Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to find and prove (1) the Field Work Practice Program at Health Vocational High Schools in Tangerang City. (2) Barriers to the Field Work Practice Program and its Implementation in the World of Work for Health Vocational School Graduates in Tangerang City (3) Effective Collaboration Models in the Implementation of Health Vocational School Practice Programs in Tangerang City with the World of Work. This type of research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The location of this research was carried out at one of the Health Vocational High Schools (SMK) in the City of Tangerang Nursing Expertise Program. Data collection using in-depth interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The results of the study show that (1) there is still a weak relationship between educational institutions and the industrial world which leads to ineffective implementation, making it difficult for PKL participants to get jobs according to their competencies (2) Some obstacles to the Field Work Practice Proyahoo.comgram and its Implementation in the World of Work for Health Vocational School Graduates in Tangerang City is that there are still limited places for street vendors and there are still a number of Hospitals and Health Centers that refuse street vendors participants from Health Vocational Schools (3) The Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) model is able to improve the quality of the street vendors' experience and the right career choice and working together using the nucleus-plasma pattern, franchise pattern, general trade pattern, operational cooperation pattern, and partnership pattern.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan dan membuktikan (1) Program Praktik Kerja Lapangan PadaSekolah Menengah Kejuruan Kesehatan di Kota Tangerang. (2) Hambatan Program Praktik Kerja Lapangandan Pelaksanaannya di Dunia Kerja bagi Lulusan SMK Kesehatan di Kota Tangerang(3) Model Kerjasamayang Efektif dalam Pelasanaan Program Praktik Kerja Lapangan SMK Kesehatan di Kota Tangerang denganDunia kerja. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan Fenomenologi. Lokasipenelitian ini dilakukan di salah satu Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Kesehatan di Kota TangerangProgram Keahlian Keperawatan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi,dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Masih terjadi hubungan yang lemah antarainstitusi pendidikan dan dunia industri yang mengarah pada implementasi yang tidak efektif, sehinggamenyulitkan peserta PKL seperti untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan kompetensi yang merekamiliki (2) Beberapa hambatan Program Praktik Kerja Lapangan dan Pelaksanaannya di Dunia Kerja bagiLulusan SMK Kesehatan Kota Tangerang adalah masih terbatasnya tempat untuk pelaksanaan PKL danmasih ada beberapa Rumah Sakit dan Puskesmas yang menolak peserta PKL dari SMK Kesehatan (3) ModelWork-Integrated Learning (WIL) mampu meningkatkan kualitas pengalaman PKL dan pilihan karir yangtepat dan bekerja sama menggunakan pola inti-plasma, pola waralaba, pola perdagangan umum, polakerjasama operasional, dan pola kemitraan.

Abstract

 In this digital period, technological advancement is growing fleetly, including in the field of artificial intelligence( AI). AI has entered colorful aspects of life, including Education. In Education, AI offers colorful openings to ameliorate the effectiveness and effectiveness of pupil literacy. scholars are faced with colorful complex literacy tasks and demands. This frequently makes it delicate for them to manage their time and complete tasks meetly. Artificial intelligence( AI). comes as a result to help scholars complete their tasks more fluently, efficiently and effectively. This study aims to dissect the effectiveness and effectiveness of pupil literacy using artificial intelligence, and to identify the benefits and challenges of using AI in education. This study uses a quantitative descriptive system with primary and secondary data sources, with data collection procedures and interviews, and giving doubters to 104 Repliers using a Likert- Scale, Data Analysis with Data Presentation, Data Reduction and conclusions. The exploration was conducted at Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University, Jakarta, as Student- Repliers in Semester IV in the Social Studies Education- Programs. The results of this study indicate, the use of artificial intelligence( AI) can increase the effectiveness and effectiveness of pupil literacy in the social study- program, as substantiated by the results of doubters from repliers, that55.8 of the repliers are effective in the use of artificial intelligence( AI) and can increase effectiveness by51.9 and40.4 of the use of AI is applicable in perfecting understanding of lecture material, and52.9 of the use of AI is suitable to overcome time constraints in completing lecture assignments. This exploration is anticipated to make a precious donation to the development of education in the digital period and to help scholars to learn more effectively and efficiently. give recommendations for the wise and responsible use of artificial intelligence( AI) in education. Flash back AI is only an adjunct for druggies, not a cover for doing anything including lecture assignments

Abstract

Pembaharuan Model Pesantren:Respon Terhadap Modernitas. Tuntutan modernitas, tanpa mengabaikan keunikan dan kekhasan pesantren merupakan salah satu keunngulan pesantren. Pesantren mampu bertahan dibanding dengan lembaga pendidikan Islam lainnya di Nusantra, seperti dayah, rangkang, meunasah, dan surau. Respon pesantren terhadap modernisasi pendidikan Islam mencakup; pertama, pembaharuan isi atau substansi pendidikan pesantren dengan memasukkan subyek umum dan vocational; Kedua,Pembaharuan metodologi, ketiga, Pembaharuan kelembagaan, dan keempat, Pembaharuan fungsi, dari fungsi kependidikan untuk juga mencakup fungsi sosial ekonomi yang lebih luas. Pesantren yang ideal adalah pesantren yang mampu berdialog dengan modernitas,tanpa mengelimniasi tugas utamannya sebagai pengemban amanat moral.

Abstract

Implementasi Manajemen Mutu Pendidikan Islam. Peningkatan mutu pendidikan Islam merupakan satu langkah awal penting yang harus dilakukan. Peningkatan mutu harus dilakukan secara menyeluruh dengan mempergunakan dan memberdayakan semua aspek sumber daya yang ada. Strategi dasar untuk meningkatkan mutu secara berkesinambungan yaitu melalui peningkatan seluruh objek garapan dalam manajemen pendidikan Islam, dimulai dari peningkatan tenaga kependidikan, peserta didik, kurikulum, proses pembelajaran, sarana prasarana pendidikan, keuangan dan hubungan dengan masyarakat. Proses pendayagunaan sumber daya manusia maupun sumber-sumber lainnya harus mendukung pencapaian tujuan secara efektif dan efisien berdasarkan ukuran, kadar, ketentuan dan penilaian tentang kualitas sesuatu barang maupun jasa (produk) sesuai dengan kepuasan pelanggan. Pemanfaatan tersebut dilakukan melalui kerjasama dengan orang lain secara efektif, efisien, dan produktif untuk mencapai kebahagiaan dan kesejahteraan baik di dunia maupun di akhirat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of visual media on student learning outcomes in fiqh subjects in class VIII of SMP Babus Salam Karawaci, Tangerang City. The background of this research is the low interest and learning outcomes of students due to the use of monotonous learning methods. The research method used is quantitative with a quasi-experimental approach using pretest-posttest control group design. The research sample amounted to 62 students which were divided into two groups, namely the experimental class and the control class. Data collection instruments in the form of objective tests and Likert scale questionnaires. The results of the study show a sig value of 0.000 <0.05 so there is a significant difference between the learning outcomes of the experimental class and the control class. So it can be concluded that the use of visual media has an effective effect on learning outcomes in fiqh subjects.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari pendidikan bukan hanya meningkatkan pengetahauan di bidang intelektual semata. Tetapi sesuai dengan isi dari Undang-undang tentang sistem pendidikan di atas, bahwasanya pendidikan juga mengarah kepada sikap pengendalian diri siswa, kecerdasan spiritual, serta mempunyai akhlak yang mulia, sehingga siswa benar-benar bisa mengaplikasikan pendidikan ini di kehidupannya kelak. Hal terpenting di dalam pendidikan adalah menanamkan nilai-nilai spiritual kepada siswa. Seperti yang telah diajarkan oleh Nabi besar Muhammad SAW. Adapaun jenis penelitian yang dipakai dalam penulisan skripsi ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, yang artinya penelitian ini menggunakan data informasi dari berbagai macam teori yang diperoleh dari kepustakaan dan lapangan dengan jenis penelitian studi pustaka dan lapangan dengan klasifikasi pada karangan-karangan buku Hamka dan SMP Muhammadiyah 4. Selain itu langkah metodis dalam penyusunan penelitian karya ilmiah ini menggunakan pendekatan bersifat deskriftif analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Hamka di dalam bukunya yang berjudul Ayah, menekankan aspek nilai Islam di dalam pembelajaran. Di dalam buku Ayah diterangkan pula, bahwa pendidikan itu bukan hanya sekedar mempelajari ilmu pengetahuan dunia saja. Tetapi yang paling terpenting adalah Ilmu agama, karena pendidikan itu semata-mata hanyalah mencari keridhaan Allah SWT. Bukan mencari kekayaan di dunia semata. Pemikiran pendidikan Islam menurut Hamka adalah, (a) mengetahui keutaman ilmu, (b) memiliki niat yang kuat dalam menuntut ilmu, (c) memilih guru dan teman yang baik di dalam menuntut ilmu, (d) menagungkan ilmu dan ulama, (e) tekun dan kontinue di dalam menuntut ilmu, (f) mematuhi tata tertib di dalam menuntut ilmu, (g) tawakal, (h) memanfaatkan waktu yang ada untuk mendapatkan ilmu, (i) mencari faidah ilmu yang di pelajarinya. Abstract

ABSTRAKKegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tema Pengembangan Manajemen Lembaga Pendidikan Nonformal (LPNF) di Wilayah Kepulauan Seribu, DKJ. Latar belakang kegiatan ini adalah kondisi LPNF yang masih dikelola secara sederhana, tanpa perencanaan strategis, sistem evaluasi, maupun pemanfaatan teknologi yang memadai. Padahal, LPNF memiliki peran penting dalam menyediakan akses pendidikan alternatif bagi masyarakat kepulauan yang terbatas pada layanan pendidikan formal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan model partisipatif-kolaboratif, melalui tahapan observasi, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), pelatihan, workshop, serta pendampingan intensif selama tiga bulan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar LPNF di Kepulauan Seribu menghadapi kendala berupa keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, lemahnya tata kelola kelembagaan, serta rendahnya pemanfaatan teknologi. Melalui intervensi berupa pelatihan manajerial, workshop penyusunan rencana kerja, serta pendampingan berkelanjutan, terjadi peningkatan signifikan dalam aspek perencanaan strategis, pengelolaan keuangan sederhana, pemanfaatan teknologi pembelajaran, dan partisipasi masyarakat. LPNF mulai menyusun dokumen rencana kerja, meningkatkan kolaborasi dengan pemerintah daerah, serta menyesuaikan program dengan potensi lokal seperti kelautan, pariwisata, dan kewirausahaan. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa penguatan manajemen LPNF berbasis partisipatif-kolaboratif mampu meningkatkan profesionalisme, efektivitas, dan keberlanjutan lembaga. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya memperbaiki kualitas layanan pendidikan nonformal, tetapi juga mendukung pemberdayaan masyarakat, mengurangi kesenjangan pendidikan antara pusat dan daerah, serta berkontribusi terhadap pencapaian tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan (SDGs).Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Nonformal; Manajemen Lembaga; Pengabdian Masyarakat; Kepulauan Seribu; Partisipatif-Kolaboratif.ABSTRACTThis community service program aimed to strengthen the management of Nonformal Education Institutions (NFEIs) in the Thousand Islands Region, Special Capital Region of Jakarta (DKJ). The program addressed the common challenges faced by NFEIs, including limited strategic planning, weak evaluation systems, and minimal use of educational technology, despite their vital role in providing alternative education for island communities. A descriptive qualitative approach with a participatory collaborative model was employed through observation, Focus Group Discussions (FGD), training, workshops, and three months of intensive mentoring. The findings reveal that most NFEIs experienced constraints in human resources, institutional governance, and technology utilization. Managerial training and continuous mentoring resulted in notable improvements in strategic planning, basic financial management, technology-supported learning, and community involvement. Several institutions developed formal work plans, strengthened collaboration with local government, and aligned programs with local potentials such as marine-based activities, tourism, and entrepreneurship. Overall, participatory collaborative management effectively enhances institutional professionalism, effectiveness, and sustainability, while supporting community empowerment, reducing educational disparities, and contributing to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).Keywords: Nonformal Education; Institutional Management; Community Service; Thousand Islands; Participatory Collaborative.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the religious moderation values among students at SMPN 1 Tangerang and to outline the strategies employed by Islamic Education teachers to internalize these values in students. The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. Data analysis included data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and verification. Data validity was ensured through triangulation. The findings of the study include: (1) Religious moderation values through four indicators: national commitment, tolerance, anti-violence, and accommodation of local culture, as reflected in flag ceremonies, Pancasila education, national defense, religious lessons according to each student's faith, and wearing traditional clothes; (2) The strategies of Islamic Education teachers in internalizing religious moderation values include: a) Stages of introduction, acceptance, and integration in lessons; b) Approaches of experience, habituation, emotional, rational, functional, and role modeling through various religious activities and learning materials that promote mutual respect; c) Strategies of traditional, flexible, reflective, and trans-internal methods applied by PAI teachers in the classroom, especially for non-Muslim students, participatory learning, and leading by example
