Abstract

Many diseases occur due to complications of hypertension such as stroke and IHD (Ischemic Heart Disease). There complications can be prevented as early as possible if patients are adhered in the implementation of management  hypertension. Adherence  can arise if a person has a strong motivation to recuperate illness. This study aims to determine the correlation between the motivation diets of hypertensive patients with adherence to hypertension in the district Lengkong Jaya Garut. The type of research used is descriptive correlation, with a cross sectional approach, the sample used was 57 respondents, tools for data collection using questionnaires of motivation can adherence questionnaire, bivariate test analysis using chi-square. The results of the study showed that the majority of patients with low hypertension and compliance with hypertension were mostly non-adherent hypertensive patients. Hypothesis test results obtained p-value 0.026 means that there is a relationship between motivation and compliance with hypertension do it in District Lengkong Jaya Garut. It is recommended for nurses to do re-registration for hypertensive patients and to conduct special programs such as socialization to respondents with hypertension and provide counseling or home visits to respondents with hypertension in order to increase the motivation of hypertensive.ABSTRAKHipertensi  sampai saat ini menjadi penyakit yang menimbulkan banyak komplikasi penyakit yang membahayakan. Komplikasi yang utama dari hipertensi diantaranya stroke dan IHD (Ischemic Heart Desease) yang menjadi penyebab utama kematian. Komplikasi tersebut dapat dicegah sedini mungkin jika penderita hipertensi patuh dalam pentalaksanaan hipertensi. Kepatuhan tersebut dapat muncul jika seseorang mempunyai motivasi atau dorongan yang kuat untuk sembuh dari penyakitnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi antara motivasi penderita hipertensi dengan kepatuhan diit hipertensi di Desa Lengkongjaya wilayah kerja Puskesmas Karangmulya Kabupaten Garut. Jenis  penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif korelasi, dengan pendekatan cross sectional, sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 57 responden, alat untuk pengambilan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner, analisa uji bivariat menggunakan chi-Square. Hasil penelitian motivasi sebagian besar penderita hipertensi rendah dan kepatuhan diit hipertensi sebagian besar pasien hipertensi tidak patuh. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh p-value 0,026 artinya terdapat hubungan antara motivasi dengan kepatuhan diit hipertensi di Desa Lengkongjaya wilayah kerja Puskesmas Karangmulya Kabupaten Garut tahun 2018. Disarankan bagi Perawat agar melakukan pendataan ulang bagi penderita hipertensi serta mengadakan program khusus seperti sosialisasi kepada responden penderita hipertensi dan memberikan penyuluhan ataupun home visit kepada responden penderita hipertensi guna meningkatkan motivasi penderita hipertensi.

Abstract

Environmental literacy play a crucial role in instilling awareness in children about the importance of protecting the environment. The aim of this study was to describe the learning profile that has an impact on environmental literacy of elementary school students. This research used descriptive qualitative research. The sources of data in this study are 4 elementary schools in Subang Regency from 4 different sub-districts. The data collected was data regarding the profile of students' environmental literacy learning in the Elementary School by focusing on the profile of environmental knowledge, attitudes, and environmental behavior based on environmental literacy measurements. Data collection techniques were carried out by triangulation (combined) through interview and survey techniques. The instruments used in this research were interview guidelines and questionnaires/questionnaires. The data analysis technique was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This research showed that: 1) Environmental knowledge profiles in school local content have been well applied in the curriculum which can be seen in the conditioning of the learning environment that blends with nature, and 2) The profile of environmental attitudes and behavior in learning has been well integrated at every grade level, as evidenced by the collaboration between students in protecting the environment. This study recommends educators to focus on environmental literacy to renew their understanding of the importance of protecting the environment and forming social awareness of the surrounding environment. A suggestion for further research is to investigate this trend among public or private schools in several regions of Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of integrating religious education into the elementary school curriculum in shaping students' moral, social, and spiritual values. Using a qualitative approach and a case study design at SDN Cigumelor, data were collected through interviews, observations, and curriculum document analysis. The findings indicate that the integration of religious values fosters students' character development—such as empathy, tolerance, discipline, and responsibility—while also creating an inclusive and harmonious classroom environment. This study provides practical contributions to the development of character-based curricula and offers theoretical insights into the importance of religious education in multicultural school settings.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi peran integrasi pendidikan keagamaan dalam kurikulum sekolah dasar terhadap pembentukan nilai moral, sosial, dan spiritual siswa. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan desain studi kasus di SDN Cigumelor, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa integrasi nilai-nilai keagamaan mendorong perkembangan karakter siswa, seperti empati, toleransi, disiplin, dan tanggung jawab, sekaligus menciptakan suasana kelas yang inklusif dan harmonis. Studi ini berkontribusi secara praktis dalam pengembangan kurikulum berbasis karakter serta menawarkan perspektif teoretis tentang pentingnya pendidikan keagamaan dalam lingkungan sekolah multikultural.

Abstract

This study examines innovative strategies in Islamic education learning based on digital technology and identifies the challenges and opportunities in integrating Islamic values into digital learning. The methodology used in this research is a literature review with a qualitative approach, where the author examines various literatures related to the application of technology in Islamic education and its impact on the development of student character. Data analysis is conducted by comparing findings from relevant sources. The research results show that digital technology has great potential to enhance learning effectiveness, but there are challenges in maintaining the balance between utilising technology and preserving Islamic values. Furthermore, integrating Islamic values into technology-based learning can strengthen student character and develop 21st-century skills such as critical thinking and collaboration. This study concludes that the application of technology in Islamic education should be carried out wisely while emphasising the moral and spiritual values that form the foundation of student character development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the value-based branding strategy in Islamic boarding schools as an effort to maintain traditional identity amidst the rapid flow of digitalization and globalization. Although many other educational institutions have implemented digital branding, its application in the context of Islamic boarding schools is still limited. The study employs a qualitative approach, utilizing case studies of two Islamic boarding schools to explore how these institutions integrate traditional Islamic values into their branding strategies through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results of the study indicate that Islamic boarding schools have successfully combined values such as sincerity, simplicity, and social benefits in their branding to maintain relevance in the modern era, thereby strengthening character through a balance with digitalization. The findings emphasize the importance of value-based branding strategies as a research contribution in strengthening the position of Islamic boarding schools as moral and spiritual educational institutions. The study's implications suggest that implementing strategies not only enhances the competitiveness of Islamic boarding schools but also strengthens their relationships with local and global communities, thereby supporting the continuity of Islamic boarding school education in the digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran media sosial dalam perkembangan keagamaan remaja di era digital, dengan fokus pada analisis studi literatur. Penelitian ini mengkaji berbagai artikel dan jurnal untuk memahami bagaimana media sosial memengaruhi pemahaman dan praktik keagamaan remaja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial memainkan peran signifikan dalam penyebaran informasi keagamaan, memperluas pengetahuan agama, dan memperkuat komunitas keagamaan di kalangan remaja. Platform seperti YouTube, Instagram, dan platform lainnya menjadi sumber utama bagi remaja untuk mengakses konten keagamaan. Namun, penelitian ini juga menyoroti tantangan yang muncul akibat penggunaan media sosial, seperti kesulitan dalam memilah informasi yang akurat dan risiko terpapar konten yang membingungkan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya bimbingan dari orang tua, pendidik, dan komunitas dalam memastikan penggunaan media sosial yang bijak dan produktif dalam konteks keagamaan. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa media sosial memiliki potensi besar untuk mendukung perkembangan keagamaan remaja, asalkan penggunaannya dilakukan dengan bijak dan didampingi oleh pihak yang dapat memastikan kebenaran informasi serta dampak positifnya bagi perkembangan spiritual dan sosial remaja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi kurikulum berbasis cinta pada Madrasah Ibtidaiyah di Kota Palembang melalui metode literature review. Kurikulum berbasis Cinta merupakan inovasi pendidikan yang menempatkan nilai kasih sayang sebagai landasan utama dalam pembelajaran, dengan fokus pada lima pilar cinta yaitu cinta kepada Tuhan, ilmu pengetahuan, lingkungan, sesama, dan tanah air. Studi ini mengumpulkan dan menganalisis sepuluh artikel relevan yang membahas konsep, strategi implementasi, tantangan, serta dampak penerapan kurikulum tersebut. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Kurikulum Berbasis Cinta mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar, kedisiplinan, dan suasana kelas yang kondusif serta menguatkan pengembangan karakter siswa. Namun, implementasi kurikulum ini menghadapi kendala seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan pelatihan guru. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan dukungan pelatihan dan penyediaan sumber belajar untuk mengoptimalkan penerapan Kurikulum Berbasis Cinta. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pengembangan pendidikan karakter berbasis kasih sayang di Madrasah.
