Abstract

Pembuatan dan penggunaan LKPD oleh guru saat ini masih belum sesuai. LKPD yang disiapkan oleh guru berupa pertanyaan untuk dijawab oleh siswa dan digunakan sebagai latihan selama proses pembelajaran di kelas. Guru selama ini memahami bahwa LKPD hanya berisi soal latihan yang dijawab siswa dan dapat mengukur sejauh mana siswa mampu menjawab dengan benar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendesain sebuah LKPD Pembelajaran bahasa Arab dengan model STAD pada tema pelajaran “hobi”. Dalam artikel ini, penelitian menggunakan metode “Research and Development” dari Borg & Gall, yang terdiri dari beberapa tahap: (1) analisis kebutuhan dan masalah, (2) pengumpulan data, (3) desain produksi, (4) validasi produksi, (5) peningkatan produksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LKPD Pembelajaran bahasa Arab dengan model STAD pada tema pelajaran “الهواية” layak untuk digunakan.

Abstract

Bahan ajar mendukung keberhasilan pembelajaran. Tujuannya adalah pengembangan bahan ajar untuk membantu memfasilitasi proses pembelajaran sehingga peserta didik memenuhi persyaratan khusus yang harus dipenuhi. Salah satu mata pelajaran wajib di pesantren salafi adalah ilmu bayan dan berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan, pengembangan bahan ajar sangat diperlukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kitab Syarhi Tuhfati al-Ikhwaaniberbasis mind mapping menggunakan model 4D dengan aspek isi, desain dan bahasa yang layak. Model 4D terdiri dari tahapan mendefinisikan, merancang, mengembangkan dan menyebarkan. Tahap pengembangan terbatas pada tahap mengembangkan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan isi, desain dan bahasa sebagai data validasi. Validasi menunjukkan bahwa kitab Syarhi Tuhfati al-Ikhwaani yang dikembangkan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran ilmu bayan. Validator juga memberikan saran untuk perbaikan beberapa bagian dari bahan ajar.

Abstract

Agriculture precision become solution strategic in face challenge efficiency use source water resources in the sector agriculture , especially in tropical areas that are prone to water crisis . Research This aim evaluate sustainability system agriculture precision based deep robotics and sensors increase water efficiency . Research done with approach qualitative studies cases in two location agriculture tropical which has apply system precision based on humidity , weather and irrigation sensors automatic . Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews , observations field , and sensor documentation , then analyzed in a way thematic . The results show decline irrigation water consumption up to 42%, an increase accuracy water distribution , as well as subtraction burden manual work . System this is also accepted good by farmers after through stages training and adaptation . Implications study This push development technology agriculture efficient , adaptive , and sustainable precision in water management in an era of change climate .

Abstract

The increasing threat of emerging and re-emerging infectious diseases necessitates the strengthening of the capacity of the Health Laboratory (Labkes) network, including Public Health Laboratories (Labkesmas), through the availability of competent and standardized laboratory human resources (HR). Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) testing has become the primary diagnostic method for pathogen detection, both in routine services and in public health emergency situations. The development of a PCR training curriculum and modules by the Center for Health Biology Laboratory (BBLBK) represents a strategic step toward standardizing the competencies of laboratory personnel. This article aims to describe the urgency of implementing certified PCR training policies as part of a national system for enhancing the competence of health laboratory human resources. The writing method employs policy analysis based on document review and the framework of national health regulations. The analysis results indicate variations in laboratory personnel competencies, the absence of a national certification scheme, limited availability of trainers, and the need for continuous curriculum updating. Certified PCR training is therefore recommended as a national instrument for fulfilling competency standards in health laboratories. The integration of training into the health human resource development system, along with the strengthening of quality- and safety-based approaches, is key to the successful implementation of this policy.

Abstract

The BPJS Employment Program is a labor social security system in Indonesia that is mandatory for companies and aims to provide protection against various employment risks. In addition to protecting workers, participation in this program also has the potential to affect a company’s risk profile. However, empirical studies that systematically analyze changes in corporate risk profiles before and after BPJS Ketenagakerjaan membership remain limited. Therefore, this study analyzes changes in corporate risk levels and examines their implications for risk management based on the ISO 31000:2018 framework. This study employs a descriptive-comparative quantitative approach using a before-and-after method. Primary data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to 39 companies participating in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Risk assessments cover four categories: legal, financial, operational, and reputational risks. Each is evaluated using likelihood and impact on a Likert scale of 1–5. Data analysis uses the geometric mean to derive representative values, followed by risk scoring and mapping onto a 5 × 5 risk matrix. The results indicate that BPJS Ketenagakerjaan membership alters corporate risk profiles. Legal and operational risks tend to decrease due to improved regulatory compliance and worker protection. Conversely, some financial and reputational risks increase, driven by contribution obligations and heightened stakeholder expectations. These findings suggest that BPJS Ketenagakerjaan acts as a risk transfer mechanism without fully eliminating risks, leaving residual risks that require ongoing control and monitoring. The study highlights that labor social security programs influence not only worker protection but also corporate risk dynamics from an organizational risk management perspective.
