Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the effects of rewards, punishments, and organizational culture on the performance of marketing financing employees at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Regional 3 Palembang. A quantitative research design was employed using a survey method involving 238 respondents from the marketing financing division. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to evaluate both the simultaneous and partial effects of the independent variables rewards, punishments, and organizational culture on employee performance.The results show that rewards, punishments, and organizational culture each have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. These findings highlight the importance of implementing proper reward systems, fair punishment policies, and cultivating a strong organizational culture to improve employee performance. However, the three variables collectively explain only 20.3% of the variance in employee performance, suggesting that 79.7% may be influenced by other factors not examined in this study. This study contributes to the literature on human resource management in the Islamic banking sector by integrating Goal Setting Theory to explain how performance-based incentives and cultural alignment shape employee behavior. The practical implications can guide BSI leadership in designing more targeted HR strategies to enhance competitiveness and productivity.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the extent to which organizational culture, organizational learning, and employee competence influence employee performance at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk., Palembang Arief Area. A total sample of 100 employees was selected to represent the population, with data collection carried out using both primary and secondary sources. Primary data were obtained through structured questionnaires, while secondary data were drawn from relevant organizational documents and records. To analyze the relationships among the variables, multiple linear regression was applied as the primary analytical technique. The results of the study demonstrate that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, organizational learning also exerts a significant influence, and employee competence likewise contributes significantly to improving performance outcomes. These findings collectively highlight the importance of fostering a strong organizational culture, supporting continuous learning initiatives, and enhancing employee competence in order to optimize overall performance within the organization

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of self-efficacy and work engagement on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT Belitang Panen Raya Ogan Komering Ulu Timur employees. This research includes quantitative research. The research sample was 109 active employees at PT Belitang Panen Raya. Data collection techniques were carried out by providing self-efficacy questionnaires, work engagement, employee performance questionnaires and job satisfaction. The data analysis method in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS application. The results of this research show that self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Belitang Panen Raya employees. Work engagement has a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of PT Belitang Panen Raya employees. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Belitang Panen Raya employees. Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Belitang Panen Raya through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Work engagement has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT employees. This study aims to determine the effect of work training on the job training on employee performance at PT Radio Suara Pesona Indah of the City of Palembang. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were radio broadcasting employees, selected using saturated sampling, so the sample in this study was the entire population of radio broadcasting employees, totaling 39 respondents. The data collection method used in the study was obtained from a questionnaire. The analysis technique used in this study is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the hypothesis analysis (t test), it was concluded that the work training on the job training had a positive and significant effect on the employee performance at PT Radio Suara Indah of the City of Palembang. Abstract

This study aims to test or analyze how the influence of the physical work environment on the work productivity of production employees at PT Vista Agung Kencana. The population in this study were all employees of the production division of PT Vista Agung Kencana, Muara Enim Regency, totaling 150 employees. The sampling technique of this study used a purposive sampling technique. thus the respondents of this study were as many as 40 respondents from all permanent production employees at PT Vista Agung Kencana. This study used primary data obtained through questionnaires and simple linear regression analysis as a data analysis technique. The data was processed using the Statistical for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program release 26. The results showed that the physical work environment had a positive and significant effect on the work productivity variable for employees in the production department at PT Vista Agung Kencana.
