Abstract

Background: An employee who works at a company may intend to resign from his job for various reasons. Employee Turnover Intention (TI) occurs because it is related to career commitment and the expected utility of the current job in achieving valuable career outcomes. Purpose: This study aims to determine the impact of work relationships, workplace welfare, and compensation on TI mediated by work stress.Design/methodology/approach: PT PICID MM Bogor was used as the research object, and as many as 135 factory employees were respondents. The analysis technique used for hypothesis testing is the Structural Equation Model (SEM)-Partial Least Square (PLS).Findings/Result: The research found that work relationships positively affected work stress, while TI did not. Workplace well-being does not affect work stress, while TI has a positive impact. Compensation has a positive effect on TI and work stress. Job stress directly influences TI and indirectly mediates the influence of employee relations and compensation on TI.Conclusion: Employee relations have a positive impact on work stress. That is, there is a good employee relationship so that employees have positive perceptions or experience stress towards their work. Employee relations do not affect TI. Employee relations do not cause employees to decide to move to another company. Workplace well-being does not affect work stress. Employees feel well-being but do not experience prolonged negative stress. Workplace well-being has a positive impact on TI. The well-being experienced by employees at work causes work stress and has the potential for employees to experience TI.Originality/value (State of the art): This study considers work stress a mediating variable of work relationship factors, workplace well-being, and compensation about turnover intentions. The findings contribute significantly to developing previous empirical literature on human resource management regarding the relationship between work stress and TI. Abstract

As long as a fisheries court other than the fisheries court has not been established, criminal cases in the fisheries sector that occur outside the jurisdiction of the fisheries court will still be examined, tried and decided by the competent district court. Such provisions create a dualism in the legal regime, namely the legal regime of the district court and the regime fisheries court law. With the examination of criminal acts in the fisheries sector carried out by the fisheries courts and district courts, there is dualism and legal uncertainty in the handling of fisheries crimes. Several formal laws are specifically regulated in the Fisheries Law, namely the existence of Ad Hoc Judges, Trials without the Presence of the Defendant (In Absentia), Periods of Court Decisions, Determinations and Detention Periods by Judges and Registrars. Fisheries Courts that have been established have made a major contribution in law enforcement, all established fisheries courts have issued several decisions on fisheries cases. The implementation of administrative sanctions in the implementation of the Job Creation Law also affects the existence of fisheries courts in adjudicating fisheries criminal cases. Abstract

Perlindungan anak adalah segala usaha agar setiap anak dapat mewujudkan hak dan tanggung jawabnya terhadap tumbuh kembang anak, baik secara alamiah, jasmani, rohani, dan sosial. Dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian dengan model siklus deming yang terdiri dari empat tahapan, yakni perencaraan, melakukan, pemeriksaan dan tindak lanjut. Diagram tersebut menunjukkan hasil pemahaman siswa SMP Numbing setelah menerima pemaparan materi terkait bullying. Berdasarkan diagram tersebut, mayoritas siswa, yaitu 66%, setuju bahwa mereka mengerti bullying dapat berupa fisik, verbal, dan sosial. Sebanyak 26% siswa sangat setuju dengan pernyataan tersebut, sementara 8% sisanya menyatakan tidak setuju. Ini menunjukkan bahwa setelah menerima materi, sebagian besar siswa mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan terkait bentuk-bentuk bullying, dan menunjukkan pemahaman yang cukup baik. Pengabdian perlindungan anak terhadap tindak pidana bullying dilaksanakan agar siswa-siswa di SMP Numbing mendapatkan pengetahuan dan bimbingan terkait segala jenis bullying, sehingga mereka dapat mencegah dan meminimalisir tindakan bullying yang kerap terjadi dilingkungan sekolah. Berdasarkan hasil dari kuesioner sebelum dan sesudah pemaparan, menunjukan bahwa siswa-siswa tersebut mengalami peningkatan.
