Abstract

Studi empiris ini menyelidiki hubungan fisikokimia antara residu keringat dan terjadinya pelepasan muatan listrik statis (ESD) pada kulit manusia. Akumulasi residu keringat, yang kaya akan komponen ionik seperti Na?, K?, dan Cl?, dihipotesiskan memengaruhi konduktivitas permukaan kulit dan, selanjutnya, potensi pelepasan muatan statis. Studi kuasi-eksperimental ini melibatkan 100 peserta sehat yang dibagi rata menjadi dua kelompok: mereka yang memiliki residu keringat alami (eksperimental) dan mereka yang memiliki permukaan kulit yang bersih (kontrol). Pembacaan voltmeter elektrostatik dan analisis kromatografi ion dilakukan untuk mengkuantifikasi potensi pelepasan dan konsentrasi ion residu. Hasil menunjukkan tegangan pelepasan yang secara signifikan lebih tinggi pada kelompok residu keringat (mean = 2,42 kV, SD = 0,45) dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol (mean = 1,68 kV, SD = 0,32; p < 0,001). Residu natrium menunjukkan korelasi positif yang kuat dengan besarnya pelepasan ( r = 0,73, p < 0,001). Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya pengelolaan hidrasi kulit dan pengendalian residu di lingkungan pelayanan kesehatan untuk mencegah kejadian mikrostatik. Penelitian lebih lanjut direkomendasikan untuk mengevaluasi risiko ESD pada berbagai tingkat kelembapan dan komposisi kulit.

Abstract

Cancer-related fatigue (CRF) is one of the most burdensome symptoms during chemotherapy, yet effective predictors for its trajectory remain limited. While diet quality and food insecurity have been studied separately, the integrated concept of nutritional resilience, the ability to sustain adequate nutrition through stable food access, healthy dietary patterns, and adaptive eating behaviors has not been systematically examined. This study evaluated whether a Nutritional Resilience Index (NRI) predicts fatigue outcomes in cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy in Medan, Indonesia. A prospective cohort study and consecutive sampling was conducted among 200 adults with solid tumors across two tertiary hospitals. Baseline NRI was derived from three domains: food security (HFIAS), dietary quality (AHEI-2010), and adaptive food management strategies. Fatigue was assessed at baseline, post-cycle 2, and post-cycle 4 using the FACIT-F scale. Hierarchical linear regression tested the predictive value of NRI on fatigue trajectories, adjusting for demographic and clinical covariates. Participants (mean age 52.3 ± 11.6 years; 64% female) showed moderate baseline fatigue (FACIT-F 29.8 ± 8.6). Fatigue worsened significantly over chemotherapy (24.1 ± 9.4 at cycle 4, p<0.001). Regression analysis demonstrated that higher baseline NRI predicted significantly lower fatigue scores at cycle 4 (β = −0.31, p<0.001), independent of age, sex, cancer stage, and baseline fatigue. The model explained 42% of variance in fatigue outcomes (adjusted R² = 0.42). Nutritional resilience independently predicts CRF during chemotherapy. Screening and strengthening nutritional resilience may complement guideline-based fatigue management by addressing diet quality, food access, and adaptive eating behavior simultaneously.

Abstract

Pengelolaan sumber daya yang efisien merupakan kunci keberhasilan dalam manajemen proyek konstruksi untuk menjaga keseimbangan antara biaya, waktu, dan mutu (triple constraint). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan perancangan dan pemanfaatan sistem manajemen proyek berbasis Google Sheets sebagai solusi low-cost Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) pada Perusahaan X. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis sistematis untuk menciptakan kerangka kerja terintegrasi yang disebut Project Management OS. Sistem ini menghubungkan berbagai variabel proyek, mulai dari pemantauan progres fisik secara real-time, audit upah mandor dan vendor melalui sistem opname, hingga pengendalian logistik material (besi, ready mix, dan alat berat). Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Google Sheets sebagai actant dalam jaringan kolaborasi perusahaan mampu memberikan transparansi data yang tinggi. Dengan adanya lembar rekapitulasi progress dan profit, manajemen dapat mendeteksi varians biaya secara dini, memitigasi risiko kerugian, dan meningkatkan akurasi pengambilan keputusan strategis. Implementasi ini membuktikan bahwa digitalisasi menggunakan platform open-source dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kinerja finansial perusahaan konstruksi di era industri 4.0.
