Abstract

Monetary policy is a policy of Bank Indonesia aimed at managing a country's money supply in order to achieve certain objectives such as maintaining monetary stability and increasing employment opportunities. The analysis of monetary policy in Indonesia aims to discover and anticipate the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the Indonesian economy. Research uses descriptive qualitative research methods that include different concepts in the research process using content analysis techniques as well as literature search. The results of this study show the monetary policy efforts of the Indonesian government to stabilize the economic system, supported by Bank Indonesia through the role of the Financial Services Authority in Indonesia. At that time, the Indonesian government tried to implement this policy to relieve the Indonesian nation of the economic crisis due to Pademi Covid 19, which has an even greater impact. Abstract

Hydroponics vegetables have become an increasingly popular choice for consumers who care about health and the environment. This agricultural method offers a large amount of advantages, including cleaner production, more efficient water use, and more hygienic and healthy crop results and without using the soil, but rather using the rich nutritional solution to plant growth. However, the problem faced is that there are many strict competitors from other hydroponics farmers, so they are very much needed marketing strategies so that products can always be in markets/society, have high competitiveness. The implementation method on this extension is the identification of needs, preparation of counseling material, extension, and assistance.The results of this extension are after participating in counseling activities, participants realize that the application of a marketing strategy can help them to face competition and be able to compete, create the added value of the product, and expand market share. Participants also share experiences with the obstacles in implementing the marketing strategy of these hydroponics products, for example, are still limited capital, lack of knowledge of marketing sciences, and dealing with competition.This advice from extension is expected that this activity can provide maximum benefits, it is also recommended to local governments, to provide further and continuous support to hydroponic vegetable business actors, especially on the implementation of its marketing strategy. Support in the form of advanced training can be related to implementing marketing strategies to the use of marketing access, assistance programs to further develop the marketing of hydroponics vegetable products. And similar activities are expected to be sustainable so that the business of hydroponics vegetables can increase its visibility and achieve success in the pemasarn products.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the impact of social presence on impulsive buying mediated by risk perception in live streaming shopping using social presence theory. The phenomenon of live streaming shopping had become a major trend in e-commerce in Indonesia, with a large audience through various marketplace applications. Celebrity endorsers played an important role in grabbing the attention of the audience, so direct interaction with them could trigger impulsive buying behavior. This study was exploratory research, proposing four problem formulations related to the social presence of celebrity endorsers, viewers, and products, as well as risk perceptions that affected impulsive purchases. The purpose of the study involved testing the influence of the social presence of celebrity endorsers, viewers, and products on consumer risk perception, as well as the role of risk perception mediation on impulsive purchases. This study used a survey method with a population consisting of people in the South Kalimantan province who were viewers of live streaming shopping. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires online to 186 respondents. Data analysis involved testing the validity and reliability of the instrument, and using SEM-PLS. The results of this study found that (1) the social presence of celebrity endorsers, viewers, and products had a significant effect on risk perception, (2) the social presence of viewers and products had a significant effect on impulsive purchases, while the social presence of celebrity endorsers had no influence on impulsive purchases, and (3) risk perception had a mediating role in the relationship between the social presence of celebrity endorsers, viewers, and products with impulsive purchase behavior.

Abstract

MSMEs have a very important role to improve the economy of a country. With the existence of MSMEs, it is able to facilitate the government in pursuing economic growth. In Indonesia, the number of MSMEs continues to increase every year, people who have an interest in business and business will establish MSMEs that are able to increase economic growth in their area. Bengkulu is a province that has also experienced an increase in MSMEs, there is a lot of potential in Bengkulu province so that it can be used as a business or business activity by the community, one of which is the management of durian fruit into durian lempuk in the Angut area of Bengkulu. In improving the efforts that have been made by the community, it is also necessary for people who are creative and innovative in developing their business so that they are able to compete globally so that durian lempuk can become an icon as a typical food of the Bengkulu province. the purpose of this service is to socialize to the community and motivate them to continue to increase the potential of the region so that they are able to create quality and growing MSMEs.

Abstract

Sasirangan sudah sangat umum dikenal dikalangan masyarakat Kalimantan Selatan dan telah lekat dalam kehidupan keseharian masyarakat, karena sasirangan digunakan sebagai seragam baik pemerintahan, swasta, lembaga pendidikan hingga digunakan dalam momen spesial seperti undangan atau rapat pertemuan dan lain sebagainya. Sebagai warisan dan kearifan lokal budaya maka sasirangan dijaga dan dilestarikan masyarakat dengan beragam motif dan warna. Pewarna alami perlu dan sangat baik digunakan untuk kain sasirangan karena bersumber dari tumbuh – tumbuhan yang tidak menghasilkan limbah atau zat pencemar sehingga ramah lingkungan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan sebagai bentuk upaya melestarikan kearifan lokal dengan memperkenalkan alternatif pewarna alami untuk kain sasirangan yang aman dan ramah lingkungan. Pengabdian dilaksanakan dengan mengikuti metode yang meliputi observasi dan pemberian materi sosialisasi beserta dengan angket respon terhadap kegiatan yang dilakukan di desa Sungai Gampa, kecamatan Rantau Badauh. Proses penyampaian materi sosialisasi mencakup uraian sumber pewarna alami kain sasirangan serta komposisi tambahan yang dapat mengatur degradasi dan jenis warna. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan kegiatan telah berlangsung dengan baik dan aktif. Berdasarkan rata-rata persentase angket respon peserta yang mencapai 98,75% disimpulkan bahwa khalayak sasaran dapat menambah dan meningkatkan pemahaman serta pengetahuan akan pewarna alami kain sasirangan yang aman, dan ramah lingkungan.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilaksanakan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan daya saing produk sayuran hidroponik di Desa Pandahan melalui strategi manajemen pemasaran yang berfokus pada optimalisasi penguatan merek dan desain kemasan.Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan dan edukasi, pendampingan dan nantinya akan dievaluasi. Hasilnya diharapkan agar petani sayur hidroponik ini mengerti akan pentingnya punya merek dan kemasan sebagai bagian dari strategi pemasaran. Tentunya hal ini juga berdampak pada minat konsumen terhadap produk sayur hidroponik lokal.

Abstract

Kurangnya kecerdasan interpersonal adalah salah satu akar penyebab tingkah laku yang tidak diterima secara sosial. Rendahnya kecerdasan interpersonal dapat menyebabkan terjadinya perilaku verbal bullying. Penelitian ini mengangkat masalah adakah hubungan antara kecerdasan interpersonal siswa dengan perilaku verbal bullying di SD Negeri 40 Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecerdasan interpersonal siswa dengan perilaku verbal bullying di SD Negeri 40 Banda Aceh. Hipotesis penelitian yakni terdapat hubungan antara kecerdasan interpersonal siswa dengan perilaku verbal bullying di SD Negeri 40 Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Negeri 40 Banda Aceh dengan populasi sebanyak 135 siswa dan sampel sebanyak 101 siswa. Populasi diambil dari 5 kelas, yaitu kelas IVA, IVB, VA, VB, dan kelas VI. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket tertutup dari masing-masing variabel dengan menggunakan skala likert. Uji reliabilitas dan uji prasyarat analisis menggunakan SPSS 16.0. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji korelasi Product Moment dengan bantuan SPSS 16,0.Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh gambaran kecerdasan interpersonal siswa pada kriteria sedang dengan frekuensi relatif 80,2% dan perilaku verbal bulying berada pada kriteria rendah dengan perolehan 67,33%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kecerdasan interpersonal siswa dengan perilaku verbal bulying di SD Negeri 40 Banda Aceh. Terbukti dari hasil analisis korelasi antara kecerdasan interpersonal siswa dengan perilaku verbal bullying diperoleh nilai korelasi -0,390. Ini berarti bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif antara kecerdasan interpersonal siswa dengan perilaku verbal bullying. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi kecerdasan interpersonal siswa, maka semakin rendah perilaku verbal bullying.Kata kunci: Kecerdasan Interpersonal, verbal bullying
