Abstract

Power electronics is a field of science that studies and discusses electronics applications related to large-power electrical equipment, one of the sub-subject studied is the AC to DC converter such as a three-phase half-wave controlled rectifier with a resistive load in which output voltage can be controlled by adjusting the triggering delay angle of gate SCR. The components used include a three-phase step-down transformer where the output is used as a reference signal to determine the starting point (30o) and the endpoint (150o) of triggering delay angle, it is also used as a power source for the system, LM393 is used as a comparator between three-phase rectifier (Vd) with DC voltage (Vreference), likewise to compare triangular waves with DC voltages that resulting from changes in the voltage on the potentiometer in order to control the triggering delay angle (α) of SCR. The first step that must be taken to make measurements using an oscilloscope is to determine the ton and toff values for each angle by rotating the potentiometer on the comparator circuit and then measuring the average output voltage (Vo), determination the triggering angle in this research is still done manually so that the measurement results compared to the calculation has a difference this is due to the level of accuracy in observing the oscilloscope, on the other hand, the three-phase transformer and sources used are not in ideal conditions.

Abstract

One way to prevent TB is to maintain air circulation in the house. Good air circulation in the house is essential to create a healthy and comfortable environment. Good air circulation ensures fresh air. Community service aims to help provide insight to the community regarding the benefits of healthy air circulation at home as an effort to prevent TB disease in the work area of the Wonokromo sub-district health centre, Surabaya City. The service method used is counselling about tuberculosis with partners who are 62 residents of RW 05, Wonokromo Village, Surabaya City. The results of the community service can be concluded that the extension of the benefits of indoor air circulation as an effort to prevent TB disease can increase public knowledge about pulmonary tuberculosis in the work area of RW 07, Wonokromo Village. The results of implementing community service can significantly increase community knowledge about pulmonary tuberculosis by 86.6%. Suggestions: Regular education needs to be carried out as an effort to eliminate TB so that the morbidity rate for pulmonary tuberculosis in Wonokromo Village decreases.

Abstract

Degenerative diseases are conditions that cause deterioration of cell and organ function, with high mortality rates. These diseases are closely related to modern lifestyles, including decreased diet and physical activity. The purpose of this activity is to provide counselling and education to the community of RW 07 Wonokromo Village regarding the prevention of degenerative diseases and increase the knowledge and awareness of the community regarding this matter. The activity was carried out by giving a pre-test to participants to measure their initial understanding of degenerative diseases. Furthermore, education was carried out using the lecture method using media such as laptops and LCD screens to facilitate visualisation of the material. After the delivery of the material, a question and answer session was held as a post-test to measure the increase in participants' knowledge. The programme was attended by 90 participants with various age ranges. The pre-test results showed that the participants still had minimal knowledge about degenerative diseases. After education, the post-test results showed a significant increase in knowledge (p < 0.05). The mean value of the pre-test was 68, while the post-test increased to 889, showing a significant increase. Education on degenerative diseases was effective in improving participants' knowledge. This activity is expected to be passed on by participants to the surrounding community to prevent degenerative diseases and maintain health. Obstacles faced such as inadequate venues can be overcome with better preparation in the future. Suggestions or Recommendations: It is recommended that education and counselling activities on degenerative diseases be carried out regularly, involving more people, and accompanied by more adequate facilities. In addition, further training for health cadres would help them become effective agents of education in the community.

Abstract

Background: Surabaya is in 9th place among the top 10 places with diabetes in Indonesia, with a prevalence of 6.8. The elderly community in RW 07 Wonokromo Village is a community whose members experience degenerative diseases, such as diabetes. Therefore, there is a need for activities to empower the elderly community to become independent elderly people. Objective: This activity aims to increase knowledge about the body's resilience in preventing diabetes in old age. Method: This activity was held in the form of counseling and joint exercise activities which were participated in by the elderly community of RW 07, Wonokromo Village. The evaluation of this activity used a pre-test and post-test, and then discussion session. All data were analyzed using paired-T tests with α =5%. Results: This activity had a positive impact as evidenced by an increase in participants' knowledge from an average pretest score of 63.8% to a post-test of 85.8%. The results of the paired-T test showed that there was a difference in the level of knowledge before and after the education was provided (p=0.000). Conclusion: This activity was able to increase participants' knowledge in maintaining body resilience in preventing diabetes in old age.

Abstract

Virtual Laboratory (V-Lab) is a media platform for interaction and visualization of learning for practicum-based courses. V-Lab is a solution to learning problems due to the lack of real laboratory facilities as well as an alternative for practicums that require a high level of safety. The purpose of this study was to determine students' mastery of concepts after using the V-Lab in the core Physics course. The method used is quasi-experimental. The research subjects were 15 Unuha physics education students. The data collection technique is a concept mastery test. The results showed that the increase in mastery of the concept was 0.432 with moderate criteria, while based on the paired sample test, it was known that the sig. (2-tailed) is 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is an average difference between pre-test and post-test concept mastery, which means that there is an influence of V-Lab application in increasing mastery of core physics concepts. The data shows that the Virtual Laboratory is effectively used to improve mastery of the concepts of core physics courses.

Abstract

Kekurangan energi kronik pada ibu hamil merupakan masalah kesehatan global yang berpotensi menyebabkan dampak serius pada kesejahteraan ibu dan perkembangan janin. Kondisi ini ditandai oleh kekurangan asupan energi yang kronis, yang dapat menyebabkan berbagai komplikasi seperti kelahiran prematur, berat badan bayi rendah, dan masalah kesehatan jangka panjang bagi ibu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan, jarak kehamilan dan pendapatan keluarga dengan kejadian Kekurangan Energi Kronik pada Ibu Hamil di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Peninjauan Kabupaten OKU Tahun 2023. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional dengan populasi 120 ibu hamil dan sampel sebanyak 54 dengan menggunakan metode non random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji statistic Chi Square dengan p-value < nilai α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini dari 16 responden yang pengetahuannya kurang baik 10 (62,5 %) mengalami kekurangan energi kronik p.value = 0,000, dari 19 responden yang jarak kehamilan beresiko tinggi 11 (57,9 %) mengalami kekurangan energi kronik p.value = 0,000, sedangkan dari 17 responden yang pendapatan keluarga rendah 11 (64,7 %) mengalami kekurangan energi kronik p.value = 0,000. Bidan diharapkan memberikan edukasi kepada ibu mengenai pentingnya menjaga pola makan agar tidak kekurangan gizi sehingga mengalami kejadian kekurangan energi kronik.

Abstract

Article 116 paragraph (4) of Law Number 51 of 2009 stipulates that officials who do not implement decisions of the State Administrative Court (PTUN) that have permanent legal force may be subject to coercive measures in the form of forced money (dwangsom) and/or administrative sanctions. This study aims to: first, analyze the legal regulations on dwangsom in the execution of PTUN decisions in Indonesia; second, examine the application of dwangsom by judges in judicial practice; third, examine the implications of the application of dwangsom from a justice perspective. The method used is normative juridical with a statutory, conceptual, and case approach. Data were obtained from primary and secondary legal materials, analyzed qualitatively, with a case study on Decision Number 13/G/2016/PTUN.TPI. The results of the study indicate that the regulation of dwangsom in the execution of PTUN decisions is still partial and not supported by technical regulations. Article 116 paragraph (4) of Law Number 51 of 2009 is not accompanied by detailed guidelines so that its application depends on the judge's initiative and the plaintiff's request, without quantitative or procedural standards. In fact, dwangsom has the potential to be an effective means of pressuring officials to comply with decisions voluntarily and in a timely manner. Weak technical regulations and an unresponsive legal culture have limited its effectiveness. The conclusion of this study confirms that the dwangsom plays a strategic role in ensuring legal certainty and protecting the public's rights from arbitrary government action. Comprehensive technical regulations and the establishment of an independent national enforcement agency are recommended to ensure the practical implementation of PTUN decisions. Thus, dwangsom can function effectively as an instrument for upholding the rule of law and providing justice for those seeking justice.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menilai kemajuan media pendidikan berbasis Android yang dibuat menggunakan MIT App Inventor, mengevaluasi kelayakan media pendidikan berbasis Android yang dikembangkan dan menilai kepraktisan media pendidikan berbasis Android yang dikembangkan. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D), dengan menggunakan lima tahapan paradigma pengembangan ADDIE yang meliputi Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X.MM4 di SMK PGRI 2 Belitang Tahun Ajaran 2024/2025. Kelayakan media pembelajaran ditentukan melalui penilaian yang dilakukan oleh ahli materi, ahli media, dan siswa. Penilaian ahli materi menghasilkan skor rata-rata sebesar 93% dengan kategori “sangat layak”. Begitu pula dengan penilaian ahli media yang menghasilkan skor rata-rata sebesar 91%, juga berkategori “sangat layak”. Respon siswa rata-rata sebesar 80% dengan kategori “sangat praktis”. Berdasarkan statistik dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis Android yang memanfaatkan MIT App Inventor efektif untuk pengajaran dasar desain grafis di kelas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan Research and Development (R&D) yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Adobe Animate dan untuk mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran serta untuk mengetahui tingkat kemenarikan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Adobe Animate di kalangan peserta didik kelas X tingkat SMK/SMA. Prosedur pengembangan in i mengadap tasi model pengembangan 4D yang di kembangkan oleh Thiagarajan yang kemudian dimodifikasi menjadi 3D. Terdapat 3 tahap prosedur penelitian yang dijalankan, yaitu (1) Tahap pendefinisian (define), (2) Tahap perancangan (design) dan (3) Tahap pengembangan (develop), Pengambilan Proses penilaian kelayakan media pembelajaran dengan memberikan angket kepada ahli materi, ahli media, responden uji coba lapangan sebanyak 30 siswa. Uji coba dilakukan di SMK Negeri 1 Belitang III. Data angket kemudian di olah untuk menentukan tingkat kelayakan media pembelajaran . Hasil penelitian berupa produk media pembelajaran untuk materi teknologi informasi dan komunikasi berbasis aplikasi Adobe Animate dengan hasil penilaian dari ahli media mendapat rerata skor sebesar 3,27 dalam kategori Sangat Layak. Hasil penilaian dari ahli materi mendapat rerata skor sebesar 3,6 dalam kategori Sangat Layak. Hasil penilaian dari uji coba lapangan mendapat rerata skor sebesar 3,47 dalam kategori Sangat Layak. Berdasarkan data tersebut dapat di simpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran untuk materi teknologi informasi dan komunikasi bebrasis Adobe Animate dinyatakan Sangat Layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa kelas X di SMK PGRI 2 Belitang melalui penggunaan e-modul desain grafis. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subyek penelitian ini terdiri dari 22 siswa yang di observasi dan di analisis selama proses pembelajaran. E-modul desain grafis yang di buat berisi materi interaktif, yang dirancang praktis untuk menarik siswa dan meningkatkan keterlibatan mereka selama proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan e-modul berhasil meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa yang di ukur melalui angket motivasi sebelum dan sesudah penerapan e-modul. Pada siklus I rata – rata skor motivasi siswa adalah 76,91% sedangkan setelah siklus II meningkat menjadi 80,32 %. selain itu observasi partisipasi siswa selama pembelajaran juga menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan. Dengan demikian dapat di simpulkan bahwa penggunaan e-modul desain grafis efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di SMK PGRI 2 Belitang, serta memberikan dampak positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini mrekomendasikan penerapan e-modul sebagai salah satu alternatif dalam pembelajaran desain grafis di SMK PGRI 2 Belitang.
