Abstract

Well-being and resilience are problems that often arise in various circles, including students and lecturers in higher education. This is due to pressure from both internal and external factors experienced. This research used 10 selected journals from a total of 679 articles found related to well-being and resilience in higher education in searches using the Scopus and ProQuest websites. Then a screening was carried out using the PRISMA-P method related to well-being, resilience, and higher education in the last 10 years. This research aims to determine the methods used to measure the well-being and resilience of lecturers and students. The results of this research explain that the methods that can be applied include quantitative research using analysis of variance (ANOVA) or Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) methods and qualitative research using interviews, focus group discussions, Stress Management and Relaxation Techniques (SMART), Mindfulness Training, and Coteaching Model. The advice researchers give for further research is to research what factors can influence well-being and resilience in higher education.

Abstract

Objective: Time banditry behavior is often overlooked as counterproductive work behavior (CWB) even though it has a hidden negative impact and can disrupt organizational performance. This study will explore situational factors sourced from the organization, namely narcissistic leadership, workload, and boredom, that trigger stress at work, namely emotional exhaustion. Emotion exhaustion will impact time banditry behavior. Design/Methods/Approach: This study involved 181 civil servants in western Indonesia. Data were collected through a survey and analyzed using partial least squares-structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM). Findings: The findings revealed that narcissistic leadership and boredom have a significant and positive influence on time banditry behavior; boredom at work also has a significant and positive effect on time banditry. Meanwhile, boredom at work has the greatest influence on time banditry. Workload has a significant and negative influence on time banditry behavior. There are two insignificant influences, namely emotional exhaustion to time banditry behavior and narcissistic leadership to emotion exhaustion. Furthermore, both workload and boredom have a significant and positive influence on emotional exhaustion. Originality/Value: This study provides theoretical and practical contributions to the workplace that can trigger time banditry. Situational factors, including narcissistic leadership, workload load, and boredom, can cause emotional exhaustion. They will do time banditry. Practical/Policy Implications: The results of this study have practical implications, such as boredom at work being prone to trigger the emergence of time banditry behavior. Organizations need to redesign work so that work is more varied and less boring through rotation, transfer, or job enrichment arrangements and job functions.

Abstract

Sidoharjo Village, Kulon Progo Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region has extraordinary natural resources. In addition, the village has 2 (two) superior products, namely Coffee known as Menoreh Coffee with its rich flavor and Cassava Chips with various flavors. Unfortunately, the marketing is still not optimal. The results of the initial survey were the lack of knowledge and skills about Whatsapp and Instagram for marketing media. The Community Service Team of S1 Management FEB Universitas Airlangga has developed a training and mentoring program for Rumah Mandiri MSMEs to be able to transform into digital marketing. Training and mentoring was carried out from October to December 2024. The results obtained by participants began to show changes in the preparation of posts, image quality, making captions on their social media accounts. It is hoped that after this community service program, MSMEs can be more independent and routine in utilizing their social media to achieve a wider marketing target.

Abstract

This research aims to identify external factors that influence purchase intention in the use of social media for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in emerging markets, focusing on how user attitudes towards social media marketing strategies can influence consumer intentions to purchase MSME products. Quantitative approach is used with an explanatory research type, by collecting survey data from 413 social media users who engage with MSME products in East Java, Indonesia. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to determine the significance of each factor. The results show that interactivity, informativeness, word of mouth (WOM), personalization, trendiness, entertainment, usefulness, and flow experience significantly positively affect Purchase Intention. Conversely, Irritation has a negative effect. User attitude towards social media is an important mediating factor that strengthens the influence of these variables on purchase intention, suggesting that positive experiences on social media can increase consumers' likelihood of purchase. Limitation of this study is conducted only within specific geographical area (East Java), which may affect the generalizability of the results. Further research can be conducted with a broader sample to validate these findings in other regions and markets. This research provides insights into the role of social media attributes and user experience in driving Purchase Intention in the MSME sector in emerging markets. It highlights the importance of positive user attitudes, thus filling the research gap regarding the impact of social media on consumer behavior in the context of MSMEs.

Abstract

The digital era is an era that cannot be avoided anymore. This era is characterized by the development of technology and the rapid flow of information. This digital transformation means that employees must have digital skills to adapt to the times. PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk (Telkom), the largest telkom company in Indonesia, also faces challenges in preparing digital talent that suits the company's needs in the future. One of these challenges is the existence of a talent war that results in each company having to be able to compete. The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics of digital talent and analyze the influence of HR management, digital literacy, HR risk, digital leadership, and digital culture on PT Telkom Indonesia's digital talent. This study uses primary data obtained from 140 respondents of PT Telkom Indonesia employees from 14 work locations of digital talent employees. The method used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis. The results of this study indicate that HR management, digital literacy, HR risk, digital leadership, and digital culture affect digital talent. Then, digital culture can mediate HR management, digital literacy, HR risk on digital talent. Meanwhile, digital culture does not successfully mediate digital leadership.  The managerial implication of this research is that companies are expected to know the factors that form digital talent so that companies can prepare the right methods in managing digital talent.

Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                                                                                                                                            Kehadiran teknologi bagi UMKM bagai 2 sisi mata uang, satu sisi memberikan peluang, satu sisi mendatangkan tantangan. Salah satu tantangannya adalah maraknya terjadi penipuan, peretasan dan malware secara online dengan sasaran UMKM. Lemahnya pengetahuan akan hadirnya kejahatan siber dan kurangnya alokasi anggaran untuk mengatasi terjadinya kejahatan siber menjadi penyebab banyaknya korban kejahatan dari kalangan UMKM. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dipandang perlu untuk mengadakan edukasi pada para pelaku usaha berkala UMKM agar mereka dapat lebih fokus dan meningkatkan kewaspadaan dalam menjalankan bisnis. Edukasi dikemas  dalam bentuk Talkshow  secara hybrid dengan mitra yang disasar adalah 65 UMKM di Kota Surabaya dan mahasiswa yang sedang menjalankan usaha. Tim pengabdian masyarakat terdiri dari 10 orang dosen Departemen Manajemen dan 24 orang mahasiswa Magister Manajemen FEB Universitas Airlangga.  Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakt ini terlaksana sesuai dengan tahapan yang direncanakan yaitu tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi serta tindak lanjut. Metode yang dilakukan adalah ceramah, tanya jawab dan agar materi ini dapat didengarkan kembali oleh peserta dan disebarluaskan pada UMKM lain, maka keseluruhan materi dikemas dalam 10 video yang diunggah pada kanal Youtube.  Hasil yang dicapai adalah terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan peserta tentang karakteristik, bentuk, cara mengenali, berikut mitigasi penanganan cyber crime yang diketahui dengan peningkatan prosentasi jawaban benar dari soal pre-test dan post-test . Peserta juga  antusias mengikuti kegiatan hingga akhir, aktif berpartisipasi dalam mengajukan pertanyaan. Kata kunci: kejahatan; siber; talkshow; UMKM; waspada ABSTRACTThe presence of technology for MSMEs is like 2 sides of a coin, one side provides opportunities, one side brings challenges. One of the challenges is the rise of online fraud, hacking and malware targeting MSMEs. The lack of knowledge of the presence of cybercrime and the lack of budget allocation to overcome the occurrence of cybercrime are the causes of the many victims of crime from MSMEs. Based on this, it is deemed important to educate MSMEs periodically so that they can focus and increase vigilance in running their business. Education is packaged in the form of a hybrid Talkshow with the targeted partners being 65 MSMEs in Surabaya City. The community service team consisted of 10 lecturers from the Department of Management and 24 Magister of Management students from FEB Universitas Airlangga. The methods used were lectures, questions and answers and so that this material could be listened to again by participants and disseminated to other MSMEs, the entire material was packaged in 10 videos uploaded on the Youtube channel. The results achieved were an increase in participants' knowledge about the characteristics, forms, how to recognize, and mitigation of cyber crime handling, which was known by the increase in the percentage of correct answers from the pre-test and post-test questions. Abstract

Abstract: Research on the Effect of User Interface and Product Variations on Consumer Buying Interest is a literature review article that aims to build hypotheses for further research within the scope of Marketing Management. The method of writing literature review articles is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this literature review article are: 1) User Interface has an effect on Consumer Buying Interest and 2) Product Variation has an effect on Consumer Buying Interest. Apart from these two exogenous variables that affect endogenous variables, there are still many other factors including the variables of Price, Product Quality, Service Quality and Place. Abstrak: Penelitian Pengaruh User Interface dan Variasi Produk terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen merupakan artikel literature review yang bertujuan untuk membangun hipotesis guna penelitian selanjutnya dalam lingkup Manajemen Pemasaran. Metode penulisan artikel literature review yaitu dengan metode library research, yang bersumber dari media online seperti Google Scholar, Mendeley dan media online akademik lainnya. Hasil artikel literature review ini yaitu: 1) User Interface berpengaruh terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen dan 2) Variasi Produk berpengaruh terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen. Selain dari dua variabel exogen ini yang mempengaruhi variabel endogen, masih banyaj faktor lain di antaranya adalah variabel Harga, Kualitas Produk, Kualitas Layanan dan Tempat.

Abstract

Fraud  in  financial  reporting  in  organisations  often  occurs.  Fraudulent  behaviour  can  harm  the  credibility  and  sustainability  of  an  organisation.  This  study  aims  to  determine  the  effect  of  whistleblowing  system,  organisational  culture,  and  religiosity  on  fraud  prevention  in  financial  reporting  of  student  organisations  at  Ahmad  Dahlan  University,  individual  morality  as  a  moderating  variable.  The  method  of  analysis  used  in  this  study  is  through  analytical  tests  in  the  form  of  outer  model  and  inner  model  and  moderated  regression  analysis  (MRA)  by  utilising  SmartPLS  3.0  software.  The  results  of  this  study  indicate  that  first,  the  whistleblowing  system  has  a  positive  effect  on  fraud  prevention.  Second,  organisational  culture  has  a  positive  effect  on  fraud  prevention.  Third,  religiosity  has  no  effect  on  fraud  prevention.  Fourth,  individual  morals  are  unable  to  moderate  the  relationship  between  the  whistleblowing  system,  organisational  culture  and  religiosity  on  fraud  prevention.  This  research  is  expected  to  provide  an  overview  of  the  influence  of  fraud  behaviour  in  the  financial  reporting  of  student  organisations.  Keywords:  whistleblowing,  organisational  culture,  religiosity,  fraud  prevention

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memegang peranan strategis dalam mendorong pembangunan ekonomi masyarakat. Pengelolaan UMKM yang efektif dan efisien membutuhkan literasi keuangan yang memadai serta kesadaran pelaku usaha terhadap pentingnya pencatatan dan pelaporan keuangan yang sistematis. Sayangnya, pemahaman yang kurang terhadap akuntansi menyebabkan pelaku UMKM kesulitan dalam pengelolaan laporan keuangan. Pencatatan yang dilakukan masih bersifat sederhana dan terbatas pada penerimaan dan pengeluaran harian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengimplementasikan SAK EMKM dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan UMKM Angkringan Tugu Singo Tirto dan untuk melihat berbagai kendala serta solusi dalam penerapannya. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan bersifat kualitatif deskriptif, dengan pengumpulan data primer yang diperoleh melalui wawancara langsung kepada pelaku usaha. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaku UMKM Angkringan Tugu Singo Tirto belum pernah membuat laporan keuangan yang sesuai dengan standar SAK EMKM. Pencatatan yang dilakukan masih sangat terbatas pada pemasukan dan pengeluaran harian.

Abstract

Desa Sidoharjo, Kabupaten Kulon Progo, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta memiliki kekayaan alam yang luar biasa. Selain itu, di dusun tersebut terdapat 2 (dua) produk unggulan yaitu kopi yang dikenal dengan Kopi Menoreh dengan citarasa yang khas serta Kripik Talas dengan berbagai varian rasa. Sayangnya pemasaran yang dilakukan masih kurang optimal. Hasil dari survey awal adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan tentang Whatsapp dan Instagram untuk media pemasaran. Tim Pengabdian Masyarakat S1 Manajemen FEB Universitas Airlangga telah menyusun program pelatihan dan pendampingan bagi UMKM Rumah Mandiri untuk dapat bertransformasi dalam pemasaran digital. Pelatihan dan pendampingan dilakukan sejak bulan Oktober hingga Desember 2024. Hasil yang didapatkan peserta mulai dapat menunjukkan perubahan dalam penyusunan postingan, kualitas gambar, pembuatan caption pada akun media sosial mereka. Diharapkan setelah program pengabdian masyarakat ini, para UMKM dapat lebih mandiri dan rutin dalam memanfaatkan media sosial yang dimiliki untuk mencapai target pemasaran yang lebih luas.
