Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan makna nama-nama upacara adat Betawi secara leksikal dan kultural. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis dokumentasi. Data dalam penelitian ini, yaitu leksikon budaya yang terkait dengan nama-nama upacara adat Betawi. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini ialah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini, yaitu makna leksikal dari nama-nama upacara adat Betawi mayoritas ditemukan makna kegiatan dari upacara yang bersangkutan dan ditemukannya pula makna kegiatan yang didasarkan pada perhitungan hari dan bulan. Temuan kedua, makna kultural dari nama-nama upacara adat Betawi, yaitu adanya makna pemanjatan doa serta bukti ketaatan kepada Tuhan, makna wujud rasa syukur serta meminta doa restu kepada sesama, dan makna simbol keseriusan serta selektif

Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing communication strategy at PT. Telkom North Surabaya. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The sampling technique used in this study was a purposive sampling technique. The techniques used by researchers to collect data were in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out when writing the report using interactive analysis techniques. The communication process carried out by PT Telkom North Surabaya, namely in the outbound call section, there is a customer offering process offering additional service products, then the input (1-3 × 24 hour process) which will process through the system to be forwarded to the technician to carry out the installation that has been ordered to the customer via outbon call (OBC). Communication is carried out by giving greetings, conveying information and finally closing in offering additional product services. In offering additional services to OBC customers using social media such as Whatsapp, carring by phone and promotions via Instagram, and through certain pages that can only be accessed by the OBC team for additional ADD ON services. PT Telkom's OBC Telemarketing Marketing communication strategy has been effective, this is proven by the year 2022 according to Annas Kharisma (Manager Customer care PT.Telkom) PT. Telkom also obtained the first highest percentage for marketing reaching 117% ADD ON installation in Regional 5 (East Java) with the installation of more than 400 SSL (Secure Socket Layer).

Abstract

Rembangan Dairy Farm, located in Jember Regency, East Java, is a dairy farming business that has been operating since 1932 and is managed by the local government under the Department of Food Security and Livestock. The farm focuses on producing high-quality fresh cow's milk with a fat content of 3.69%-4.13% and also offers educational tourism for the public. This study employs the Triple Layered Business Model Canvas (TLBMC) approach to analyze the sustainability of the farm from economic, social, and environmental perspectives. The analysis reveals that the economic aspect scores 68.47, with weaknesses in partner collaboration (Key Partners) and core activities (Key Activities). The social aspect achieves the highest score (76.25), but further adaptation to local culture (Societal Culture) is needed. Meanwhile, the environmental aspect scores the lowest (29.13) due to negative impacts such as the use of plastic packaging and suboptimal waste management. To enhance sustainability, Rembangan Dairy Farm is advised to strengthen partnerships, improve customer service, and implement environmentally friendly strategies, such as the use of sustainable raw materials and better waste management. Through these steps, Rembangan Dairy Farm is expected to enhance its competitiveness, improve community welfare, and reduce environmental impacts, thereby making a greater contribution to the national dairy industry.

Abstract

Abstract Sustainability in corporate social responsibility is essential. ExxonMobil Company, engaged in natural resource exploration, plays a vital role in realizing sustainability in corporate social responsibility. The concept of sustainability is closely related to the 3Ps (profit, people, and planet), which John Elkington discovered. The company's commitment to implementing CSR programs and the benefits provided are based on sociocultural and economic conditions underlying this research. This study aims to identify the benefits of CSR programs in sociocultural and economic aspects and the implementation of sustainability in corporate social responsibility. The method used is descriptive quantitative with an observational approach, as well as an in-depth, in-depth review technique to support the findings of field data. The sociocultural and economic aspects of the research are categorized into eight main categories. Field findings show that in several types, ExxonMobil's CSR program can still not benefit the community of Ringintunggal village, Gayam, Bojonegoro Regency. Keywords: Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility, Socio-Cultural Benefit, Economic Benefit Abstrak Perusahaan ExxonMobil yang bergerak dalam bidang eksplorasi sumber daya alam memegang peranan penting dalam mewujudkan keberlanjutan dalam tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan. Konsep keberlanjutan berkaitan erat dengan profit, people, dan planet (3P) yang dikemukakan oleh John Elkington. Komitmen perusahaan dalam menjalankan program CSR serta manfaat yang diberikan didasari pada sosio-kultural dan ekonomi yang juga mendasari penelitian ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi manfaat dari program CSR pada aspek sosio-kultural dan ekonomi serta implementasi keberlanjutan dalam tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif-deskriptif dengan cara observasi dan wawancara mendalam untuk mendukung temuan data lapangaan. Konsep keberlanjutan dalam tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan berkaitan dengan kebermanfaatan yang berkelanjutan meliputi aspek socio-kultural dan economi k edalam lima kategori utama dengan sembilan pertanyaan. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan konsep keberlanjutan dalam tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan minyak pada ExxonMobil Blok Cepu menunjukkan bahwa dari sembilan kategori item hanya lima yang memiliki kebermanfaatan secara socio-kultural dan ekonomi. Hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa perusahaan ExxonMobil cukup berkomitmen dalam mengimplementasikan konsep keberlanjutan dalam tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan. Sehingga perlu adanya eveluasi terhadap program tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan yang akan datang. Kata Kunci: Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility, Manfaat Sosio-Cultur, Manfaat Ekonomi
