Abstract

The research was conducted to analyze the effect of product quality, price and E-WOM on Shopee consumer purchasing decisions partially. The research method applied is quantitative. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. The number of samples is calculated using the unknown population formula. The number of samples obtained was 100 respondents. Hypothesis testing is done with regression analysis using SPSS. 27. The results of the study prove that product quality (X1) partially has a negative and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) of Shopee consumers with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05; price (X2) partially has a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision variable (Y) of shopee consumers with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 and E-WOM (X3) partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) of shopee consumers with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. The results also prove that product quality, price and E-WOM are able to explain as much as 53% of the variability in shopee consumer purchasing decisions, while 47% is explained by other variables outside the research model.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of content marketing, affiliate marketing and live streaming variables on Barenbliss purchasing decisions in Yogyakarta City. This study type is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. This research data is primary data taken through a questionnaire with 187 respondents using a technique of purposive sampling, which was then analyzed using the multiple linear regression method and hypothesis testing using SPSS 26 software. The research results obtained reveal that content marketing has a partial and significant impact on purchasing decisions, affiliate marketing has a partial and significant impact on purchasing decisions, and live streaming has a partial and significant impact on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study dissects the relationship and impact caused by implementation of transformational leadership, work environment, compensation, and work motivation on employee engagement at the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) of Yogyakarta City. Employee engagement is crucial for enhancing organizational productivity and effectiveness, especially in strategic government agencies like BNN. The study applies quantitative approach with by survey method with the helps of 59 employees of BNN Kota Yogyakarta to fill in the questionnaires that assessed transformational leadership, the work environment, compensation, work motivation, and employee engagement. The analysis was conducted through multiple linear regression. The findings reveal that transformational leadership, compensation, and work motivation have a positive and significant impact on employee engagement, whereas the work environment does not show a significant effect. Transformational leadership was identified as the most influential factor. These results emphasize the critical role of strong leadership, equitable compensation, and high motivation in enhancing employee engagement.

Abstract

This study analyzed the factors that affect Regional Expenditures in Cities and Regencies in West Kalimantan. This study used a panel data which is a combination of time series and cross section data, while the overall data sample is 56. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression. The results of the study proved that Regional Original Income (PAD) has a negative and significant effect on Regional Expenditures, because the sig value on the PAD variable is 0.000 less than alpha=0.05. General Allocation Fund (DAU) has a positive and significant effect on Regional Expenditures. Based on the results of data processing, the sig value on the DAU variable is 0.000 less than α=0.05. Special Allocation Fund (DAK) has a positive and significant effect on Regional Expenditures. Based on the results of data processing, the sig value for the DAK variable is 0.041less than alpha=0.05. Local Revenues (PAD), General Allocation Fund (DAU) and Special Allocation Fund (DAK) simultaneously have a significant effect on Regional Expenditures based on the results of data processing in this study obtained a sig value of 0.000 less than α=0.05. Based on the Coefficient of Determination Test (R2), the value of Adj R2 is 0.653 or 65.30 percent, meaning that the variability of Regional Expenditures can be explained by the variables of Regional Original Income (PAD), General Allocation Funds (DAU) and Special Allocation Funds (DAK) of 65.30 percent whereas 34.70 percent is explained by other variables outside the research model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of destination image, tourist facilities and experiental purchasing variables on customer satisfaction on Heha Sky View Gunungkidul tours, Yogyakarta. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. This research data is primary data taken through a questionnaire to 100 respondents using purposive sampling technique, which is then analyzed using multiple linear regression and hypothesis test through SPSS 23 software. The result obtained show that destination image has a positive significant effect on customer satisfaction, tourist facilities have a insignificant effect on customer satisfaction and experiental purchasing have a positive significant effect on customer satisfaction.
