Abstract

The research was conducted to analyze the influence of the variables of Leadership, Compensation and Work Environment on the Performance of DLHK Employees in Yogyakarta City. This type of research is a quantitative research. The sample in this study amounted to 45 employees, with data collection techniques using questionnaires. Processing the data in this research, using SPSS version 23. Research proves that the leadership variable has no effect on the performance of Yogyakarta City DLKH employees. The compensation variable has no effect on the performance of Yogyakarta City DLKH employees, and research proves that the work environment has influence on the Yogyakarta City DLKH employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence motivation and work discipline on the performance of PD BPR Bantul employees partially or simultaneously. The method used in this research is quantitative method, where data collection uses questionnaires. The sample in this study amounted to 78 employees, where these employees served in PD BPR Bantul. Validity test which shows that the statement in this study is valid, while the reliability test using Cronbach Alpha is declared reliable. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis . The results of this analysis show that: (1) training has a positive effect on employee performance by 0.318. (2) work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance by 0.334.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: 1) the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions for Scarlett products, 2) the influence of brand image on purchasing decisions for Scarlett products, 3) the effect of advertising on social media on purchasing decisions for Scarlett products. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in this study are consumers who have bought and used Scarlett products in Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique or sampling based on certain characteristics. The sample in this study were 100 respondents. The data analysis method in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 25 data processing program. The results showed that: 1) the product quality variable had a positive and significant effect on consumer decisions with a t count value of 2,226 > t table (1,984), 2) variable brand image has a positive and significant effect on consumer decisions with a t-count value of 4.423 > t table (1.984), 3) advertising variables on social media have a negative and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions with a t-count value of 0.704 < t table (1.984 ). Based on the research results, the variables of product quality, brand image, and advertising on social media have an effect of 68.5% on purchasing decisions for Scarlett products in Yogyakarta and 31.5% of purchasing decisions are influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, job training and job loyalty factors on employee performance at HS Silver Kotagede employees. The respondents of this study were employees of HS Silver Kotagede. This study uses regression analysis, where this analysis tool is used to determine the extent of the influence of motivation, job training and work loyalty factors on employee performance. The results of this study partially indicate that the motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and loyalty has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results also show that motivation, training and loyalty simultaneously affect employee performance. The results also prove that the value of R2 (Coefficient of Determination) is 0.586, meaning that the performance variable (Y) can be explained by motivation (X1), training (X2) and compensation (X3) simultaneously at 58.6%.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of job training, work environment, and work motivation on employee performance in the BKAD Bantul Regency BPHTB Collection. The population in this study were all employees at the BKAD Bantul District BPHTB Billing Division. Samples taken by all employees of the BPHTB Billing Division were 52 respondents using the census method. The data analysis technique used in this study consisted of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, hypothesis testing consisting of the F test and t test, and the coefficient of determination (R2) test. The results of this study indicate that: 1.) There is no positive effect of job training on employee performance. 2.) There is no positive influence of the work environment on employee performance. 3.) There is a positive effect of work motivation on employee performance.

Abstract

This research uses panel data which is a combination of time series data and cross section data. Time series data for 3 years, from 2016-2018. As well as cross section data of 27 districts / cities. Incomplete data, no data on Revenue Sharing Funds are Indramayu District and Bekasi City. So that the cross section data used in the study were 25 districts/ cities. The number of observations (n) is 75. Source of data comes from the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance. The data used is the data on the realization of the West Java Regional Budget. The results of the research based on the t test prove that only the Regional Original Income variable partially has a significant effect on capital expenditures in regencies/ cities in West Java. Meanwhile, the General Allocation Fund, the Special Allocation Fund and the Profit Sharing Fund partially have no effect on Regional Original Income. The F test proves that the Regional Original Income, the General Allocation Fund the Special Allocation Fund and the Revenue Sharing Fund simultaneously have an effect on Regency/ City Capital Expenditures in 2 West Java. The result of the coefficient of determination (Ajd R ) is 0.772. This means that Regional Original Income, General Allocation Fund, Special Allocation Fund and Share Fund are able to explain the variability of Capital Expenditure of 77.20 percent, the remaining 22.8 percent is explained by other variables outside the model. It can be concluded that Regency / City Capital Expenditures in West Java rely on Regional Original Income.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh konflik kerja, stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap semangat kerja karyawan pada CV. Bina Inovasi Artha Sejahtera. Dalam penelitian ini metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan CV. Bina Inovasi Artha Sejahtera yang berjumlah 39 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Konflik kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan dengan t hitung sebesar 3,663 dan nilai signifikansi (0,001<0,05), (2) Stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan dengan t hitung sebesar 1,969 dan nilai signifikansi (0,057<0,05), (3) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan dengan t hitung sebesar 6,233 dan nilai signifikansi (0,000<0,05).

Abstract

The objective of this study was to determine how the carpet shop AB07 Yogyakarta's product, price, location, and promotion all affect sales. This study focused on customers who had previously visited the carpet shop AB07 Yogyakarta. A purposive sampling technique was utilized in this study to ensure that no population was sampled. In order to collect data for this study, a questionnaire (questionnaire) was used. In this study, descriptive analysis and statistical data are conducted with SPSS 23. This study found that the product marketing mix, price, location, and promotion all had an impact on sales simultaneously at the carpet shop AB07 Yogyakarta. Product, location, and promotion all have a significant impact on sales, while price has no significant effect. The R Square of 85% indicates that the marketing mix has a significant impact on sales. Abstract

Perusahaan yang mengusung gagasan marketplace yakni Lazada. Berbagai barang tersedia di toko online Lazada, antara lain buku, barang elektronik, mainan anak, perlengkapan medis, perlengkapan bayi, kosmetik, perabot rumah tangga, dan perbekalan untuk berpergian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, dan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui aplikasi Lazada. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitaif. Model penelitian ini yaitu hipotesis dan menggunakan SPSS 23 sebagai alat analisis. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan bulan September-November 2022 yang berlokasi di Yogyakarta. Pada uji F diperoleh nilai F-hitung dan F-tabel sebesar 35,235 > 2,700 atau nilai tingkat probabilitas sebesar 0,000 (signifikan) lebih kecil dibandingkan 0,05, artinya variabel bebas (kualitas produk, harga dan kepercayaan konsumen) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel terikat (keputusan pembelian) melalui aplikasi Lazada. Pada uji t diperoleh nilai t-hitung dan t-tabel pada X1 (kualitas produk) sebesar 3,703 > 1,985 atau tingkat signifikan 0,000 <0,05 artinya Ha diterima, sedangkan Ho ditolak. Nilai t-hitung dan t-tabel pada X2 (Harga) sebesar 3,350 > 1,985 atau tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,015 < 0,05, artinya Ha diterima sedangkan Ho ditolak. Nilai t-hitung dan t-tabel pada X3 (kepercayaan konsumen) sebesar 3,350 > 1,985 atau tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,001 0,05, artinya Ha diterima sedangkan Ho ditolak. Dengan kata lain variabel bebas (kualitas produk, harga) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel terikat (keputusan pembelian) melalui aplikasi Lazada.

Abstract

This study aims to how the price and quality for Implora Cheek and Liptint products affect consumers' purchasing decisions in Yogyakarta City. The participants of this study were consumers who used Implora Cheek and Liptint in Yogyakarta City. Purposive sampling applied in this study, by a total sample of 100 respondentsts. Data retrieval techniques using questionnaires. To process data, SPSS ver. 25 is used. The study prove; price had a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision of Implora Cheek and Liptint, product quality had a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision of Implora Cheek and Liptint, price and product quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions of Implora Cheek and Liptint.
