Abstract

Learning organizations play a pivotal role in enhancing employee performance, as organizations fostering a robust learning culture can offer the necessary support and development to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and effectiveness. Enhancing employee competency holds utmost importance in boosting performance, as employees equipped with skills, knowledge, and attitudes aligned with job requirements can operate more proficiently and productively. This study aims to examine the impact of learning organizations on performance, with competency serving as an intermediary variable. Conducted at PT Bumitama Gunajaya Agro, this research employs Structural Equation Modeling via LISREL 8.8 software for data analysis. The sample comprises 150 employees from PT Bumitama Gunajaya Agro. Model suitability is assessed using the Chi-Square test, RMSEA, CFI, and GFI. Findings indicate that learning organizations significantly enhance employee performance. Additionally, competency serves as a positive mediator in the relationship between learning organization and performance. These results underscore the significance of implementing learning organization principles, which involve employees in learning initiatives, to enhance competency and subsequently boost employee performance.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan situs terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Indograha Outsourcing Palembang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah karyawan PT. Indograha Outsourcing Palembang dengan jumlah karyawan 250 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling sehingga sampel berjumlah 72. Primer diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan pada PT. Indograha Outsourcing Palembang. Saran yang dapat diberikan dari penelitian ini adalah pimpinan dapat menerapkan teori gaya kepemimpinan dalam memberikan arahan yang dapat mempengaruhi dan meningkatkan semangat kerja karyawan di PT. Abstract

ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Universitas PGRI Palembang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai administrasi yang ada di Universitas PGRI Palembang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel acak stratifikasi proporsional, dengan sampel berjumlah 79 orang sebagai responden. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Universitas PGRI Palembang.   Kata Kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Komitmen Organisasi, Kinerja Pegawai     ABSTRACT   This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture and organizational commitment on the performance of Palembang PGRI University employees. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the transformational leadership style on the work discipline of the state civil servants at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of the City of Palembang. The population in this study were ASN of the Department of Population and Civil Registration using saturated sampling so that the sample used was the entire population of ASN of the Department of Population and Civil Registration, totaling 70 respondents. The data obtained is primary data by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the hypothesis analysis (t test), it was concluded that the transformational leadership style had a positive and significant effect on the work discipline of the state civil servants at the Palembang City Population and Civil Registration Service. Abstract

This study aims to find out how training influences the performance of human capital and general service department employees at PT Pamapersada Nusantara Site MTBU Tanjung Enim. The population in this study amounted to 40 employees, samples were taken as many as 40 employees with non-probability sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that training had a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the human capital and general service departments at PT Pamapersada Nusantara Site MTBU Tanjung Enim. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress on the performance of health workers at the Kalidoni Health Center in Palembang City. “The population in this study were all health workers at the Kaldioni Health Center in Palembang City with a sample of 38 people, using a saturated sampling technique. Saturated sampling technique is a sampling technique when all members of the population are sampled. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis technique. The data was processed using the Statistical for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program version 25. Based on the results of this study it shows that the work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on performance, while the work stress variable has a negative and significant effect on performance, and work discipline and work stress as a whole together influence the performance of Health Workers at the Kalidoni Health Center in Palembang City. Abstract

In this dynamic environment, knowledge sharing and innovation capabilities have become new sources of organizational competitive advantage. As an organization that builds and disseminates knowledge, the role of sharing knowledge in higher education institutions is very important in achieving its goals. In addition, innovation is very important because education plays an important role in creating a sustainable future. This study aims to analyze the role of knowledge sharing in sustainable competitive advantage mediated by the innovation capabilities of tertiary institutions in South Sumatra Province. Data were collected from 207 respondents representing 15 private higher education institutions in South Sumatra Province which were selected purposively. Data analysis used structural equation modeling with the LISREL 8.7 application. The results of the study concluded that knowledge sharing and innovation capabilities had a positive and significant effect on the sustainable competitive advantage of higher education institutions. The research also proves that innovation capabilities partially mediate the relationship between knowledge sharing and sustainable competitive advantage of higher education institutions in South Sumatra Province.

Abstract

Motivasi adalah keadaan dalam diri seseorang yang mendorong individu untuk melakukan kegiatan tertentu guna mencapai tujuan. Seorang individu akan melihat berbagai peluang, kesempatan, serta kekuatan yang dimilikinya untuk mencapai tujuannya. Motivasi yang dimiliki oleh individu akan mempengaruhi keputusan-keputusan. Salah satu keputusan yang dibuat oleh individu adalah keputusan untuk berwirausaha.Melalui kegiatan wirausaha, seseorang dapat mewujudkan tujuannya.Banyak individu yang sudah memiliki kemampuan atau keahlian untuk berwirausaha, tapi masih kurang tertarik untuk melakukan kegiatan wirausaha atau tidak terdorong untuk melakukan pengembangan dari usaha yang sudah dijalankan.Banyak masyarakat yang melakukan kegiatan usaha hanya sekadarnya saja, padahal jika masyarakat mau belajar dan mengembangkan potensi diri, maka kegiatan menjalankan usaha dapat dijadikan sebagai profesi, yaitu profesi pengusaha atau wirausahawan.Hal ini juga terjadi pada masyarakat Desa Tanjung Raya Kecamatan Sukamerindu Kabupaten Lahat yang merupakan salah satu desa penghasil kopi.Masih banyak masyarakat desa Tanjung Raya yang melakukan kegiatan usaha seadanya.Dengan demikian, perlu diberi dorongan atau motivasi kepada para masyarakat tersebut untuk mengembangkan jiwa kewirausahaan dan usahanya.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the impact of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at PT Pegadaian Ragional Regional Office III and Palembang Branch. The data used in this study is primary data, collected directly from employees through structured questionnaires that measure variables such as leadership style, work motivation, and employee performance. A descriptive and inferential approach was employed to analyze the relationships among the study variables. The results showed that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employees' performance at the regional office level. Work motivation has an important positive effect on employee's performance so that the second hypothesis can be accepted. Leadership styles have a negative effect on the performance of employees at the Regional Office level, while leadership styles and motivational strategies have positive effects on employee performances. The findings of this study offer practical guidance for organizational leaders and HR professionals seeking to optimize workforce performance through tailored leadership and motivation practices, contributing to more effective management strategies within similar corporate and branch-level environments.

Abstract

ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris pengaruh kompetensi terhadap disiplin kerja, kepuasan kerja terhadap disiplin kerja, kompetensi terhadap komitmen organisasi, kepusan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi, komitmen organisasi terhadap disiplin kerja, kompetensi terhadap disiplin kerja melalui komitmen organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap disiplin kerja melalui komitmen organisasi. Dengan pengaplikasian statistic deskriptif menggunakan data kuantitatif dan SEM (Structural Equation Model) dan aplikasi Smart PLS Versi 4, dengan jumlah sampel 83 orang Karyawan Hotel Batiqa Palembang. Ditemukan Adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan kerja terhadap disiplin kerja, kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi, komitmen organisasi terhadp disiplin kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap disiplin kerja melalui komitmen organisasi. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan kompetensi terhadap disiplin kerja dan kompetensi terhadap disiplin kerja melalui komitmen organisasi. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi, Kepuasan kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Disiplin kerja   ABSTRACT   This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of competence on work discipline, job satisfaction on work discipline, competence on organizational commitment, work satisfaction on organizational commitment, organizational commitment on work discipline, competence on work discipline through organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on work discipline through organizational commitment. This study used descriptive statistics with quantitative data and SEM (Structural Equation Model) with the Smart PLS Version 4 application, with a sample size of 83 employees of the Batiqa Hotel Palembang. It was found that there was a positive and significant influence between job satisfaction on work discipline, job satisfaction on organizational commitment, organizational commitment on work discipline, and job satisfaction on work discipline through organizational commitment. There was a positive and insignificant effect of competence on work discipline and competence on work discipline through organizational commitment.
