Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan salah satu faktor terpenting untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan mengembangkan potensi diri. Program wajib belajar di Indonesia mewajibkan anak Indonesia untuk menempuh pendidikan selama 12 tahun. Namun dalam implementasinya pemenuhan wajib belajar 12 tahun tidak sepenuhnya berjalan tanpa kendala, salah satu kendala yang banyak dialami oleh para siswa adalah biaya pendidikan. Dalam upaya menanggulangi kendala tersebut, maka pemerintah mengadakan program beasiswa yang ditujukan untuk anak-anak kurang mampu. Terdapat proses seleksi untuk pemberian program beasiswa ini oleh pihak sekolah, beasiswa yang dimaksud adalah Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP). Penelitian ini menggunakan algoritma data mining klasifikasi C4.5 dengan memprediksi penerimaan beasiswa di SD 4 Pelangsian khususnya kelas 5. Kriteria yang digunakan adalah jenis kelamin, pekerjaan orang tua, pendapatan orang tua, rata-rata nilai raport per semester dari kelas 1 sampai dengan 4. Penelitian ini menghasilkan rule yang dapat membantu pihak sekolahuntuk melakukan proses klasifikasi untuk menentukan kualifikasi siswa yang berhak menerima beasiswa. Metode algoritma C.45 ini dipilih karena mampu dalam membantu sebuah klasifikasi dengan melakukan prediksi hingga menghasilkan tingkat nilai akurasi yang cukup tinggi untuk memprediksi penerimaan beasiswa. Abstract

Technology is currently developing quite widely, information technology is not only technology that functions to work and store data, but also information technology to send or disseminate data. in the selection of scholarships at SDN 4 Mentawa Baru Hulu Sampit in determining the PIP scholarships still using the manual method so that it can cause inefficiencies in the management of scholarship data, as well as errors in determining scholarship recipients. Data management is also done manually, this also causes the process of identifying scholarship decisions to be slow. From these problems, we need a scholarship decision support system that can use data management and also determine scholarship decisions. The author builds a scholarship acceptance decision support system by comparing the WP and SAW methods. it is hoped that this method can determine the right method to be applied in determining scholarships, and can assist school principals and school operators in processing scholarship assessments. Based on the final calculation results, the SAW method and the WP method can produce different scholarship ratings. Based on the WP = Nanang Sujana method as the best alternative and followed by other best alternatives A3, A4, A1, and A2, then the SAW method was obtained by Radhiyatul Maulida as the best alternative and followed by other alternatives A2, A3, A4, and A5. From the comparison results with the MSE (Mean Squared Error) method, the Weighted Product (WP) method produces a higher deviation value than the Simple Addative Weighting (SAW), with a comparison of the deviation value, namely the WP method = 4363,47509 while the SAW method is obtained = 4259 , 71350. Therefore, the Weighted Product (WP) method can be recommended in making scholarship selection decisions at SDN 4 Mentawa Baru Hulu Sampit.

Abstract

The Regional Revenue Agency (BAPENDA) is an element that carries out supporting functions in the financial sector as well as co-administration tasks and the Regional Revenue Agency has the task of implementing regional policies in the field of regional tax revenue management where regional taxes are divided into two types: taxes managed by the state government and taxes managed by districts and cities. A tax manager, on the other hand, is run by a regional revenue agency or agency. The Regional Revenue Agency is an agency under and responsible to the Governor through the Regional Secretary of the Bappenda led by the Head of the Agency which is under and responsible to the Regent through the Regional Secretary. The Secretariat is led by a secretary who has the main task of assisting the Head of the Agency in carrying out the organization, administration, regional property, household, public relations, protocol, staffing, planning, performance and financial reporting. In planning the enterprise architecture at BAPENDA, Sampit City, the TOGAF ADM (Architecture Development Method) method is used as a system development guideline that will assist organizational activities. The enterprise architecture design includes the planning, design, implementation and maintenance of systems that will be used within the organization. This will ensure that the system used is in accordance with the needs of the organization and can assist in increasing efficiency and effectiveness in the organization's business activities.

Abstract

College is one of the most influental education aspect for a nation’s improvement. The quality of a college is important to support and explore student potential. The quality of a college helps student to prepare theirselves in working world. One of the qualities of a college can be seen from the punctuality of graduating time for students. It is become important for a college to find out the factors that influence the punctuality of graduating time for students. Darwan Ali University is one of university located in Sampit, Central Kalimantan. Based on their Information System Management, in 2011, there are 707 new students. In 2015 only 290 students passed. It shows that only 41% of students graduate on time. The source of this research data comes from Management Information System of Darwan Ali University. The purpose of this research is to find the rules which affects the accuracy of student graduation. The data used in this study include departement of study programs, the GPA from first to fourth semester, and gender of students. This study uses two algorithms, namely the C4.5 and PART algorithms. The researcher also found that the C4.5 algorithm has better accuracy than PART, with an accuracy level of 83.004 %. Keywords: Classification, data mining, C4.5, PART

Abstract

Laptops are very necessary for students in lectures. However, choosing a laptop for student needs is not easy. A way to help college students decide which laptop is right for their needs is to use a decision support system. The process used by DSS is the Analytical Hierarchy Process or AHP. shows that the Asus Vivobook Ultra 15 laptop is the first priority for students with a total score of 0.1243, the HP 250 G8 laptop is the second priority with a total score of 0.0951, and the Lenovo V14 G2 laptop is the last priority with a total score of 0.0823 for students. Based on the review and assessment of the previous chapter, the following conclusions can be drawn:1. Making DSS for laptop selection can be pursued with an analytical Hiarakiya process that ensures the criteria and weights are calculated systematically. 2. The process of analytic hierarchy, which is a decision support procedure for solving various multi-criteria decision problems, can also be used to solve the laptop selection problem.

Abstract

Sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi saat ini terus berkembang dengan memanfaatkan sistem yang terintegrasi dengan komputer. Perancangan arsitektur enterprise diharapkan dapat membantu perusahaan untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut. Perancangan arsitektur dinilai dapat membantu perusahaan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sistem dalam proses meningkatkan kinerja dari setiap aktivitas bisnis yang berjalan. Langkah yang dilakukan untuk mencapai hal tersebut yaitu dibutuhkan sebuah kerangka kerja yang digunakan sebagai metode pada penelitian ini yaitu TOGAF ADM. Metode tersebut dapat membantu mengelola dan menyelaraskan bisnis dengan teknologi informasi pada perusahaan. Pada metode TOGAF ADM, terdapat siklus atau tahapan yang harus dilalui ketika melakukan perancangan arsitektur enterprise. Mulai dari tahap awal yaitu fase preliminary hingga ke tahap akhir dalam proses analisis dan perancangannya. Berdasarkan siklus atau fase-fase tersebut, kemudian didapatkan rincian kebutuhan untuk setiap aktivitas bisnis pada PT. Trisatya Cipta Hutama beserta dengan rancangan yang diusulkan agar dapat dijadikan sebagai pedoman pengembangan sistem yang akan membantu aktivitas bisnis pada perusahaan.

Abstract

Kindergarten (TK) is a formal educational institution for early children in Indonesia. Kindergartens provide preschool education for children before entering Primary School. Information technology has a significant impact on several aspects of educational institutions, such as learning systems, school management, administrative systems, and policy planning. By using information technology, schools want to improve the quality of the educational offer. Tunas Bangsa Smart is one of the kindergartens that want to improve the quality of their education. This study seeks to establish TOGAF ADM as an enterprise architecture model for information systems, specifically designed to support operations in TK Tunas Bangsa smart. The purpose of this study is to produce blueprints of enterprise Architecture Design at TK Tunas Bangsa Smart using TOGAF ADM method. The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) is a comprehensive framework designed specifically for enterprise architecture development. Based on the results of research that has been conducted on the design of Information Systems in kindergartens, an overview of Information System Design models that suit user needs can be obtained. Value chain analysis produces 2 activities, namely the main activity and supporting activities which can produce application proposals are generated that are expected to improve existing business processes.

Abstract

– The problems regarding prisons are almost endless. The government should pay attention to this. The problems that arise today, almost all correctional institutions in Indonesia exceed (over) capacity, including those in the East Kotawaringin district . Indoor Positioning System IPS is a technology that can be used to locate people or objects in a building, usually through a mobile device such as a smartphone or tablet. Although this technology is newer than GPS, services utilizing IPS are quickly gaining ground in indoor locations such as shopping malls, hospitals, airports and other indoor venues. By utilizing an iBeacon mounted on a prisoner's wristband, the iBeacon will always transmit a signal that can be picked up by the receiver. Devices that can become receivers are bluetooth repeaters (signal boosters) and prison officers' android phones. To be able to know the estimated position of the receiver on the iBeacon, a map is needed locally, which is to determine a certain location, then map it in the form of coordinates. By placing several iBeacons at certain coordinates, it can be used to determine the estimated position of the receiver to the iBeacon.

Abstract

Central Kalimantan has a poor population of 140.04 thousand people with a poverty percentage of 5.16%. The poverty severity rate reaches a value of 0.15, with a poverty line of 506,982 IDR/Capita/Month. Bapinang Hulu Village in Central Kalimantan has around ±428,895 people in 2021. This large population makes it difficult to determine the priority of social assistance recipients, coupled with limited human resources in the village office. Data collection on social assistance recipients is still carried out based on the proposal of the RT head without proper validation, often causing social jealousy. This study aims to optimize the distribution of social assistance in Bapinang Hulu Village using the K-Means algorithm for grouping population data. The dataset consists of 246 records with 14 attributes that reflect the conditions of the head of the family in the village. The K-Means algorithm was chosen because of its ability to group data based on attribute similarities. Testing was carried out 12 times with variations in the K value to determine the optimal clustering. The results show that in the 12th test with a value of K = 13, the lowest Davies-Bouldin Index (DBI) value of 0.072 was obtained. This shows that clustering at K = 13 is optimal in terms of separation between clusters and density within clusters. Clustering helps identify community groups that need social assistance the most, provides more accurate recommendations for the priority of social assistance recipients, so that the distribution of assistance is more targeted and effective.
