improvement was evident, with pre-test scores averaging 46.63% and post-test scores reaching 91.35%. A small group trial yielded a score of 94.28%, indicating a strong positive impact on cognitive development. Contribution: This study provides a validated, effective game-based learning tool that supports cognitive growth in early childhood and offers practical implications for educators and curriculum developers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the level of lifestyle of students of the Economic Education study program in the influence of social media use. This research is a quantitative descriptive research, with the research subjects being students of Economics Education, while the object of the research is the lifestyle of students in the influence of social media use. The informants of this research were 3rd (three) semester economics education students. The data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of research conducted on economic education students at UIN Suska Riau, the students' lifestyle in terms of the influence of social media use is categorized as high with a percentage of 68.8%. These results also show that through 3 (three) lifestyle indicators, namely activities, interests and opinions, the lifestyle of Economic Education students is considered positive because in general students agree with the positive sub-indicators and disagree with the negative sub-indicators. So the conclusion is that Economics Education students have a good lifestyle and are not exposed to negative things on the social media they use.

Abstract

Rendang, sebagai warisan kuliner Minangkabau, telah berkembang dari sekadar makanan tradisional menjadi simbol identitas nasional yang memiliki potensi diplomatik di tingkat global. Kota Payakumbuh, yang terletak di Sumatera Barat, memainkan peran sentral dalam menjadikan rendang sebagai komoditas ekspor melalui pengembangan industri kecil menengah (IKM). Artikel ini membahas keterkaitan antara geo-ekonomi Payakumbuh, inovasi dalam pengembangan IKM, dan strategi diplomasi ekonomi berbasis budaya. Melalui pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif berbasis studi pustaka, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa keberhasilan rendang dalam kancah internasional sangat bergantung pada sinergi antara sumber daya lokal, kebijakan pemerintah, dan strategi pemasaran global yang berakar pada budaya.

Abstract

This research was instigated by students who did not yet understand what literacy was, so they did not understand the literacy process in the learning. This research aimed at knowing the influence of school literacy movement program toward student learning achievement on Economics subject at the eleventh grade of State Senior High School 2 Bangkinang City, Kampar Regency. Quantitative descriptive method was used to achieve the goal. All of the eleventh-grade students of Social Science at State Senior High School 2 Bangkinang City were the population of this research, and they were 120 students. Random sampling technique was used in this research, and 30 students were selected as the samples. Questionnaire and documentation were the techniques of collecting data. Validity and reliability test were used to test the instruments.   Descriptive data analysis technique, changing ordinal data to interval, linearity test, and simple linear regression were used to analyze the data. Based on the analysis result, it was obtained that robserved was higher than rtable at 5% and 1% significant levels (0.3610<0.762>0.4629). It meant that there was a significant influence of school literacy movement program toward student learning achievement on Economics subject. The contribution level was 52.8%, and the rest 42.8% was influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan penggunaan Mendeley kepada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi, Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan, Universitas Islam Negeri Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau. Proses penyelesaian masalah dilakukan melalui tiga tahap yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh 100 peserta. Berdasarkan pelaksanaan kegiatan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa para peserta sangat antusias mengikuti pelatihan penggunaan Mendeley ini dan berharap adanya tindak lanjut berupa pelatihan teknik penulisan tugas akhir lanjut dengan Mendeley. Diperkirakan, kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh tim pengabdi ini dapat membantu mahasiswa dalam menulis situs, mencari referensi online, dan menyusun daftar pustaka dengan benar, cepat, dan otomatis, baik dalam penulisan makalah maupun tugas akhir. Dari tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi yang telah dilakukan, terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam menggunakan aplikasi Mendeley, yang terlihat dari hasil pretest dan posttest melalui Google Forms. Abstract

Students as Agents of Change from an early age must have a broad understanding of the importance of progress in the business sector, including strengthening the entrepreneurial spirit. The cultivation of an entrepreneurial spirit must be supported by the concern of various parties, including the world of higher education. This will in turn give birth to independent entrepreneurs and MSME players who are imbued with the attitude and character of entrepreneurs who are ready to survive and develop the business world in the future. The various strategies used to produce entrepreneurs and MSMEs in higher education are very important to carry out systematically and continuously. This article aims: To provide an overview of strategies for creating an entrepreneurial spirit in students and their relationship to creating independent MSMEs. Providing suggestions and solutions to parties related to cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit in students can provide a basic support for the realization of independent MSMEs. This article concludes that there are several strategies used in creating an entrepreneurial spirit in students, namely by providing motivation and understanding related to entrepreneurial character, namely Action Oriented, simple thinking, Looking for new opportunities, Pursuing opportunities and high discipline, Taking the best opportunities, Focusing on execution, Focusing everyone's energy on the business they are involved in and real strategies that can be implemented in higher education, namely Achieving learning outcomes in the curriculum, Participating in Student Creativity Programs, Creating a Business incubator
