This study aims to analyze the influence of reward and punishment on teacher work discipline at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Falah Cibinong, Bogor. A quantitative approach with a correlational survey method was used to examine the relationship between variables, involving 33 active teachers as respondents. Data were collected through closed-ended Likert-scale questionnaires and structured interviews. Analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression tests, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that both reward and punishment have a positive and significant effect on teacher discipline, both partially and simultaneously. The significance values of reward (0.017) and punishment (0.000) indicate that both are statistically significant, with punishment being the dominant factor (β = 0.815). The coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.166, indicating that the two variables explain 16.6% of the variance in teacher discipline. Qualitative data reinforced the findings, showing that punishment has a more immediate and powerful impact, while rewards help maintain motivation. The study concludes that a balanced, fair, and consistent implementation of reward and punishment systems is essential in fostering disciplined and professional teacher behavior. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh reward dan punishment terhadap kedisiplinan kinerja guru di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Falah Cibinong Bogor. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei korelasional digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel, dengan 33 guru sebagai responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner tertutup skala Likert serta wawancara terstruktur. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa reward dan punishment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kedisiplinan guru, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Nilai signifikansi reward sebesar 0,017 dan punishment sebesar 0,000 menunjukkan keduanya signifikan, dengan punishment sebagai faktor dominan (β = 0,815). Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,166 mengindikasikan bahwa variabel reward dan punishment menjelaskan 16,6% variasi dalam kedisiplinan guru. Data kualitatif mendukung temuan bahwa punishment memberikan dampak langsung dan kuat terhadap kedisiplinan, sementara reward berfungsi mempertahankan motivasi. Simpulan penelitian menekankan pentingnya manajemen sistem reward dan punishment yang adil dan konsisten untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja guru yang disiplin dan profesional.
