Abstract

The objectives of this research are: 1. To find out the picture self efficacy school culture and teacher job satisfaction. 2. To know the influence self efficacy and school culture on teacher job satisfaction both simultaneously and partially. This research uses a library research design and field research. The population in this study was all 33 teachers. The types of data used are qualitative data and quantitative data. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection was carried out by interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The research instrument test used is the validity and reliability test. Data analysis techniques consist of normality tests, qualitative descriptive analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this research can be concluded as follows: Self efficacy teachers are good, school culture is still strong enough, and teacher job satisfaction is high. There is a strong and positive relationship between self efficacy with school culture, teacher job satisfaction. The high and low level of teacher job satisfaction can be explained by the contribution of self efficacy  And  school culture. To optimize  self efficacy teachers are optimized by trying to make the work environment comfortable. To increase teacher job satisfaction with a review by the foundation with requests from school principals regarding salaries and other compensation received by teachers by comparing them with government regulations regarding UMR and also salaries in other schools that are parallel to the schools being managed

Abstract

Inverters are used to convert direct current or DC (Direct Current) sources into alternating current sources or AC (Alternating Current). A method is needed to make the output waveform close to a sinusoidal waveform. The Multi Level Inverter (MLI) method has a large number of levels and is closer to a sinusoidal wave. The three-phase MLI design with a separate symmetrical input source in this study is able to produce a three-phase output wave, where the resulting Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) value is smaller, namely 5.65% when using the Modified PWM method where the carrier signal has no frequency

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is one of the global health threats, and in Indonesia, the prevalence of DM continues to increase every year. The risk factors for DM that are currently challenging are an unbalanced lifestyle, including the habit of consuming snacks high in sugar. Situation analysis shows that students at Islamic boarding schools have limited knowledge about diabetes and often enjoy snacks without considering their sugar content. On the other hand, sweet potatoes grow abundantly in the environment of the Al-Hikam Bangkalan Islamic boarding school. Sweet potatoes are known to have a low glycemic index and are high in fiber, making them a healthy snack alternative to prevent the risk of diabetes. The purpose of this community service is to introduce healthy snacks for diabetes to prevent the early risk of diabetes among students at PP. Al-Hikam Bangkalan. This community service used an observational analytical method in processing questionnaire data. Activities included counseling on the dangers of DM and healthy anti-diabetic snacks. The Participants consisted of 51 male and female students at PP. Al-Hikam Bangkalan, which began with a pre-test, continued with the delivery of material, and ended with a post-test as an evaluation. The results of the Wilcoxon signed rank test showed an increase in the knowledge of the participants, with a pre-test average score of 31 and a post-test average score of 64, representing a significant increase (P <0.001). The conclusion is that students were able to understand diabetes mellitus and recognize healthy anti-diabetic snacks after receiving counseling, so it is hoped that students can maintain a balanced diet and make healthy snacks as an alternative to snacks so that they can prevent diabetes early on.

Abstract

The lack of scientific literacy among students requires teachers to design interesting lessons and foster students' curiosity about renewable energy. Physics lessons based on ethnoscience through the tradition of “Sedekah Bumi” integrated with Artificial Intelligence are expected to improve scientific process skills. The objectives of this study are (1) to determine the validity of the worksheets in relation to students’ learning barriers, and (2) to determine the improvement in students’ scientific process skills. This study involved 40 students from a senior high school. The research was conducted from April to November 2025. The type of research used was Design Research, consisting of the Preparing for the Experiment, Design Experiment, and Retrospective Analysis stages. Implementation in 3 cycles through Lesson Study between researchers, physics teachers, and students collaborating to design renewable energy learning tools in the form of lesson plans and worksheets. Data collection instruments used tests, questionnaires, observation sheets, and interview guidelines. Data analysis was descriptive with a quantitative mix of tests and reanalyzed qualitatively from the results of interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show (1). Worksheets based on the results of material validation, curriculum of 0.92 (Highly Valid), media validation of 0.89 (Highly Valid) and lesson study expert validation of 0.90 (Highly Valid). (2). The average increase in students' science process skills was 0.83, which is in the high category. Further research is recommended to develop renewable energy modules assisted by Artificial Intelligence through biomass waste to improve students’ science literacy.
