Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh social media marketing, kepercayan konsumen dan persepsi harga terhadap niat beli online followers Instagram Slashfootwear. Sampel pada penelitian ialah followers Instagram Slashfootwear. Diterapkan purposive sampling technique, jumlah responden sebanyak 110. Googleform digunakan dalam pengisian kuisioner secara on line. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut. (1) terdapat pengaruh positif social media marketing terhadap niat beli online pada followers Instagram Slashfootwear. (2) terdapat pengaruh positif kepercayaan konsumen terhadap niat beli online pada followers Instagram Slashfootwear. (3) terdapat pengaruh positif persepsi harga terhadap niat beli online pada followers Instagram Slashfootwear. (4) terdapat pengaruh positif social media marketing, kepercyaan konsumen, dan persepsi harga terhadap niat niat beli online pada followers Instagram Slashfootwear.

Abstract

The research was conducted to analyze the influence of the variables of Leadership, Compensation and Work Environment on the Performance of DLHK Employees in Yogyakarta City. This type of research is a quantitative research. The sample in this study amounted to 45 employees, with data collection techniques using questionnaires. Processing the data in this research, using SPSS version 23. Research proves that the leadership variable has no effect on the performance of Yogyakarta City DLKH employees. The compensation variable has no effect on the performance of Yogyakarta City DLKH employees, and research proves that the work environment has influence on the Yogyakarta City DLKH employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence motivation and work discipline on the performance of PD BPR Bantul employees partially or simultaneously. The method used in this research is quantitative method, where data collection uses questionnaires. The sample in this study amounted to 78 employees, where these employees served in PD BPR Bantul. Validity test which shows that the statement in this study is valid, while the reliability test using Cronbach Alpha is declared reliable. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis . The results of this analysis show that: (1) training has a positive effect on employee performance by 0.318. (2) work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance by 0.334.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: 1) the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions for Scarlett products, 2) the influence of brand image on purchasing decisions for Scarlett products, 3) the effect of advertising on social media on purchasing decisions for Scarlett products. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in this study are consumers who have bought and used Scarlett products in Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique or sampling based on certain characteristics. The sample in this study were 100 respondents. The data analysis method in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 25 data processing program. The results showed that: 1) the product quality variable had a positive and significant effect on consumer decisions with a t count value of 2,226 greather than t table (1,984), 2) variable brand image has a positive and significant effect on consumer decisions with a t-count value of 4.423 greather than t table (1.984), 3) advertising variables on social media have a negative and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions with a t-count value of 0.704 less than t table (1.984 ). Based on the research results, the variables of product quality, brand image, and advertising on social media have an effect of 68.5% on purchasing decisions for Scarlett products in Yogyakarta and 31.5% of purchasing decisions are influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze (1) the effect of work motivation on the work productivity of employees at Sate Klathak Pak Pong Restaurant, (2) the effect of work discipline on employee productivity of employees at Sate Klathak Pak Pong Restaurant, (3) the effect of compensation for productivity Employee work at the Sate Klathak Pong Pong Restaurant, the effect of motivation, work discipline, and compensation for the work productivity of employees at Sate Klathak Pak Pong Restaurant. This research uses the Causal Associative method using a quantitative approach. The population in the study was an employee at Sate Klathak Pak Pong Restaurant. Sampling techniques use random Sampling with a total sample of 100 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques use multiple regression. The results showed that: (1) work motivation has a negative effect on the work productivity of employees at Sate Klathak Pak Pong Restaurant (t count = -2.144; significance value of 0.35less than 0.05; and regression coefficient = - 0.318); 2) Work discipline does not affect the work productivity of employees at Sate Klathak Pak Pong Restaurant (t count = 0.588; significance value of 0.558 greather than 0.05; and Regression coefficient = 0.94); Compensation has a positive effect on productivity employee work at Sate Klathak Pak Pong Restaurant (T count = 7,437; significance value of 0,000less than0.05; regression coefficient = 0.768).

Abstract

In the Kotabaru village of Yogyakarta there are SMEs that are struggling to contribute to growing the economy in Indonesia. In winning the competition SMEs need to always innovate. One of them is how to win the hearts of buyers to decide to buy these SME products instead of other products. Not yet optimal product packaging produced by Kotabaru SMEs requires a solution to carry out community service activities with the theme of SME product packaging training. The method in this community service activity is carried out by means of training, demonstration and practice. Lectures are conducted to provide education about the importance and usefulness of packaging to training participants, namely Kotabaru SMEs. Demonstrations were carried out by means of the service team showing the materials used in the packaging process then the service team provided examples of finished packaging that could be added to SME products. And the service participants practiced making a bouquet of SME products. The community service activities went well. Participants followed the training with enthusiasm. Participants understood the importance of attractive and informative packaging. The results of the training were that SME participants were able to make beautiful and attractive product packaging. Attractive SME products will increase selling value, increase purchases of SME products as an effort to increase SME income.

Abstract

KT Kompitu Hijau faces challenges in marketing fresh agricultural products only through Whatsapp Group. Marketing of derivative products such as vegetable chips, healthy vegetable juice, dawet spinach, instant herbal medicine is limited to certain events organized by the Department. As well as less than optimal production management related to less attractive product packaging and water and electricity problems. The solution to overcome these problems requires training and mentoring in Digital Marketing as well as training and mentoring in production management. The method used in the training and mentoring of Digital Marketing and Production Management is the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach which involves the community in the development process. As well as the FGD method to determine the right marketing strategy. The results after carrying out community empowerment activities are KT. Kompitu can market and sell products online through GrabMart E-Commerce, Instagram and WhatsApp Business Toko Kompitu Sehat. The results of assistance and training in production management of KT Kompitu Hijau are able to produce products that are packaged and have an attractive logo. As well as having optimal waters to produce the best products. KT Kompitu Hijau won 1st place in the Yogyakarta City Vegetable Landscape Competition which was attended by 34 farmer groups in Yogyakarta City. The evaluation results show that digital literacy has increased. This community empowerment activity was organized as a contribution to increasing the competitiveness and welfare of KT. Abstract

Research aimed to analyze the effect of profitability and solvency to earnings per share. EPS describes the firm’s performance. Whether the firm’s performance is good or not, one of which is measured by its ability to generate profit per share. Also the presence of research gaps from previous research. This makes this research interesting and urgent to do. This research is used purposive sampling method. The samples criteria are included in the LQ45 Index, have positive EPS, have positive profitability and have complete data needed in this research. Research data were analyzed through the Linear Regression program.  Regression analysis is carried out by conducting the t test and F test. T test is carried out to analyze the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable and F test is carried out to analyze the effect of the independent variables simultaneously on the dependent variable. Based on the t test, the results show that Return on Equity or profitability at a significance of 0.000 <0.05 and the Solvency variable at a significance of 0.001 <0.05 proves to have a significant effect on Earnings Per Share (EPS). Based on the F test, it shows the results of profitability and solvency have simultaneous significant effect on Earnings Per Share (EPS) at a significance of 0.001 <0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to test research with the theme of Financial Literacy methodologically and systematically. The methodology research results show that setting the number of samples. The sample technique chosen greatly determines the success of the research. Incorrect sampling produces suboptimal results and cannot be population-specific. The sample selection technique is random or not influenced by the time required to collect data and regulates the logical sample required by the researcher. For example, regional sampling. The research results are based on a systematic review of Scopus journal data; journals searched that meet the journal search requirements with the keywords Literacy, financial, and Young. Journal entry limits with the subject "Business Management and Accounting Journal", journals in English from 2015 to 2024.54 journals that meet the requirements.7 clusters related to the topic of Financial Literacy in young adults. The clusters are detailed as follows: Cluster 1 (5 Items) are bodega, convenience store, financial inclusion, informal business practices, informal female entrepreneurship; Cluster 2 (5 items): financial attitude, financial awareness, financial knowledge, first-year student, literature review; Cluster 3 (5 items) are attitude toward money, financial behavior, financial literacy, financial planning action, Seci Strategy; Cluster 4 (3 items) are Financial behavior, financial socialization, financial well-being; Cluster 5 (3 items) are Interest in business, Level of financial literacy, Questionaire; Cluster 6 (3 items)are Financial Educations, Financial Fragility, Student load debt; and Cluster 7 (2 items) are Commercial literacy and small business. Then the results of the VOS Viewer also show that the research on Financial Literacy will only be carried out in 2023, and in 2024, most research will be carried out on this theme.

Abstract

Performance serves as a measure of an employee's capability to fulfill their duties. This achievement can be affected by both internal and external factors. The purpose of this study is to identify the elements that affect employee performance at CV. Djayadipa, which is influenced by workload, motivation for the job, and the workplace environment. The data collection relied on primary data sources. The analysis utilized methods such as Multiple Linear Regression, Validity, Reliability, Multicollinearity, and Product Moment Correlation. A survey featuring a Likert scale for measurement accompanied by a sample group of 37 participants was employed to gather the information. The sampling approach was executed quantitatively. The results of the study revealed that (1) the Simultaneous Test showed that the performance of employees was affected by the factors of workload, motivation, and the work environment. (2) There was a slight negative impact of workload on employee performance. (3) Work motivation positively and significantly influenced employee performance metrics. (4) The workplace had a negative and minimal effect on employee performance characteristics.
