Abstract

As a Muslim, it is obligatory to always consume halal products, including cosmetics. This study aims to determine the effect of halal labeling as an independent variable in this study on the purchase decision of Wardah cosmetics, which is the dependent variable. The data collection method was carried out through a questionnaire. The population in this study were Muslim consumers who had purchased and used Wardah cosmetics in the city of Kendal. The sample required was 103 respondents using purposive sampling. This study used multiple linear regression analysis techniques and data testing using the SPSS Statistics 25 program. The results of this study indicate that halal labeling has a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision of Wardah cosmetics, both partially and simultaneously. The influence of the five variables is very strong, indicated by the coefficient of determination of 78%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of Amanah products of PT. UPS Simpang Lima Banyuwangi Pawnshop uses SWOT analysis. As one of the company's main products, Amanah offers vehicle financing for micro-entrepreneurs, employees, and professionals with low administration fees and fixed installments. Despite these advantages, Amanah market performance faces challenges from the lack of public awareness and competition from other financial institutions that offer similar products. Through qualitative descriptive research, this study identifies the main strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of Amanah Products. The results of the study show that Amanah benefits from the reputation of PT. Pegadaian, an extensive branch network, and flexibility in financing, while also highlighting areas of improvement such as digital promotions and more competitive down payment requirements. This SWOT analysis provides strategies to strengthen product awareness, adjust to customer needs, and expand the customer base.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the musyarokah mutanaqisoh contract in the book of fathul qorib in mitraguna financing implemented by Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KC Banyuwangi Basuki Rahmat. Mitraguna Financing products use the Mutanaqisoh musyarokah contract, where mitraguna financing is a financing service that can be used for a variety of needs (multipurpose) that are halal, with a source of payment from salary income/permanent employee income (payroll through BSI). The research method used is qualitative descriptive, with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that BSI's online mitraguna financing makes it easy for customers to have access because it is available in the mobile banking application owned by BSI. This product offers multipurpose financing by not using collateral against assets owned by customers. The implication of this research is the importance of educating customers regarding the advantages and procedures of online mitraguna financing through the BSI mobile banking application. This research also suggests BSI to be more active in educating customers about this product so that they can understand online mitraguna financing easily.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the patternof family communication and parenting authoritative onprosocial behavior of students in MTs Darussalam NgoroJombang Year 2014-2015. This type of research is an ex postfacto approach to quantitative research. The technique ofcollecting data is by using questionnaires. Data analysistechnique uses the steps validity of the data, the data reliability,calculate percentages and hypothesis testing. The resultsshowed: 1) There is a very significant influence among familycommunication pattern against prosocial behavior of studentsin MTs Darussalam Ngoro Jombang Jombang. 2) There is a verysignificant influence between authoritative parenting styletoward prosocial behavior of students in MTs DarussalamNgoro Jombang. 3) There is a very significant influencebetween family communication patterns of the authoritativeparenting. 4) There is a very significant influence betweenfamily communication patterns authoritative parenting towardprosocial behavior of students in MTs Darussalam NgoroJombang. Abstract

Teaching methods teachers use in every class meeting is not the origin of life, but after going through the selection corresponds to the formulation of a specially instructional purposes. Therefore, the teacher uses more than one method. The focus of this research is how the strategies used by teachers in teaching Fiqh and how teachers in developing learning methods Fiqh and anything what obstacles / barriers in the development of teaching methods in the Fiqh An MI An-Nidzom Babadan Tengger Kunjang Kediri and how the efforts of the teacher in the face. This type of qualitative field research (grounded) with descriptive phenomenological approach that produces descriptive data based on the phenomenon in the field. Data collection used by procedures, by interview, observation and documentation of the data sources that teacher and student of jurisprudence. The results of this study: 1) strategies of teachers in teaching jurisprudence, by designing a study that will be presented, giving stimulation and motivation so that students can focus and enthusiasm in learning, and to select and deterMIne the appropriate learning methods and in accordance with the teaching materials . 2) How teachers in developing learning methods Fiqh, namely: a) designing a learning device, identify learning goals, identify student activities, classroom management. b) observe the problems in the learning process to gain inspiration in the class method development. c) control of teaching and learning theory, master the subject matter and understand the learning styles of the learners. 3) Constraints/barriers in the development of teaching methods Fiqh, i.e. environmental factors and factors of infrastructure (facilities) are solved by providing motivation and self-protégé teachers to complete the required amenities.Keywords: strategy of learning, Development of method

Abstract

Abstract: This article discusses the Qur'an Hadith learning strategy in achieving student competenceXI Religion in MAN 3 Nganjuk and associated with it. With case study model and descriptivequalitative research approach, research tried to dig data by using interview technique, observation,and documentation. Data analysis using data reduction procedures, data presentation, dataverification. Technique of checking of data validity by doing extension of observation, increasingpersistence and triangulation. The result of the research shows that learning strategy of Qur'an Haditsin the achievement of student competence in MAN 3 Nganjuk following learning evaluation, readingBTA, memorizing and understanding Al-Qur'an and Hadith, and achievement of student competencein MAN 3 Nganjuk succesfully enough and constructively . This is evident by looking at the finalscore of the exam results and the explanation from the teacher of the Qur'an Hadith, although thereare still some students who still can not understand optimally, but from the madrasah still strives sothat it can meet the target to be conveyed by the school. Supporting factors are the availability ofbooks of amma, companion teachers, libraries and printed copies of the Qur'an, and the inhibitingfactors are the lack of awareness of the importance of Qur'an Hadith, Lack of motivation, limitedmaterial, and limited time availability.Keywords: Learning Strategy, Competency Achievement Abstrak: Artikel ini membahas strategi pembelajaran Qur’an Hadits dalam pencapaian kompetensisiswa XI Agama di MAN 3 Nganjuk dan yang terkait dengannya. Dengan model studi kasus danpendekatan penulisan kualitatif deskriptif, penulisan mencoba menggali data dengan menggunakanteknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan prosedur reduksi data,penyajian data, verifikasi data. Teknik pengecekan kebsahan data dengan melakukan perpanjanganpengamatan, meningkatkan ketekunan dan triangulasi. Hasil penulisan menunjukan bahwa strategipembelajaran Qur’an Hadits dalam pencapaian kompetensi siswa di MAN 3 Nganjuk berikutevaluasi pembelajaran, membaca BTA, menghafal dan memahami Al-Qur’an dan Hadits,dan pencapaian kompetensi siswa di MAN 3 Nganjuk berhasil dengan cukup baik dan konstruktif. Initerbukti dengan melihat nilai akhir hasil ujian dan penjelasan dari Guru mata pelajaran Al-Qur’anHadits, meskipun masih ada sebagian siswa yang masih belum bisa memahami secara optimal,namun dari pihak madrasah tetap mengupayakan sehingga bisa memenuhi target yang ingindisampaikan oleh sekolah. Faktor pendukung adalah tersedianyanya buku juz amma, gurupendamping, perpustakaan dan buku cetakan AL-Qur’an, dan faktor penghambat adalah kurangnyakesadaran tentang pentingnya Al-Qur’an Hadits, Kurangnya motivasi, materi terbatas, danketersediaaan waktu yang terbatas. Abstract

Abstract: This article describes the role of PAI teachers in improving the religious quality ofstudents at SMK Nurul Hidayah Al Falah Pungging Village, Mojokerto Regency. With aqualitative descriptive approach, the data collection techniques use observation, interviews, anddocumentation, the researcher analyzed by the Miles and Hubberman analysis techniques, datareduction, data display, and conclusion, the research gave results that the quality of religiousstudents, can be seen from everyday morals, both in terms of speech, behavior, and charactertowards teachers and friends. Honesty which is the principle of faithful people reflected ineveryday school life. Through habituation activities, the role of PAI teachers is to oversee theprogram and make these activities a good habit which includes scheduled/routine, spontaneous,and caring activities. The role of PAI teachers in habituation activities can be seen from the resultsof students' behavior and responses to programs/activities related to improving the religiousquality of students from time to time. SMK Nurul Hidayah Al Falah Pungging has adequatefacilities and infrastructure to support the program, but external factors often become obstacles,especially the freedom of students to access the internet, especially outside school hours. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan pembelajaran Agama Islam dalam membentuk kepribadian muslim di SMP Negeri 2 Ngoro. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran Agama Islam di SMP Negeri 2 Ngoro dilakukan melalui pendekatan holistik yang mencakup aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik. Guru tidak hanya menyampaikan materi secara teoritis, tetapi juga mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai agama dalam kehidupan sehari-hari siswa melalui kegiatan praktik ibadah, keteladanan akhlak, dan pembiasaan perilaku Islami di lingkungan sekolah. Faktor pendukung meliputi komitmen guru, lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif, serta dukungan dari orang tua. Namun, terdapat beberapa hambatan seperti keterbatasan waktu dan kurangnya motivasi sebagian siswa. Secara keseluruhan, penerapan pembelajaran Agama Islam di SMP Negeri 2 Ngoro efektif dalam membentuk kepribadian muslim yang berakhlakul karimah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Abstract

This study aims to describe Patience and Gratitude According to Ulya Ali Ubaid the Perspective of Islamic Education. The approach used in this study is an analytic descriptive approach where after the data is collected, the data is sorted and classified and then categorized according to the theme raised. Abstract

Creatifity is an important thing for teachers in delivering ongoing learning materials, because then a teacher will certainly more easily understand the condition of students and the condition of the class when learning takes place. This study aims to determine the creativity used by Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in fostering student interest in learning. High learning interest is an important factor in the success of learning, especially in PAI subjects at SMK Baitussalam Bluluk. This research used a qualitative approach with descriptive method. Data were collected through classroom observation, interviews with PAI teachers and document analysis related to learning strategies. The results showed that there are some effective creativity used by PAI teachers, namely developing new ideas in learning both using media and with various strategies. Student learning interest is very important, because with learning interest, the lerning process at SMK Baitussalam Bluluk can take place optimally. Student learning interest can increase if a teacher has his own creativity by combining various kinds of learning models that vary when learning takes place.
