Abstract

PT. Bintang Motor Group Area Lampung is part of PT. Bintang Motor Group to manage several branches in the Lampung area engaged in sales, maintenance and spare parts of official Honda motorcycles. Currently, the competition in the motorcycle industry is getting tighter, it can be seen from not achieving the target in several months in 2022. In addition, the problem of employee personality that is less professional and communication that is hampered and does not comply with some company values or culture that results in consumer dissatisfaction is a problem that must also be faced by the company. The output of solving this problem can make employees become professional and loyal individuals and obedient to the company. in fact, providing an extra role or Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) behavior to achieve company targets. This study aims to determine the influence of personality and organizational culture on the OCB of PT employees. Bintang Motor Group Lampung Area. Causal research methods and the study population amounted to 175 people and a sample of 122 people. The results of the study partially showed that personality variables and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on the OCB of PT employees. Bintang Motor Group Lampung Area.

Abstract

In the current era of technological development, several technological developments have emerged in the field of transportation, such as online transportation. It is not surprising that there are many start-ups or companies engaged in online transportation. This development creates an application model that can be accessed via mobile phones. The large number of online-based transportation service provider companies makes competition even tougher, so companies must improve the performance of online partners or drivers. For this reason, the performance of online drivers is an important concern for every online transportation company to be able to win the competition. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and flexibility on job satisfaction of online motorcycle taxi drivers in Bandar Lampung. The research method used is quantitative, namely a process of finding knowledge that uses data in the form of numbers as a tool to analyze information about what you want to know. In this study using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population of this study were online motorcycle taxi drivers in Bandar Lampung and 189 people were taken as a sample. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with the IBM SPSS 26 analysis tool. The results showed that compensation and flexibility have a positive effect on job satisfaction. Companies that provide online transportation services are expected to be able to increase compensation such as salaries, benefits, incentives or performance bonuses and provide flexibility in time and place of work that can be adjusted by online motorcycle taxi drivers. So that with that the job satisfaction of online motorcycle taxi drivers will increase.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance. job training on employee performance. organizational commitment on job satisfaction. training on job satisfaction. and job satisfaction mediates between organizational commitment on employee performance. job satisfaction also mediates training on employee performance . This study used the SEM-Amos analysis tool. the research was carried out in a quantitative study with a sample size of 240 with a sideways purposive method. The empirical findings obtained are where organizational commitment is positive and significant on employee performance. training is positive and significant on employee performance. organizational commitment is positive and significant on job satisfaction. training is positive and significant on job satisfaction. the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance indirectly directly mediated by job satisfaction which is positive and significant. the effect of training on employee performance through job satisfaction is positive and significant.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to ascertain how the employee engagement dimensions affect the directors of PT Perkebunan Nusantara VII's employees' performance. The information gathered from 136 respondents in the sample was obtained using a Likert scale questionnaire. The data research is analyzed using the t-test and multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that employee performance is positively and significantly impacted by the vigor, devotion, and absorption dimensions.

Abstract

NGOs play an important and clear role in development and relief programs in Gaza Strip. Due to the political conditions that Gaza Strip is going through and to the limited services which are presented by the government in Gaza Strip. Although of the remarkable role of these organizations, they face problems and shortcomings in management in times of crises and emergencies. This study aims to show how to link crisis and emergency management to the process of strategic management of NGOs in Gaza Strip. This study sheds lights on some aspects of the functions of strategic management processes and also it investigates some aspects of the possibility of NGOs dealing with disasters in Gaza Strip. The descriptive analytical method was used to achieve the objectives of the study. The researcher used a questionnaire to collect data. The study sample consisted of 120 employees working in NGOs. The current study shows some weakness in crisis and emergency management. Furthermore, there is a positive relationship between the formulation, implementation and evaluation of strategy and crisis and emergency management for NGOs in Gaza Strip. The results showed that there is a statistically significant relationship at the significance level (a ≤ 0.05) between strategic management processes and crisis and emergency management in NGOs in Gaza Strip.

Abstract

This study aims to see the direct effect of Emotional Intelligent and Transformational Leadership on employee performance and job satisfaction, the direct effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, and whether job satisfaction mediates the direct effect of Emotional Intelligent and Transformational Leadership on employee performance at PT. Surya Tsabat Mandiri. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach with survey methods and probability sampling techniques. The instruments were previously tested using the SPSS tool, and hypothesis testing and research data were analyzed using SEM on SmartPLS software version 3.2.9. The results showed that Emotional Intelligent had a positive and significant direct effect on employee satisfaction and performance, in contrast to Transformational Leadership, which only had a positive and significant direct effect on employee job satisfaction but a negative and insignificant on employee performance. On the other hand, job satisfaction has a positive and significant direct effect on employee performance. Further results show that job satisfaction mediates the direct effect of Emotional Intelligent and Transformational Leadership on employee performance. Abstract

Rumah sakit, sebagai organisasi yang berdedikasi untuk memberikan layanan, harus memastikan bahwa karyawannya beroperasi secara efektif dan efisien untuk memenuhi tujuan organisasi dalam memberikan layanan kesehatan yang optimal kepada semua pasien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari bagaimana kepemimpinan transformasional mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini juga menyelidiki bagaimana budaya organisasi dan motivasi pelayanan publik mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, penelitian ini menyelidiki peran budaya organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan kinerja karyawan. Metodologi kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Teknik analisis data termasuk penilaian validitas dan reliabilitas, uji normalitas, dan uji hipotesis melalui uji mediasi Sobel. Penelitian ini melibatkan 270 karyawan RSUD Kotabumi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan kinerja karyawan memiliki korelasi yang positif dan signifikan. Sebaliknya, budaya organisasi atau motivasi pelayanan publik tidak memiliki korelasi yang positif dengan kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, baik budaya organisasi maupun motivasi pelayanan publik tidak berfungsi sebagai penghubung antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan kinerja karyawan. Para peneliti telah membuat rekomendasi untuk penelitian lebih lanjut yang melihat variabel yang sama untuk meningkatkan pemahaman kita tentang kinerja karyawan rumah sakit.

Abstract

Transformational leadership is a leadership style that inspires followers to set aside personal interests for the good of the organization. If leaders are able to apply transformational leadership styles, employee performance will improve. Transformational leadership is the leadership style at the Kotabumi Regional General Hospital in North Lampung, where leaders encourage rational thinking, challenge the status quo, and ultimately foster creativity and innovation. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance with organizational culture and public service motivation as mediating variables. This research was conducted at the Kotabumi Regional General Hospital in North Lampung with a sample of 270 employees.  This research uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique, through the AMOS program. (Analysis of Moment Structure). The research findings indicate that transformational leadership has a significant impact on the performance of employees at RSUD Kotabumi Lampung Utara, transformational leadership has a significant impact on the organizational culture of employees at RSUD Kotabumi Lampung Utara, transformational leadership has a significant impact on the public service motivation of employees at RSUD Kotabumi Lampung Utara, organizational culture does not have a significant impact on the performance of employees at RSUD Kotabumi Lampung Utara, public service motivation does not have a significant impact on the performance of employees at RSUD Kotabumi Lampung Utara, organizational culture does not mediate the impact of transformational leadership on the performance of employees at RSUD Kotabumi Lampung Utara, public service motivation does not mediate the impact of transformational leadership on the performance of employees at RSUD Kotabumi Lampung Utara. Suggestions for future research are expected to use the latest variables that are closely related to the conditions of human resources in an increasingly competitive work environment.

Abstract

Human resources are a crucial aspect that determines the effectiveness of an organization. Therefore, the organization always needs to invest in recruiting, selecting and retaining its human resources not to impact turnover. To maintain and improve employee performance, it is necessary to ensure the fulfilment of motivational and hygiene factors and job satisfaction. This study aimed to determine the influence of motivational and hygiene factors on employees' functioning and job satisfaction as intermediaries (PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Regional Office Bandar Lampung. Study participants were recruited from 470 BRI employees using proportionally stratified random and probability sampling. The data used in this study is primary data in the form of survey data. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Model Analysis (SEM) with data-driven covariance. The results show that motivational factors have a positive and significant influence on employees' work performance. In contrast, hygiene factors positively and significantly influence work results and employee satisfaction. Average job satisfaction on performance between hygiene factors and employee job performance

Abstract

Bakso Na-Naz, yang didirikan pada 20 Mei 2020, merupakan UMKM yang berfokus pada produk bakso inovatif dan kreatif di pasar kuliner Indonesia. Dengan berbagai varian produk, termasuk bakso origina, bakso nanas, bakso lava, bakso mangkok, bakso selimut, bakso frozen, bakso mercon, dan keripik bakso, Bakso Na-Naz menawarkan variasi yang unik untuk menarik minat konsumen. Strategi pemasaran UMKM didasarkan pada pendekatan kualitas layanan dan inovasi produk, dengan tujuan meningkatkan pengalaman konsumen dan mendorong loyalitas. Selain itu, perusahaan terus berupaya memenuhi kebutuhan pasar yang dinamis melalui penawaran produk yang memenuhi standar rasa dan kualitas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan edukasi kepada pemilik Bakso Na-Naz mengenai pentingnya pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam strategi pemasaran, agar dapat terus bersaing dan berkembang dalam industri kuliner yang dinamis. Diharapkan, dengan penerapan digital marketing yang tepat, Bakso Na-Naz dapat memperbaiki dan meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan, serta memaksimalkan potensi penjualan mereka.
