Abstract

This study aims to find out how the crypto trading law and the status of money generated from the trading results. This study uses a normative legal method with a descriptive analysis approach. Legal materials are obtained from the Bahtsul Masail decision of PWNU East Java, Bahtsul Masail with PWNU in Yogyakarta, and Bahtsul Masail Islamic Law Firm. The results of the study show that trading crypto is permitted by Islamic law as long as there is no gharar. This study implies that people who trade crypto must have sufficient knowledge about crypto currency.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of differentiated instruction based on local wisdom in fostering students' creative entrepreneurial ideas at SD Negeri 1 Ngranti. The research is motivated by the challenge of addressing diverse learning needs in the era of the Merdeka Curriculum, as well as the importance of cultivating entrepreneurial spirit through the utilization of local potential. The study aims to describe the planning, implementation, and evaluation of such instruction. A qualitative case study design was employed, involving fifth-grade teachers and students as research subjects. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles & Huberman interactive model. The results indicate that planning was conducted in an innovative and adaptive manner through diagnostic assessment and the development of differentiated teaching modules integrating local wisdom. The implementation was dynamic and contextual, utilizing content, process, and product differentiation, local-based concrete media, and interactive guidance. The evaluation was holistic, encompassing both process and outcome assessments, accompanied by feedback and continuous reflection. In conclusion, this instructional approach provided relevant and personalized learning experiences, effectively enhancing students’ creativity, independence, and entrepreneurial mindset while simultaneously preserving the local potential of Ngranti Village in alignment with the Merdeka Curriculum.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has driven a transformation in the world of education, particularly in the development of innovative and interactive learning media. The Canva application is a digital-based graphic design platform that can be utilized in learning, especially to enrich the visual presentation of teaching materials. This study aims to describe the use of the Canva application in Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) learning in grade 5 of SD Negeri 3 Jabalsari, explore students' learning experiences during the learning process using Canva, and identify supporting and inhibiting factors that arise. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data were collected through observations of learning activities, interviews with teachers and students, and documentation in the form of student work and teaching tools. The results show that the use of Canva can increase student engagement, facilitate understanding of abstract material, and foster creativity in processing information. Teachers also found it easier to create more engaging and communicative teaching materials. However, several obstacles were encountered such as limited internet access, lack of teacher training in using Canva, and other technical obstacles that require support from the school. Overall, Canva proved to be an effective learning medium in improving the quality of IPAS learning in elementary schools, especially in learning contexts that require visualization and active student participation. This research provides practical insights for teachers in strategically adopting digital media and can serve as a reference in developing technology-based contextual learning methods. The findings also open up opportunities for further research on the integration of Canva into various subjects and its impact on students' cognitive, affective, and psychomotor dimensions. ABSTRAKPerkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong transformasi dalam dunia pendidikan, khususnya pada pengembangan media pembelajaran yang inovatif dan interaktif. Aplikasi Canva merupakan salah satu platform desain grafis berbasis digital yang dapat dimanfaatkan dalam pembelajaran, terutama untuk memperkaya penyajian materi ajar secara visual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan aplikasi Canva dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS) di kelas 5 SD Negeri 3 Jabalsari, mengeksplorasi pengalaman belajar siswa selama proses pembelajaran menggunakan Canva, serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat yang muncul. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi terhadap kegiatan pembelajaran, wawancara dengan guru dan siswa, serta dokumentasi berupa hasil karya siswa dan perangkat ajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan Canva mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa, mempermudah pemahaman terhadap materi abstrak, serta menumbuhkan kreativitas dalam mengolah informasi. Guru juga merasakan kemudahan dalam menyusun bahan ajar yang lebih menarik dan komunikatif. Meskipun demikian, ditemukan beberapa kendala seperti keterbatasan akses internet, kurangnya pelatihan guru dalam penggunaan Canva, serta hambatan teknis lainnya yang memerlukan dukungan dari pihak sekolah. Secara keseluruhan, Canva terbukti menjadi media pembelajaran yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran IPAS di sekolah dasar, terutama dalam konteks pembelajaran yang menuntut visualisasi dan partisipasi aktif siswa. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi guru dalam mengadopsi media digital secara strategis dan dapat dijadikan rujukan dalam pengembangan metode pembelajaran kontekstual berbasis teknologi. Temuan ini juga membuka peluang untuk penelitian lebih lanjut terkait pengintegrasian Canva dalam berbagai mata pelajaran serta pengaruhnya terhadap dimensi kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis mengenai implementasi strategi bauran pemasaran (marketing mix) 7P yang terdiri dari product (produk), price (harga), place (tempat), promotion (promosi), people (orang), process (proses), dan physical evidence (bukti fisik) pada bisnis kuliner JusBuahku di Tulungagung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana penerapan strategi bauran pemasaran tersebut dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan penjualan, serta mengidentifikasi berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi selama proses implementasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan pemilik, karyawan, dan konsumen, serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi 7P telah diterapkan secara cukup efektif oleh JusBuahku, ditunjukkan melalui variasi produk berbahan segar, harga yang terjangkau, lokasi yang strategis, pelayanan cepat dan ramah, serta promosi melalui media sosial. Namun, masih terdapat kendala seperti keterbatasan ruang fisik outlet dan belum optimalnya strategi promosi digital. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi pelaku UMKM dalam menyusun strategi pemasaran yang adaptif, serta menjadi referensi untuk penelitian lanjutan di sektor kuliner berbasis UMKM.

Abstract

The validity of a marriage is the fulfillment of the pillars and conditions of marriage as stipulated in Islamic law. One of the pillars currently being discussed is the online Ijab and Qabul (marriage contract), considering the COVID-19 pandemic, there has been much news about online marriage ceremonies due to various constraints. Moreover, technology is becoming increasingly advanced and evolving, making human tasks easier. The aim of this study is to examine the legality of online marriage contracts that occurred during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research uses a qualitative research method with a library research type, referencing journals, articles, and books related to the main theme of online marriage contracts. All references, including legal and non-legal sources, are presented and then analyzed carefully. Scholars and fiqh experts have provided arguments about the validity of marriage through online contracts. According to the scholars, an online marriage contract is valid if what is meant by one assembly is one time, not one place. Thus, after the Ijab is stated, the Qabul must also be stated immediately. The research results show that marriage contracts conducted online during the COVID-19 pandemic are legally valid, thereby contributing to resolving the difficulties faced by prospective brides and grooms in gathering to conduct the marriage contract due to social restrictions. The validity of online marriage contracts represents a legal renewal that previously considered that marriage contracts must be conducted in one place.

Abstract

Sales are the lifeblood of a company, because profit can be obtained. Sales play an important role for trading companies so that the products sold by the company can be sold and provide income for the company. Sales efforts can be seen from the sales volume obtained. In other words, whether the company can make a profit or not is very dependent on the success of sales. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Service, Promotion, and Price on Sales at PT. Alfindo Sentral Mobil Batam. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The population in this study are potential customers of PT. Alfindo Sentral Mobil with a total of 240 people (2022). The sample of this research is 71 respondents. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire or questionnaire which was tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique of this research uses Multiple Linear Regression, Classical Assumption Test, Hypothesis Test (t Test and F Test), and Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this study using the SPSS version 23 software program. The results of this study indicate that the service has a positive and significant effect on the sales of PT. Alfindo Sentral Mobil with a probability value of 0.041 < 0.05. Promotion has a positive and insignificant effect on sales of PT. Alfindo Sentral Mobil with a probability value of 0.085 > 0.05. Price has a positive and insignificant effect on sales of PT. Alfindo Sentral Mobil with a probability value of 0.143 > 0.05. The coefficient of determination value of 85.1% shows the contribution of services, promotions, and prices to the sales of PT. Alfindo Sentral Mobil and the remaining 14.9% are explained by various other variables not proposed in this study.

Abstract

The re-used car marketing business in Batam City is very tight. Many dealers and agents offer various car brands with attractiveness in terms of service, purchasing methods, promotions and other attractive packages. One dealer that has been around for quite a long time is PT Alfindo Sentral Mobil Batam. This company must be able to exist amidst intense competition. The main policies implemented by this dealer are in terms of service, promotions and prices. These three things have a big influence on customers' interests and decisions and have implications for car sales. The aim of this research is to find out how service, promotion and price influence car sales at PT Alfindo Sentral Mobil Batam. The research results show that service, promotion and price have a significant effect on car sales.

Abstract

This study examines the application of Immanuel Kant's retributive justice theory in judicial decisions imposing death sentences for premeditated murder cases in Indonesia, particularly following the landmark Constitutional Court Decision No. 21/PUU-VI/2008. The research employs a normative juridical approach, analyzing secondary legal materials including legislation, court decisions, legal doctrines, and philosophical theories. Kant's retributive theory posits that punishment must be proportionate to the moral culpability of the offender, embodying the principle of ius talionis. However, the Constitutional Court's decision has reframed the death penalty as an exceptional and alternative sanction, requiring judges to consider principles of proportionality and individualization. This study reveals a fundamental tension between classical Kantian retributivism, which demands absolute proportionality regardless of consequentialist considerations, and the Constitutional Court's approach that increasingly emphasizes human rights protection and gradual abolitionism. The findings demonstrate that while judges rhetorically invoke retributive principles in their reasoning, practical application has become constrained by constitutional imperatives that prioritize rehabilitation and the right to life. This normative contradiction suggests an evolutionary shift in Indonesia's criminal justice philosophy from pure retribution toward a more nuanced balancing of retributive, rehabilitative, and human rights considerations.

Abstract

Thisistudy aimsito find out: 1) Steps to develop short film learning media on the arrival of westerners to Indonesia, 2) the validity of using short film learning media on the arrival of westerners to Indonesia for class VIII MTs students. This research uses the research and development method or Research and Development which refers to the Borg and Gall model. The research subjects were 25 students of class VIII A at MTs Aswaa Tunggangri. The data collection technique was in the form of a validation questionnaire for media experts, material and social studies teachers. The validity of using short film learning media, namely the first media validation produced 78.66%, material 82.66%, social studies teachers 82.66% and all of them are valid categories. Student response questionnaires yielded 86.3%, pre-test scores from the control class amounted to 57.5% and the experimental class amounted to 73%. Furthermore, the results of the Post-test, found an increase in student learning outcomes. the class value of the control group was 70.41% and in the experimental group was 85.46%, it can be concluded that the development of short film media is stated to be valid and feasible.

Abstract

The seller offers goods with online media by relying on the description of the goods in the form of videos or photos so that consumers cannot directly check the goods to be purchased. This article analyzes the seller's liability due to hidden defects in online buying and selling transactions. This study uses a normative juridical approach. Results of the study show that hidden defective products sold by sellers in online transactions are the absolute responsibility of the seller as regulated in Article 19 of the UUPK, as well as the provisions of Articles 1365 and 1865 of the Civil Code, namely the seller is responsible for the goods sold. However, this responsibility must be proven that the seller did make a mistake, and the result of the mistake has been detrimental to the consumer. Besides the obligation of consumers to be careful, consumers also need to get protection.
