Abstract

This research is a descriptive qualitative research using observation, interview and documentation data collection. The research subject is the community of Untia Fishermen Village in Makassar City, totaling 5 informants who have various incomes ranging from agriculture, fisheries and marine potential in Untia Fishermen Village. The results showed that coastal communities need knowledge and understanding of entrepreneurship and how to process coastal resources. The process of community empowerment through coastal resource-based entrepreneurship training in accordance with the empowerment stage, namely the stages of training implementation, namely planning, counseling, coastal resource-based entrepreneurship training activities, mentoring and evaluation. Supporting factors such as the positive response of the community, adequate natural potential as the main raw material and support from the government, while the inhibiting factors for empowerment through manufacturing training are lack of capital, packaging equipment is still rarely sold, and the community has not been able to optimize the training process and has not been able to manage time. Hopefully, coastal resource-based entrepreneurship is an emerging concept as a potential solution for wise management of coastal natural resources with the aim of maintaining the sustainability of natural resources and the environment, while increasing the income and quality of life of coastal communities.

Abstract

The development of modernization is always changing, especially the culinary business has created intense competition to attract buying interest from consumers. This research aims to determine the influence of social media marketing, price and brand image on interest in buying. The sample obtained consisted of 100 respondents. The method used is quantitative by obtaining data from questionnaires via google from. This research uses a multiple linear regression analysis model to analyze the data. The respective research results show that social media marketing has a positive and significant partial influence on interest in buying. Price partially has a significant negative influence on interest in buying. Brand image has a positive and significant partial influence on interest in buying. The results of social media marketing, price and brand image simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on interest in buying. The results of the R Square value are empirically proven to be 67.7% by the variables in this research.

Abstract

The character development of young people is mandated by law. One of the characteristics that is missing is a responsibility that is now lacking in the current generation of young people. The provision of tasks and learning motivation is one solution. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of assignment and learning motivation on the responsibility of students in the economic education study program. This research is a survey research type with quantitative methods and a correlational design. The subjects of this study were 54 students in the economic education study program who were randomly chosen. The data collection technique is a questionnaire, while the data analysis technique is a partial t test and a simultaneous F test. The results stated that giving partial assignments to students greatly affected their responsibilities in life by 57.9%, but motivating student learning did not affect them partially, only 0.8%. The assignment and motivation of students to study simultaneously still affect their responsibilities by 58.7%.   Keywords:  Assignment, Learning motivation, Responsibility.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisa pengaruh e-commerce, digital marketing, pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha generasi milenial. Jenis penelitian merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan generasi milenial di Provinsi Riau. Adapun sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, e-commerce berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha, digital marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha, dan pengetahuan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha. Hasil nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 45,2%. Hasil penelitian secara simultan bahwa e-commerce, digital marketing, pengetahuan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha generasi milenial.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze increasing learning achievement through the application of inquiry method in entrepreneurship courses. The type of research used is classroom action. The subjects of this research were 30 students in Private University Medan City who were taken randomly. Data collection techniques use observation and documentation. Data analysis in this research uses descriptive quantitative method. The results of the research show that the application of the modified free inquiry method to the material of fostering an entrepreneurial spirit and creativity capital in entrepreneurship can improve learning achievement in Private University students in Medan City. Abstract

Candi Muara Takus, yang terletak di Desa Muara Takus, Kecamatan XIII Koto, Kabupaten Kampar, Riau, merupakan salah satu situs warisan budaya peninggalan Kerajaan Sriwijaya. Sebagai candi tertua di Nusantara, Candi Muara Takus memiliki nilai sejarah, budaya, dan spiritual yang tinggi, serta potensi besar untuk dikembangkan menjadi destinasi wisata unggulan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi pengembangan pariwisata di kawasan ini dengan pendekatan yang mempertimbangkan aspek sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkungan. Dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT, penelitian ini menggali kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman yang memengaruhi pengelolaan pariwisata di Candi Muara Takus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan pariwisata berbasis keberlanjutan dapat dicapai melalui perbaikan infrastruktur, promosi yang lebih luas, dan pelibatan masyarakat lokal dalam proses pengelolaan. Penerapan konsep Community-Based Tourism (CBT) dan prinsip Triple Bottom Line membantu menciptakan keseimbangan antara keuntungan ekonomi, kesejahteraan masyarakat, dan pelestarian lingkungan. Strategi ini tidak hanya meningkatkan daya tarik wisatawan tetapi juga berkontribusi pada pelestarian budaya dan pembangunan ekonomi lokal. Rekomendasi penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi pemerintah daerah dan pemangku kepentingan dalam merumuskan kebijakan pengelolaan pariwisata yang berkelanjutan, sehingga Candi Muara Takus dapat menjadi destinasi wisata unggulan yang melestarikan warisan budaya Indonesia.

Abstract

Bank sampah merupakan salah satu solusi alternatif pengurangan jumlah sampah yang ada di Pekanbaru. Dalam melaksanakan operasionalnya, bank sampah ini tentu membutuhkan tenaga kerja yakni karyawan yang bertugas mengumpulkan, memilah dan memproduksi sampah menjadi kerajinan yang memiliki nilai ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif artinya penelitian yang berusaha mendeskripsi dan menginterpretasi kondisi atau hubungan yang ada, pendapat yang sedang tumbuh, proses yang sedang berlangsung, akibat yang sedang terjadi atau kecenderungan yang tengah berkembang yang berusaha mendeskripsikan suatu fenomena/peristiwa secara sistematis sesuai dengan apa adanya. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa pengelolaan Bank Sampah Mutiara Kecamatan Tuah Karya tidak hanya memberikan manfaat bagi lingkungan tetapi juga membawa dampak ekonomis yang signifikan bagi Masyarakat sekitar pada khususnya dan pemerintah pada umumnya.

Abstract

This research was motivated by there are still children who are still not used to and show an independent attitude in the implementation of toilet training because children aged 1-3 years still do not show an independent attitude in habituating toilet training because many children use diapers, lack of parental care, lack of parental knowledge about toilet training. This study aims to determine the role of parents in toilet training habits to train the independence of children aged 1-3. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The study population consisted of 101 children, with a sample of 11 children. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Miles and Huberman's model analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The findings of this study: 2 out of 11 parents have not yet played a role, 7 out of 11 parents have started to play a role, and 2 out of 11 parents have played a role in toilet training habits. The results of the study 1) parents play a role in educating toilet training in the age range of 1-3 years, 2) parents play a role in raising children not to use diapers/diapers, not to wet the bed day/night, 3) parents play a guiding role through speech and action. The habit of toilet training is carried out through several stages, namely: teaching children to squat, wash themselves, urinate/ defecate in the toilet, go to the toilet by themselves, open/put on their own pants, and take off diapers/diapers day/night. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that the role of parents in toilet training to train the independence of children aged 1-3 years in Sumber Makmur Village, parents have started to act as educators, caregivers and mentors to train independence in children aged 1-3 years in Route 3 of Sumber Makmur Village Tapung District, Kampar Regency.Keywords: Role of Parents, Toilet Training, Independence

Abstract

Adapun tujuan dilaksanakannya kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan dan pelatihan tentang pengemasan serta pemasaran dodol mengkudu. Kegiatan pengabdian ini sebagai bentuk lanjutan kegiatan pengabdian yang sebelumnya sudah tim pengabdi lakukan pada Ibu-Ibu PKK Kelurahan Kampung Tengah Kecamatan Sukajadi Pekanbaru. Adapun metode yang tim gunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah berupa pelatihan yang diberikan kepada peserta dan praktek dalam melakukan pengemasan serta mempelajari bagaimana cara memasarkan produk yang sudah dikemas agar memiliki nilai jual di Masyarakat. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa ibu-ibu PKK Kampung Melayu sangat antusias mengikuti kegiatan dari awal sampai akhir kegiatan. Mereka memahami bagaimana cara mengemas produk dengan baik, menarik dan memiliki nilai jual serta mereka antusias untuk mempromosikan dodol megkudu tersebut di warung/kedai, sawalayan dan bahkan sebagian ingin menjual di lapak online. Keywords:  Pengemasan, Pemasaran, Dodol Mengkudu, Nilai Jual, Produk

Abstract

This study aims to conduct an analysis of digital marketing strategies in encouraging the growth of social entrepreneurship businesses. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive method with data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires and literature studies, while data analysis uses data quality tests, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression tests, t-tests and determination coefficient tests. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The results of the study of digital marketing strategy analysis in encouraging the growth of social entrepreneurship businesses in the younger generation, especially from Generation Z and the millennial generation, that digital marketing strategy analysis has a significant positive influence in encouraging the growth of social entrepreneurship businesses in Riau Province. The findings of the study are expected to add valuable insights for researchers, practitioners, and policy makers in developing more effective and efficient strategies in supporting the practice of social entrepreneurship growth and community empowerment.
