Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis Proses pelaksanaan AKMI DI Madrasah Palembang Peneilitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, yang identik dengan deskripsi serta intrepestasi berdasarkan sumber yang ada. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini berupa jurnal yang telah dikutip. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa kata dan kalimat. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik menganalisis, analisis ini menggunakan 3 tahap. pertama reduksi data seperti menyeleksi, meringkas dan mengklasifikasi. kedua. menyajikan data dengan klasifikasi fokus penelitian. ketiga, membuat kesimpulan berdasarkan data yang telah dikumpulkan berdasarkan penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa prsose pelaksanaan AKMI di MI Palembang sangat sukses karena, kerja sama siswa dan guru sangat baik sehingga pelaksanaan AKMI Berjalan dengan lancar tanpa ada kendala sedikitpun . pada hakikatnya Tujuan dalam melakukan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana kesiapan guru dalam mempersiapkan penerapan assesmen kompetensi madrasah indonesia (AKMI) literasi numerasi dan mendeskripsikan proses pelaksanaan pembelajarannya pada kelas V MI Palembang, pada pelaksanaan AKMI di MI mengunakan sarana dan prasarana berbasis komputer. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang ditujukan pada Kepala Madrasah , Guru Kelas V, dan Siswa-siswi kelas V MI Palembang. Adapun Teknik dalam pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.

Abstract

Factors in this process was the role of the Arabs. Arabs played a significant role in bringing and developing Islam in the Indonesian archipelago. This article using the literature study method will discuss the role of Arabs in the history of the development of Islam in Indonesia. Arabs first came to Indonesia through maritime trade routes that connected the Middle East with Southeast Asia. Arabs who settled in Indonesia helped expand the trade network and became the center of the spread of Islam to the indigenous people. education also played an important role in the spread of Islam in Indonesia by Arabs. They opened madrassas or religious schools in various regions, where locals could learn about the teachings of Islam. In conclusion, the role of Arabs in the spread of Islam in Indonesia was very important. Through trade and education, they brought the teachings of Islam to the Indonesian islands and contributed to the formation of a strong Muslim society in this region.

Abstract

Motivasi adalah sesuatu dorongan pada diri seseorang untuk mencapai suatu tujuan. Supaya peserta didik mempunyai motivasi dalam belajar, maka guru memiliki peranan yang penting. Guru dituntut untuk mendesain pembelajaran, mengevaluasi mengatur kedisiplinan kelas, oleh karena itu peran guru sangat dibutuhkan. Peranan guru yang paling penting adalah guru berperan sebagai motivator.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara,observasi penelitian ini peneliti sendiri yang di bantu dengan mengumpulkan data. Subjek penelitian ini sendiri adalah guru SDN 91 Palembang. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan yakni mendeskripsikan peran guru dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik, mendeskripsikan kendala yang dialami guru dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik, dan mendeskripsikan solusi yang didapat guru dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar pada peserta didik di SD Negeri 91 Palembang. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah tingginya tingkat kemalasan peserta didik dalam belajar disekolah, dengan begitu menyebabkan guru di SDN 91 Palembang sangat berperan krusial terhadap peserta didik. Dikarenakan beberapa faktor yang memengaruhinya. Cara yang dilakukan guru di SDN 91 Palembang dengan cara menumbuhkan atau meningkatkan motivasi peserta didik dalam belajar, dengan melakukan Perbaikan lagi terhadap proses pembelajaran menjadi lebih baik.

Abstract

Pengangguran merupakan permasalahan yang terjadi di berbagai wilayah di Indonesia salah satunya adalah Provinsi Jawa Timur. Tingkat pengangguran yang tinggi dapat menyebabkan berbagai masalah sosial dan ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh rata-rata lama sekolah, PDRB per kapita, upah minimum, dan tingkat partisipasi angkatan kerja terhadap tingkat pengangguran terbuka di Jawa Timur pada tahun 2023. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda, dengan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik Jawa Timur. Berdasarkan hasil regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa variabel rata-rata lama sekolah, PDRB per kapita, upah minimum, dan tingkat partisipasi angkatan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat pengangguran terbuka di Jawa Timur. Variabel PDRB per kapita dan tingkat partisipasi angkatan kerja berpengaruh negatif, sedangkan rata-rata lama sekolah dan upah minimum berpengaruh positif.

Abstract

Abstract— Digital transformation has significantly impacted vocational education, particularly in practice-based teaching. This study aims to explore the effects of digital technology on teaching methods and the challenges faced by vocational education institutions. Using a content analysis approach on relevant journal articles, the findings reveal that technologies such as virtual simulations, cloud-based laboratories, and video-assisted learning enhance the flexibility and effectiveness of the learning process. These technologies enable students to access materials anytime and anywhere while supporting instructors in designing more interactive and participatory teaching methods.However, the implementation of digital transformation faces various challenges, including limited technological infrastructure and a lack of educator competence. This study also highlights the importance of investment in digital infrastructure, intensive training for instructors, and the integration of technology into vocational education curricula. These findings provide significant contributions to the development of vocational education that is adaptive to the demands of the workforce in the Industry 4.0 era, producing graduates who not only possess technical skills but can also adapt dynamically to technological changes.Keywords: Digital transformation, vocational education, practice-based teaching, digital technology, Industry 4.0Abstrak— Transformasi digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam pendidikan vokasi, khususnya dalam pengajaran berbasis praktik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dampak teknologi digital terhadap metode pengajaran dan tantangan yang dihadapi institusi pendidikan vokasi. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis isi terhadap sejumlah artikel jurnal relevan, ditemukan bahwa penggunaan teknologi seperti simulasi virtual, laboratorium berbasis cloud, dan pembelajaran berbantuan video mampu meningkatkan fleksibilitas serta efektivitas proses pembelajaran. Teknologi ini memungkinkan mahasiswa untuk mengakses materi kapan saja dan di mana saja, sekaligus mendukung dosen dalam merancang pengajaran yang lebih interaktif dan partisipatif.Meskipun demikian, implementasi transformasi digital menghadapi berbagai tantangan, termasuk keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi dan kurangnya kompetensi tenaga pengajar. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti pentingnya investasi dalam infrastruktur digital, pelatihan intensif bagi dosen, serta integrasi teknologi dalam kurikulum pendidikan vokasi. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pengembangan pendidikan vokasi yang adaptif terhadap kebutuhan dunia kerja di era industri 4.0, dengan menciptakan lulusan yang tidak hanya memiliki keterampilan teknis, tetapi juga mampu beradaptasi dengan perubahan teknologi secara dinamis.Kata kunci: Transformasi digital, pendidikan vokasi, pengajaran berbasis praktik, teknologi digital, industri 4.0

Abstract

The development in the current digital era has certainly brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including in notary practice. Therefore, this journal discusses the impact of technology and information on notary practice, with a focus on the aspect of legal certainty related to the concept of Cyber Notary. While there are still concerns in the practical and ethical aspects of implementing Full Cyber Notary in Indonesia, thereforeThrough legal analysis and literature study, this journal highlightsvarious problems of implementing Cyber Notary in Indonesia based on ethical and practical aspects such as the non-accommodation of Cyber Notary in laws and regulations, especially the Notary Law and the unpreparedness of the Cyber Notary implementation system including human resources and uneven distribution of infrastructure. Therefore, the Author Team provides a solution mechanism, namely the Cyber Notary practice method that reconciles laws and regulations related to Notaries in Indonesia reviewed based on progressive law. The Author Team provides a resolution mechanism with the implementation of Cyber Notary in a hybrid manner, which is a combination of current notary practices, namely conventionally with digital implementation, this is as the concept of progressive law which states that there are always weaknesses in the dynamics of law, as we know that existing laws will certainly always change and develop in society along with the social dynamics that occur. In implementing this hybrid system, it is important to adjust the laws related to Cyber Notary to the work area, the person appearing and reading the deed, signing to storing the deed, in addition, related parties such as the Indonesian Notary Association (INI) are also needed in the training and certification process specifically for notaries who will carry out Cyber Notary. Because in the context of implementing Cyber Notary, it is necessary to adjust the laws and regulations in order to provide legal certainty for Notaries and ensure the legality and authentication of electronic deeds are equivalent to conventional deeds, so that there is no overlap or ambiguity related to Cyber Notary in the formation or storage of an authentic deed.

Abstract

Power transmission lines play an important role in distributing electrical energy from power plants to consumers. The reliability of transmission lines is very important to ensure a stable and safe electricity supply. However, various disturbances often occur in transmission lines, both caused by external and internal factors, which can disrupt the operation of the electric power system. This study aims to conduct a literature study on the types of disturbances that occur in transmission lines and identify the causative factors. The method used in this study is a literature study by analyzing various references from books, scientific journals, research reports, and relevant articles. This study identifies several main types of disturbances, such as disturbances due to lightning, strong winds, heavy rain, overload, component failure, and human error. Environmental factors, such as extreme weather and interaction with vegetation, are also common causes of disturbances in transmission lines.

Abstract

A loan secured by a mortgage, if the debtor defaults or breaches the agreement, meaning the debtor is unable to fully repay the debt to the bank, and it ultimately becomes a non-performing loan, requires the bank, as the creditor, to take prompt action to resolve the issue. The fastest solution for the bank to settle the non-performing loan is to conduct the sale of the mortgaged property at the local State Property and Auction Service Office (KPKNL). The objective of this study is to understand the mechanism for resolving non-performing loans secured by a mortgage through voluntary sale at the BRI Padangsidimpuan Branch. The method used in this study is normative legal research, which refers to legal norms and is conducted through literature review to obtain secondary data in the form of primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials related to the issues being studied. This research is descriptive-analytic in nature. The study is based on relevant regulations and legal materials, with field research conducted at the BRI Padangsidimpuan Branch. The data analysis method used is qualitative, obtained through interviews with representatives of the BRI Padangsidimpuan Branch. The research findings reveal that the legal provisions for resolving non-performing loans secured by a mortgage that are sold voluntarily relate to the execution of the mortgaged property. The mechanism and procedure for resolving non-performing loans secured by a mortgage and sold voluntarily at the BRI Padangsidimpuan Branch involves two strategies: loan recovery and loan settlement

Abstract

This research is entitled Analysis of Social Gap Problems in Elementary Schools. The purpose is to analyze the problem of social inequality in primary schools, especially in SD Negeri 01 and 04 Desa Berkat. The method of analysis is to use a qualitative approach through interview, observation, and documentation methods. The results showed that there is a social gap in primary schools, reflecting inequity in access to education between students in urban and remote areas. Factors such as the low quality of school facilities, the low quality of teachers, the high cost of education and the lack of infrastructure influence this inequality. This condition is exacerbated by inequitable education policies, creating unequal educational opportunities for all levels of society. To overcome this problem, serious efforts are needed from the government and society to improve the quality and accessibility of education in all regions, to ensure equal education rights for every child of the nation.
