Abstract

Angka terkonfirmasi infeksi Sars CoV-2 di Indonesia semakin meningkat. Hal ini disebakan adanya stigma dan sikap abai terhadap infeksi Sars CoV-2. Ibu hamil merupakan salah satu kelompok rawan infeksi Sars CoV-2. Pemenuhan kebutuhan gizi menjaid hal utama dalam pencegahan infeksi Sars CoV-2. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan Ibu hamil terkait infeksi Sars CoV-2 dan upaya pemenuhan kebutuhan gizi sebagai peningkat kapasitas sistem imun tubuh. Metode yang digunakan yaitu penyuluhan disertai simulasi. Analisis data menggunakan uji Paired T-test. Hasil pelatihan menunjukan adanya peningkatan rata-rata skor pengetahuan Ibu Hamil dari 29.67±8.5 menjadi 69.33±13.1. penyuluhan gizi dengan stimulasi meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil

Abstract

Fishing communities live, grow and develop in coastal areas or coastal areas. In the social construction of communities in coastal areas, fishing communities are part of this social construction, although it is realized that not all villages in coastal areas have residents who make their living as fishermen. This research aims to determine the level of religiosity of fishermen on the southern coast of Tanggulangin Village, Kec. Klirong District. Kebumen using theory according to Gibson (2020), namely by using indicators of belief, religious practice, experience, religious knowledge and consequences. This type of research is field research where data is taken through interviews, observations, documents so that later conclusions can be drawn in this research. The results of this research are that the fishing community in Tanggulangin Village, Kec. Klirong District. Kebumen is still included in the fifth category of indicators, namely there is still belief in God, there is still religious practice, there is still fear of committing sins (experience), there is still a need for deeper religious knowledge and Consequence Indicators by attending religious activities.

Abstract

Penyediaan kebutuhan pangan berkualitas perlu dilakukan dalam mencapai target SDG 2. Analisis prakiraan produksi sumber pangan protein hewani di Jawa Tengah diperlukan untuk mengestimasi kontribusi produksi terhadap kecukupan protein. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, data time series yang digunakan yaitu data produksi daging ayam ras dan telur ayam ras, serta data jumlah penduduk selama periode 2008-2022 di Jawa Tengah. Prakiraan jumlah penduduk dilakukan menggunakan geometri, sedangkan prakiraan produksi daging ayam ras dan telur ayam ras menggunakan metode Moving Average (MA) dan Weighted Moving Average (WMA) dengan indikator Mean Absolut Deviation (MAD), Mean Squared Error (MSE) dan Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). Produksi daging ayam ras dan produksi telur ayam ras dianalisis kontribusinya terhadap angka kecukupan protein. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan peningkatan produksi daging ayam ras dan telur ayam ras tahun 2008-2022 di Jawa Tengah. Metode prakiraan terbaik untuk produksi daging ayam ras dan telur ayam ras adalah menggunakan metode Weighted Moving Average (WMA). Analisis prakiraan pada produksi daging ayam ras dan telur ayam ras selama tiga tahun yaitu tahun 2023-2025 menunjukkan akan terus mengalami peningkatan yang terkait dengan penambahan jumlah penduduk. Kontribusi produksi daging ayam ras dan telur ayam ras di Jawa Tengah terhadap rata-rata 5% dan 6% terhadap angka kecukupan protein.

Background: Pumpkin, purple sweet potato, catfish, and soybean tempeh contain nutritional elements beneficial for health. These ingredients, formulated into enteral formulas, are expected to serve as potential nutritional therapy for malnutrition.Objectives: This study aims to explore the hedonic aspects, hedonic quality, and viscosity of enteral formulas made from pumpkin, purple sweet potato, catfish, and soybean tempeh.Method: This research employed a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) consisting of four treatments labeled as L1, L2, L3, and L4 with consecutive ratios of catfish flour to soybean tempeh flour being 19:31, 21:29, 23:27, and 25:25. Hedonic and hedonic quality were analyzed using the Friedman test, while viscosity was analyzed using the One-Way ANOVA test.Results: The research results indicate a significant influence (p0.05) on viscosity and hedonic quality tests for color and thickness parameters, as well as hedonic tests for taste and aroma parameters. However, there is no significant influence (p0.05) on hedonic quality tests for taste and aroma parameters and hedonic tests for color and thickness parameters.Conclusion: The highest average results in hedonic and hedonic quality tests were found in enteral formula L1. The panelists favored enteral formula L1, which had the least amount of catfish flour and the most soybean tempeh flour. The enteral formula with the best hedonic quality was also identified as formula L1. As the proportion of added catfish flour increased, the viscosity of the enteral formula also increased.

Abstract

Anemia pada ibu hamil merupakan masalah kesehatan yang signifikan, dengan prevalensi global mencapai 37% dan 27% di Indonesia. Asupan makan menjadi salah satu faktor resiko anemia. Defisiensi mikronutrien seperti zat besi, vitamin A dan zinc berkaitan dengan kejadian anemia. Namun demikian hasil riset masih menunjukan hasil yang inkonsisten. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis korelasi antara asupan mikronutrien, yaitu zat besi, vitamin A, dan zinc, terhadap kadar hemoglobin pada ibu hamil. Metode yang digunakan adalah desain studi cross-sectional dengan lokasi penelitian di Puskesmas Purwokerto Selatan dan Puskesmas 1 Baturraden, Kabupaten Banyumas. Sampel terdiri dari 39 ibu hamil berusia 20-39 tahun yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Data asupan mikronutrien dikumpulkan melalui metode recall 24 jam dan dianalisis menggunakan Nutrisurvey, sedangkan kadar hemoglobin diukur dengan alat digital menggunakan sampel darah kapiler. Analisis korelasi dilakukan menggunakan uji Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata- rata konsumsi zat besi responden sebanyak 17,90 mg/hari, vitamin A 1442,94 µg/hari, serta zinc 8,17 mg/hari. Analisis korelasi menunjukan bahwa konsumsi zat besi, vitamin A, dan zinc tidak memiliki korelasi signifikan dengan kadar hemoglobin (p = 0,315; p = 0,575; p = 0,769, berturut-turut). Meskipun rata-rata konsumsi zat besi masih di bawah angka kecukupan gizi, mayoritas responden tidak mengalami anemia. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara asupan mikronutrien yang diuji dengan kadar hemoglobin pada ibu hamil. Penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk memahami interaksi kompleks antara mikronutrien dan status gizi ibu hamil

Abstract

Kader posyandu memiliki peranan penting dalam penyampaian informasi terkait penerapan MP-ASI yang baik kepada ibu balita. Perlu adanya media edukasi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan kader posyandu terkait penerapan pemberian MP-ASI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan cakram MP-ASI dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan kader posyandu diwilayah kerja Puskesmas Batangan Kabupaten Pati. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi experiment dengan rancangan pretest dan posttest with control group. Sampel ditentukan dengan metode total sampling yang berjumlah 50 kader Posyandu yang terbagi menjadi 25 pada kelompok kontrol dan 25 pada kelompok intervensi. Edukasi diberikan dua kali dalam dalam waktu dua minggu. Peningkatan pengetahuan diukur dengan menggunakan kuisioner pretest yang diberikan sebelum pelaksanaan edukasi dan posttest yang diberikan satu minggu setelah pemberian edukasi yang kedua. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dilanjutkan dengan uji Man Whitney. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan kader posyandu setelah diberikan edukasi menggunakan cakram MP-ASI dengan median skor sebelum edukasi sebesar 40 dan setelah edukasi sebesar 80 (p=0,000).   Peningkatan pengetahuan kader posyandu setelah diberikan edukasi menggunakan lembar balik MP-ASI dengan median skor sebelum edukasi sebesar 40 dan setelah edukasi sebesar 80 (p=0,006). Tidak ada perbedaan antara penggunaan cakram MP-ASI dengan lembar balik MP-ASI (p= 0,136). Terdapat peningkatan 1 kader posyandu setelah diberikan edukasi dengan menggunakan cakram MP-ASI. Tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara penggunaan cakram MP-ASI dengan lembar balik MP-ASI

Abstract

One of the efforts to manage malnutrition is to fulfill nutritional needs. Fulfillment of nutritional needs can be done through the administration of enteral formulas. The high cost of commercial formulas led to budget swelling in hospitals. Therefore, it is necessary to develop enteral formulas that are cheaper but in accordance with the needs of poor nutrition. One of the development efforts is to utilize local food. Various local foods such as purple sweet potato, catfish, soybean tempe and pumpkin have nutritional content that has the potential as a therapy for malnutrition. This study aims to analyze nutrients including carbohydrates, fats, proteins and -carotene contained in enteral formulas based on purple sweet potato, catfish, soybean tempeh and pumpkin. An experimental study with a completely randomized design (CRD) using four formulas, namely L1, L2, L3 and L4 with a ratio of catfish meal and soybean tempeh flour sequentially 19: 31, 21: 29, 23: 27, 25: 25. Statistical analysis was carried out. with the Oneway Anova test and further tests using the Duncan test. The results showed that in 100g L1 formula contains 73.09% carbohydrates, 8.89% protein and 18.03% fat from total energy and 7.62 mg -carotene. 100g L2 formula contains 74.27% carbohydrates, 9.46% protein and 16.27% fat from total energy as well as 7.40mg -carotene. 100g L3 formula contains 74.29% carbohydrates, 9.78% protein and 15.93% fat from total energy and 10.15 mg -carotene. 100g L4 formula contains 73.62% carbohydrates, 10.21% protein and 16.17% fat from total energy and 9.08 mg -carotene. The formulation with the most nutritional content that meets the needs is the L4 formula. The average nutritional value of enteral L4 formula is 399.60 kcal/100g energy, 10.21% protein, 16.17% fat and 9.08 mg/100g -carotene.

Abstract

Inflammation is a response to tissue injury or infection. Fruits such as mango, oranges, and dragon fruit contain nutrients that can reduce levels of inflammation in the body. This study aimed to investigate the effect of mango, orange, and dragon fruit on C-reactive protein (CRP) levels in experimental animals. This study was conducted using a randomized controlled pre-posttest design with 30 Sprague Dawley rats were divided into five groups, group K1 without treatment, group K2 only received high fat diet (HFD), group K3 received HFD with intervention of gedong gincu mango at a dose of 3.6g/200g weight, group K4 received HFD with intervention of sweet orange at a dose of 9ml/200g weight, and K5 group receiving HFD with intervention of red dragon fruit at a dose of 3.6g/200g weight. Compared to Pre-test, Group K3, K4 and K5 had an average change of CRP levels at post-test: -1.30±0.08mg/L, -1.39±0.04 mg/L and -1.48±0.09 mg/L respectively. All samples resulted in reduction of CRP levels in Sprague-Dawley rats with Red dragon fruit showed greater effect compared to other fruits.
