Abstract

This research aims to measure the school environment, and learning interest towards productive learning outcomes in accounting using survey methods. The population in this study is the vocational school of business management in the South Jakarta region, the outreach population is the vocational school 6 Jakarta, vocational school 18 Jakarta and vocational school 25 Jakarta, with a sample of 10 th grade accounting and financial institutions students totaling 178 students. The sampling technique uses proportional random sampling so that the sample is obtained by 123 students. Based on the results of the study concluded that the school environment and learning interest have a stimulant effect on learning outcomes. The school environment partially influences learning outcomes, while interest in learning partially does not affect learning outcomes.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1).Untuk mengetahui bagaimana para petani menggunakan dana KUR tersebut dalam kegiatan pertanian. 2).Untuk mengetahui bagaimana pandangan hukum Islam tentang penggunaan dana KUR dalam bidang pertanian. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, Data kualitatif merupakan data yang disajikan dalam bentuk verbal seperti lisan atau kata-kata bukan dalam bentuk angka sehingga tidak dapat dihitung secara langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan petani menggunakan Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) untuk membiayai usaha tani, seperti membeli benih, pupuk, dan pestisida kemudian untuk membayar tenaga kerja. Kemudian dapat di simpulkan bahwasanya  dana KUR ini tidak sesuai dengan syariat Islam karena mengandung bunga.  Dalam perspektif hukum islam, dana KUR harus disalurkan sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi syariah, dan pinjaman tersebut tidak boleh mengandung riba.

Abstract

A B S T R A K Break Even Point atau titik impas adalah suatu keadaan di mana perusahaan yang menjalankan latihan perdagangan tidak mendapatkan keuntungan atau kerugian. Tujuan dari titik impas adalah untuk memberikan diagram kesempatan istirahat dan juga bagaimana hal itu berkaitan dengan keuntungan atau keuntungan perusahaan dan memberikan diagram tentang bagaimana hasil dari latihan perdagangan yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan. Investigasi break even point ini sangat berharga bagi perusahaan untuk memutuskan generasi perusahaan dari mulai berapa biaya yang harus ditimbulkan, biaya apa yang ditetapkan agar perusahaan tidak mengalami kemalangan. Break even point akan memutuskan hubungan antara harga, biaya, penjualan, generasi, kemalangan dan keuntungan sehingga lebih sederhana bagi perintis perusahaan untuk membuat pilihan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah komunikasi dapat memengaruhi produktivitas guru melalui sistem reward di SMK Negeri 1 Cikarang Barat. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yaitu seluruh jumlah populasi dijadikan sampel yang berjumlah 103 guru. Komunikasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas guru. Sistem reward juga menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas guru. Selain itu, komunikasi terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sistem reward. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas guru melalui sistem reward.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to measure the management of public services provided to the community at the sub-district office in Soppeng district. The research data were obtained in 8 sub-districts in the Soppeng Regency. Data is collected using . The technique of collecting research data is to use a survey by distributing closed and structured questionnaires as a tool to reveal answers from respondents. The data analysis technique is using the IKM value which is calculated using the weighted average value of each service element. The results showed that there are 2 sub-districts that get a Conversion Interval value of 65.00 – 76.60, namely LILIRIAJA District and LILIRILAU District with Service Quality "C" with Poor Service Unit Performance, but in general the community's assessment of the services obtained at the District Office in Soppeng Regency is Good.

Abstract

This research discusses the acceptability of Google Translate's translations in the song 'Run' by OneRepublic. The aim of this study is to determine the acceptability of Google Translate's translations in translating the song 'Run' by OneRepublic, using adaptation translation techniques and communication in analyzing the structural aspects of the translation results. This research is qualitative in nature and employs a case study model with a documentation method. The findings of this research indicate that in translating songs, especially 'Run' by OneRepublic, the structural aspects of the translation align with the Source Language (BSu). However, the translations produced using Google Translate's features still lack acceptability, as they appear rigid and challenging to comprehend

Abstract

The research location is in the Amerrung area, Barru Regency, South Sulawesi Province. This area is interesting to learn about the geology and petraceability of the basalt. This study aims to determine the geological conditions and petogenesis of the basalt. This study uses observation, field data collection and petrographic analysis. The geomorphology of the research area is composed of denudasional mountain geomorphological units and denudional steep mountain geomorphological units. The stratigraphy of the research area consists of 3 rock units from m to young rocks, namely porphyry basalt, basalt and volcanic breccia units. The developed geological structure is a combination of the Unsystematic and the Amerrung Inverted Fault. The excavation material consists of basalt and rocks mixed with sand. The geological history of the Amerrung area began during the Middle Miocene and eruptions were effusive. Basalt petrogenesis is formed from the presence of volcanic activity that is effusive in the form of basaltic lava flows that undergo a relatively fast freezing process and form basalt. Basalt is a member of the Tefrite Leussite Formation (Tmca) produced by lava and breccia. This formation has a Middle Miocene-Pliocene Age including the Camba Formation.

Abstract

This article examines the concept of marketing strategies that can be applied by Islamic educational institutions. The purpose of the research is to identify and analyze effective marketing strategies in increasing the attractiveness and sustainability of Islamic educational institutions. The research method used is literature review and descriptive analysis based on marketing theories from experts such as Philip Kotler, Ali Hasan, and Fandy Tjiptono. The results showed that a good marketing strategy involves coordination of work teams, funding efficiency, and the right tactics to achieve goals. Basic marketing concepts such as production, product, sales, marketing, and social marketing need to be adjusted to the values, management vision, and market demands. In addition, effective communication patterns through publication of achievements, promotion, and advertising are also important in delivering marketing messages to the public. Good communication will influence public perception and increase trust in Islamic education institutions. In conclusion, the use of appropriate marketing strategies and effective communication can help Islamic educational institutions achieve their goals in meeting customer needs, gaining competitive advantage and strengthening relationships with the community.

Abstract

Water/puddle is one of the causes of damage or reduces durability for road construction with asphalt pavement. Several roads in Indonesia which are close to the coast experience problems with sea water inundation which is mostly caused by extreme weather, resulting in tidal flooding or what is known as tidal water. The purpose of this study was to compare the changes in Marshall characteristics of asphalt concrete mixture AC-WC filler cement due to post-immersion in river water and in sea water with different variations of soaking time. The characteristics measured using the marshall tool are stability, flow (melting) and Marshall Quetiont (MQ). This study uses experimental methods in the laboratory. Immersion of test object samples (brickets) in river water and in sea water with variations in immersion time of 0.5 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours, 96 hours and 168 hours. To determine the ratio of changes in strength and durability of asphalt concrete mixture Ac-Wc. The results indicate that post-immersion in sea water for a long time has a greater effect as a destroyer of asphalt layers than river water. For post-immersion in river water, stability values were obtained from 0.5 hours to 168 hours, flow values from 0.5 hours to 96 hours and MQ from 0.5 to 96 hours. While the results after immersion in sea water obtained stability values from 0.5 hours to 168 hours, flow values from 0.5 hours to 96 hours and MQ from 0.5 to 48 hours. Of the two types of immersion, the longer the asphalt concrete mixture is immersed in river water or in sea water, both of them can reduce the strength and durability of the mixture. Because seawater contains a lot of NaCl which is an aggressive ion and affects the loss of the bond between aggregate and asphalt.
