Tingkat permasalahan pengetahuan dan pemahaman wajib pajak para pelaku UMKM di Kiambang, Padang Pariaman. Sebagaian besar pelaku UMKM belum mengetahui dan memahami serta PPh Badan. Pelaksanaan sosialisasi ini diikuti oleh pelaku UMKM yaitu pembudidaya ikan di Kiambang sebanyak 15 orang. Metode sosialisasi yang dilakukan adalah metode ceramah. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam sosialisasi ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuisioner dan menganalisis perbedaan kemampuan peserta sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti sosialisasi. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini membukjtikan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kemampuan peserta sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti sosialisasi. Hasilnya terjadi pengningkatan pemaha-man dan pengetahuan tentang PPh Badan. Dan dapat menumbuhakan kesadaran para pelaku UMKM akan pentingnya melakasanakan kewajiban pajak.

Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Bhakti Nagari adalah perkumpulan ibu-ibu di kelurahan Silaing Atas kecamatan Padang Panjang Barat, kota Padang Panjang Sumatera Barat. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi oleh anggota KWT Bhakti Nagari adalah kurangnya pemahaman mengenai literasi keuangan dasar dan rendahnya akses terhadap layanan keuangan formal. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas literasi keuangan pada anggota Kelompok Wanita Tani Bhakti Nagari. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini terdiri dari beberapa tahapan sebagai berikut: observasi dan survei, pelatihan dan evaluasi. Hasil test yang dilakukan mempelihatkan bahwa pengetahuan peserta sebelum pelatih an masih rendah. Namun setelah diberi pelatihan, pengetahuan peserta menjadi lebih baik. Peningkatan pengetahuan peserta tertinggi terjadi pada bidang tentang Asuransi sebesar 40 %, dari hanya 47 % sebelum pelatihan dilakukan menjadi 87 % setelah pelaksanaan pelatihan. Selanjutnya poin pengetahuan peserta paling tinggi karena adanya pelatihan ini adalah pada pemanfaatan produk keuangan formal seperti tabungan menjadi sebesar 93 % dari hanya sebesar 67 % sebelum pelatihan. Sedangkan peningkatan pengetahuaan terendah terjadi pada perencanaan keuangan keluarga hanyaberubah sebesar 20 % dari 67 % menjadi 87 %.

This paper conducts a comprehensive bibliometric analysis to explore the evolving landscape of sustainable agriculture business in the context of government policies. The study delves into the multifaceted realm of agribusiness, examining its global significance, economic impacts, and the challenges it faces, particularly in the transition to Agriculture 4.0. The paper highlights the intricate relationship between government policies and the sustainability of agriculture businesses, addressing barriers, technological advancements, and the growing complexity of global agri-food systems. Notably, the implications for practitioners, policymakers, and researchers are elucidated, offering strategic insights for each stakeholder group. The research aims to answer three fundamental questions: the classification of existing research, identification of research trends, and the exploration of potential future research opportunities. Employing bibliometric techniques, the study presents a mapping of terms, overlay visualizations, and density visualizations to unravel the interconnectedness of research clusters and their temporal evolution. Additionally, the paper identifies the most highly cited articles and explores the thematic priorities within the discourse on sustainable agriculture and farm-related issues. Comparative analyses with previous studies in related domains contribute to a deeper understanding of the current research landscape. The findings provide actionable insights for practitioners, inform evidence-based policymaking, and guide future research endeavors in the dynamic field of sustainable agriculture business.

The poverty rate is used as one of the benchmarks for assessing the success of a nation's development. This study aims to determine the effect of economic growth and human development index (HDI) on poverty levels. The data used is secondary data published by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of West Sumatra Province from 2010 to 2021 detailed for 19 (nineteen) districts/cities. The number of samples in this study was 228 (two hundred twenty-eight) observations. Data analysis is done by multiple linear analysis of panel data using the help of the Eviews program. The results of the analysis show that the poverty rate is proven to be significantly influenced by economic growth and human development index. Partially, the variable poverty rate is influenced by economic growth in a negative direction, but the effect is not significant. The poverty level variable is also proven to be influenced by the human development index with a significant negative value.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh karakteristik biografis dan kompetensi manajerial terhadap kinerja industri kreatif Sumatera Barat. Sampel berjumlah 263 manajer usaha industri kreatif Sumatera Barat. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling, dimana sampel yang diperoleh dialokasikan secara proporsional di 6 Kabupaten antara lain: Padang Pariaman, Pesisir Selatan, Agam, Tanah Datar and Sawah Lunto Sijunjung. Metode penelitian adalah survei dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data Structural Equation Model (SEM) dan PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik biografis tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, kompetensi manajerial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pada industri kreatif Sumatera Barat.
