Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi pembelajaran inklusif dalam konteks pendidikan Islam, serta mengidentifikasi berbagai tantangan dan solusi yang relevan dalam implementasinya. Pendidikan inklusif merupakan pendekatan yang memberikan kesempatan yang sama kepada seluruh peserta didik, termasuk mereka yang memiliki kebutuhan khusus, untuk memperoleh layanan pendidikan yang berkualitas tanpa diskriminasi. Dalam perspektif Islam, prinsip inklusivitas sejalan dengan nilai-nilai keadilan, kasih sayang, dan penghargaan terhadap keberagaman. Namun, penerapan strategi ini di lembaga pendidikan Islam masih menghadapi sejumlah kendala, antara lain keterbatasan pemahaman guru, kurangnya pelatihan, minimnya fasilitas pendukung, serta resistensi budaya dan sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kepustakaan sebagai metode utama untuk menganalisis literatur terkait. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang efektif mencakup pelatihan guru secara berkelanjutan, pengembangan kurikulum yang adaptif, penyediaan lingkungan belajar yang ramah disabilitas, serta penguatan sinergi antara sekolah, orang tua, dan masyarakat. Dengan strategi yang tepat, pendidikan Islam inklusif dapat diwujudkan sebagai bentuk nyata implementasi nilai-nilai Islam yang humanis dan universal. AbstractThis study aims to examine inclusive learning strategies in the context of Islamic education, and to identify various challenges and relevant solutions in its implementation. Inclusive education is an approach that provides equal opportunities for all students, including those with special needs, to obtain quality education services without discrimination. From an Islamic perspective, the principle of inclusivity is in line with the values of justice, compassion, and respect for diversity. However, the implementation of this strategy in Islamic educational institutions still faces a number of obstacles, including limited teacher understanding, lack of training, minimal supporting facilities, and cultural and social resistance. This study uses a qualitative approach with literature studies as the main method to analyze related literature. The results of the study indicate that effective strategies include ongoing teacher training, adaptive curriculum development, provision of disability-friendly learning environments, and strengthening synergy between schools, parents, and the community. With the right strategy, inclusive Islamic education can be realized as a real form of implementing humanistic and universal Islamic values.

Abstract

Training and career development play a crucial role in improving the performance of health center (puskesmas) employees to deliver optimal healthcare services. This study aims to analyze the influence of training and career development on employee performance at puskesmas and to identify challenges in their implementation. The method used is a literature review with a descriptive-analytical approach based on previous studies related to training, career development, and human resource performance in the health sector. The results show that relevant and continuous training enhances employee efficiency, accuracy, and mental readiness, while clear and sustainable career development increases motivation, loyalty, and employee engagement. The synergy between training and career development is key to successfully improving employee competence and motivation sustainably. However, program implementation faces challenges such as budget constraints, lack of policy support, geographic barriers, and less operational HR development policies. Therefore, strategic and integrated HR management is essential to improve the quality of healthcare services at puskesmas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap dan memahami pengalaman mahasiswa Universitas Nurul Jadid dalam mengembangkan soft skill dan self-efficacy sebagai modal dalam berwirausaha. Soft skill seperti kemampuan komunikasi, kepemimpinan, kerja sama, dan berpikir kritis menjadi bekal penting dalam menghadapi tantangan dunia usaha. Demikian pula, self-efficacy atau keyakinan diri mahasiswa terhadap kemampuannya menjadi pendorong utama dalam mengambil keputusan dan bertindak sebagai pelaku usaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologis, yang diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap sejumlah mahasiswa yang telah menjalankan kegiatan kewirausahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan soft skill terjadi melalui berbagai aktivitas kampus seperti organisasi, magang, serta pengalaman langsung dalam menjalankan usaha. Sementara itu, self-efficacy terbentuk dari proses pembelajaran, dukungan lingkungan sosial, dan keberhasilan kecil yang diperoleh dalam berwirausaha. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa soft skill dan self-efficacy bukan hanya aset pendukung, tetapi menjadi fondasi penting dalam membentuk jiwa wirausaha mahasiswa.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, communication, and managerial support on employee performance, with communication and organizational culture as moderating variables. The study was conducted at the Treasury Division of PLN Head Office with a population of 270 employees, all of whom were sampled through a census technique. The research method used a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling analysis techniques based on Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) through SmartPLS software. The results showed that organizational culture, communication, and managerial support had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. However, the moderating effect of communication and organizational culture on the relationship between independent variables and performance was not significant. These findings emphasize the importance of the role of strong organizational culture, effective communication, and managerial support in improving employee performance, especially in a complex work environment such as PLN. This study also provides theoretical contributions to the development of human resource management science, as well as practical suggestions for organizational management in the electricity sector.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, communication, and managerial support on employee performance, with communication and organizational culture serving as moderating variables. The research was conducted at the Treasury Division of PLN Head Office, involving a population of 270 employees, all of whom were selected as samples using a census technique. A quantitative approach was employed, and data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with the Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method via SmartPLS software. The results showed that organizational culture, communication, and managerial support have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. However, the moderating effects of communication and organizational culture on the relationship between the independent variables and performance were found to be insignificant. These findings highlight the importance of a strong organizational culture, effective communication, and solid managerial support in improving employee performance, particularly in complex organizational environments such as PLN. This research contributes theoretically to the field of human resource management and provides practical suggestions for organizational management in the electricity sector.

Abstract

This experimental research was motivated by the problem of learning Indonesian, namely the low score of student learning outcomes in writing procedure texts. Based on this research, it aims to determine the effect of the Example Non-example learning model and to create students to be more active, creative, and productive. This study used a pre-experimental design with a one group pretest-posttest design (one group pretest-posttest). The data source for this research was 7th grade E students with a sample of 37 people. This research obtained quantitative and qualitative data. Quantitative data processing includes the normality test, Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test, and statistical tests. Calculations and data testing are assisted by using Microsoft Excel 2013 and IBM SPSS Statistics 29 for Windows. Quantitative data processing is obtained from implementation sheets or activity sheets of teachers and students in classes that use the example non-example learning model. These results indicate that the average pretest score of students is 48.446 and the average posttest score is 83.514. To find out whether it has an effect or not, a normality test is carried out in class VII E, originating from a non-normally distributed population. The next step is to carry out a statistical test, the Wilcoxon signed ranks test. The results in the sig column (2 tailed) are <.001, because the probability is <0. 05 then H0 is rejected, meaning that there is a difference in the ability to write procedural texts using the example non-example learning model for class VII students during the pretest and posttest by using the text-based example non-example learning model.

Abstract

Filsafat eksistensialisme menekankan kebebasan, tanggung jawab pribadi, dan keaslian, yang memainkan peran penting dalam mendefinisikan pendidikan  modern. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji pengaruh filsafat eksistensialis dalam kurikulum kontemporer dengan mengidentifikasi bagaimana nilai-nilai eksistensialis mempengaruhi pendekatan pendidikan, pembelajaran, dan tujuan pendidikan. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan studi kepustakaan. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa penerapan nilai-nilai filsafat eksistensialisme dalam kurikulum pendidikan modern terbukti memberikan dampak positif, terutama dalam mengembangkan kurikulum yang lebih inklusif, personal, dan berorientasi pada pengembangan individu. Meskipun tantangan implementasi masih ada, hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa filsafat eksistensialisme dapat menjadi dasar yang kuat untuk menciptakan pendidikan yang lebih manusiawi dan adaptif. Untuk masa depan, disarankan agar penelitian lebih lanjut difokuskan pada studi kasus penerapan filsafat eksistensialisme di berbagai institusi pendidikan, serta pengembangan model kurikulum yang dapat menyeimbangkan kebebasan siswa dengan kebutuhan sistemik dalam pendidikan.
