Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work training on the job training on employee performance at PT Radio Suara Pesona Indah of the City of Palembang. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were radio broadcasting employees, selected using saturated sampling, so the sample in this study was the entire population of radio broadcasting employees, totaling 39 respondents. The data collection method used in the study was obtained from a questionnaire. The analysis technique used in this study is simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the hypothesis analysis (t test), it was concluded that the work training on the job training had a positive and significant effect on the employee performance at PT Radio Suara Indah of the City of Palembang. Keyword: Work Training, Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to test or analyze how the influence of the physical work environment on the work productivity of production employees at PT Vista Agung Kencana. The population in this study were all employees of the production division of PT Vista Agung Kencana, Muara Enim Regency, totaling 150 employees. The sampling technique of this study used a purposive sampling technique. thus the respondents of this study were as many as 40 respondents from all permanent production employees at PT Vista Agung Kencana. This study used primary data obtained through questionnaires and simple linear regression analysis as a data analysis technique. The data was processed using the Statistical for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program release 26. The results showed that the physical work environment had a positive and significant effect on the work productivity variable for employees in the production department at PT Vista Agung Kencana.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Pengawasan Dan Budaya Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Dengan Motivasi Sebagai Mediasi Pada Dinas Penanaman Modal Dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kab Lahat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang ada di Dinas Penanaman Modal Dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kab. Lahat yaitu berjumlah 98 orang dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik analisa dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan softwere SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pengawasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Pengawasan Dan Budaya Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Terhadap Motivasi, Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, Motivasi Kerja dapat memediasi hubungan antara Pengawasan Dan Budaya Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya Instansi untuk melakukan pembinaan dengan pengawasan pegawai secara berkala, membangun budaya kerja yang kuat yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas tiap pegawai, serta memberikan motivasi kerja seperti dukungan kepada seluruh pegawai pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kab Lahat.  Kata Kunci: Pengawasan, Budaya Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja  Pegawai
