Abstract

Hipertensi pada lansia merupakan suatu keadaan dimana seseorang mengalami peningkatan tekanan darah di atas normal baik tekanan systolic atau diastolic. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan quasi eksperimen (eksperimen semu). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui efektivitas kombinasi metode slow deep breathing dan konsumsi Apium graveolens (seledri) serta black garlic (bawang hitam) terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada lansia. Desain yang digunakan adalah pretest-posttest with control group design, di mana terdapat dua kelompok: Kelompok intervensi: Mendapatkan terapi slow deep breathing serta konsumsi Apium graveolens dan black garlic. Kelompok kontrol: Tidak diberikan intervensi atau hanya perawatan standar. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa tekanan darah sistolik rata-rata berkisar antara 150 mmHg hingga 160,06 mmHg, sedangkan tekanan darah diastolik rata-rata berkisar antara 97,29 mmHg hingga 101,29 mmHg selama periode tujuh hari. Fluktuasi harian terlihat, dengan tekanan darah tertinggi tercatat pada hari ketujuh (160,06/101,29 mmHg) dan terendah pada hari kedua (155,06/97,29 mmHg). Menariknya, standar deviasi untuk tekanan sistolik (9,098 mmHg) dan diastolik (7,051 mmHg) konsisten di seluruh pengukuran, menunjukkan variabilitas yang stabil dalam sampel. Implementasi program penurunan tensi menggunakan metode Slow Deep Breathing dan pemberian Apium graveolens serta Black Garlic terbukti efektif menurunkan tekanan darah lansia di Desa Bangun Rejo tahun 2025. Program ini berpotensi diterapkan lebih luas di desa-desa lain sebagai pendekatan promotif-preventif dalam penanganan hipertensi lansia

Abstract

In modern times, there are many recreational areas including, Gunung Lampu Tapaktuan Tourism. This destination is very crowded with local and foreign tourists. This study aims to determine the number of visitors, optimize the place, evaluate the area's attractiveness, and know how the tool works using the experimental method. Furthermore, the Internet of Things (IoT) connects physical objects with electronics, software, sensors, and networks that make these objects collect and transmit data. From the results of the trials that have been carried out, every passing visitor is read by an ultrasonic sensor and then sent to the Thingspeak server using the internet network and the registered apikey. The ultrasonic sensor sends data that has been read to the thing peak channel that is connected to the device so that the results of the monitoring are the number of visitors in the form of graphs and tables. The results of testing the tool for seven days contained a total of 1,596 manual data, 1,582 people were detected, and 14 people were not detected. While visitors came out there were 1,559 people caught, and 37 people were not seen. From the seven days of testing, 99.12% of incoming visitors were detected and 97.68% of outgoing visitors were detected. So that it can be concluded, that this tool has been functioning correctly.

Abstract

Langsa City is one of the cities in Aceh province which continues to experience rapid development in various fields, including transportation. Public transportation is an important element in facilitating population mobility, including those who often travel outside the city. People who often travel out of town in Langsa City face a number of problems. Limited accessibility, delays in bus departure and arrival times, as well as lack of service quality such as comfort and facilities, are factors that influence their choice in using bus services. Competitive fares and safety during travel are also important considerations. Therefore, determining the buses that are most popular with people who frequently leave the city in Langsa City is essential to increase efficiency, comfort and passenger satisfaction on long-distance trips. The research findings will provide insight into the most preferred bus transportation based on the criteria applied using the WASPAS and TOPSIS methods. These two methods will later be used to determine the buses that are most popular with the people of Langsa City based on predetermined criteria such as ticket price, distance traveled, passenger capacity, speed and comfort. By using these two methods, it is hoped that we can obtain more accurate and reliable results in determining the public transportation that is most popular with the people of Langsa City.

Abstract

Abstract: The implementation of Enterprise Architecture (EA) in Banjarmasin city's tourism sector is essential to improve the effectiveness of information provided to tourists accessing electronic-based services. Unfortunately, there are some crucial challenges to the fundamental requirements of EA in the tourism sector. There is still partial implementation, a lack of understanding of the technological advances used in Banjarmasin city tourism promotion, a lack of understanding of the implementation in an application architecture framework design and the technology to be used, not having good documentation in the design of application systems and slow services in tourism promotion. There is no certainty of normative standardization for system development operating procedures. This research aims to design the Zachman Framework (ZF) Application architecture as an Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) methodology, to visualize spatial data. This application is designed to assist users in displaying spatial data in the form of interactive maps that can be accessed via the internet. The software development method used is the iterative and incremental method with the Zachman Framework approach to application design. Data was collected through surveys and interviews at the Department of Culture, Youth, Sports and Tourism (DISBUDPORAPAR) of Banjarmasin City, with the current number of tourism data being 55 tourist attractions. This application can later be used to introduce tourist attractions in Banjarmasin City to the wider community, including tourists visiting this city.            Keywords: enterprise architecture (ea), tourism, zachman framework (zf) Abstrak: Penerapan Enterprise Architecture (EA) disektor pariwisata kota Banjarmasin amatlah penting untuk meningkatkan efektivitas informasi yang diberikan kepada wisatawan yang mengakses layanan berbasis elektronik. Sayangnya, ada beberapa tantangan krusial terhadap persyaratan mendasar EA di sektor pariwisata. Masih ada yang diimplitasikan seara parsial, kurangnya pemahaman dalam kemajuan teknologi yang digunakan pada promosi pariwisata kota Banjarmasin, kurangnya pemahaman akan implimentasi dalam sebuat perancangan kerangka kerja arsitektur aplikasi dan teknologi yang akan digunakan, tidak memiliki dokumentsai yang baik dalam perancangan sistem aplikasi serta pelayanan yang lambat dalam promosi pariwisata. Belum adanya kepastian standarisasi normatif untuk prosedur operasi pengembangan sistem. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang arsitektur Aplikasi Bakunjangan Zachman Framework (ZF) sebagai metodologi Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP),  untuk memvisualisasikan data spasial. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk membantu pengguna dalam menampilkan data spasial dalam bentuk peta interaktif yang dapat diakses melalui internet. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah metode iteratif dan inkremental dengan pendekatan Zachman Framework untuk perancangan aplikasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui survey dan wawancara pada Dinas Kebudayaan, Kepemudaan, Olahraga dan Pariwisata (DISBUDPORAPAR) Kota Banjarmasin, dengan jumlah data pariwisata saat ini yakni 55 tempat wisata. Aplikasi ini nanti dapat digunakan untuk memperkenalkan objek wisata di Kota Banjarmasin kepada masyarakat luas, termasuk wisatawan yang berkunjung ke kota ini. Kata kunci: enterprise architecture (ea), pariwisata, zachman framework (zf)

Abstract

Avascular Necrosis (ANV) is a pathological condition caused by impaired blood supply to the subchondral femur bone, causing necrosis and deformity of bone tissue. This condition causes severe pain, joint stiffness, and impaired physical mobility. Chronic avascular necrosis requires surgery to stabilize physical function. Total Hip Replacement surgery is one of the surgical options to relieve pain and restore joint function in patients with avascular necrosis. Nursing care for ANV patients is very important in managing pain, preventing complications, and promoting recovery. Through comprehensive nursing care, nurses have a significant impact on the physical and emotional health of patients, helping them live healthier and more functional lives. This article aims to implement nursing care for avascular necrosis patients undergoing surgery at Haji Adam Malik General Hospital, Medan. This study is a case report of a 63-year-old patient who had suffered from avascular necrosis for 10 years and underwent Total Hip Replacement surgery. Assessment data were collected through physical examination and supplemented with laboratory and radiology results. The postoperative diagnoses that are the priority in this patient are acute pain, impaired physical mobility, impaired skin integrity, and self-care deficit. Nurses focus on the criteria for treatment outcomes in reducing pain levels, increasing joint range of motion and physical mobility, improving skin integrity, and improving self-care. The intervention results are pain control that allows earlier mobilization and can be a reference for professional nurses in improving the quality of service, especially for avascular necrosis patients undergoing Total Hip Replacement (THR) surgery.

Abstract

Cuti merupakan salah satu kewajiban perusahaan yang diberikan kepada karyawan. Proses pengelolaan cuti di Pusat Dukungan Operasional Layanan Pendapatan Daerah Pemerintah Provinsi Sumatera Utara pada saat ini masih dinilai belum efektif. Dari proses pengajuan cuti, informasi sisa cuti dan pesetujuan cuti masih dilakukan secara manual. Sehingga karyawan tidak bisa mengetahui sisa hak cuti pribadi dan kelemahan yang lain adalah proses pengajuan cuti kurang efektif dan efisien. Oleh karena itu, untuk meminimalisir kesalahan dalam proses pengajuan cuti karyawan, maka dibuatlah sebuah aplikasi pengajuan cuti karyawan berbasis web guna mempermudah proses pengajuan dan persetujuan cuti tanpa harus bertatap muka secara langsung. Pembuatan aplikasi pengajuan cuti karyawan berbasis web ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman seperti Laravel, PHP, CSS, HTML dan JavaScript. Adapun tools yang digunakan dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini yaitu Visual Studio Code sebagai teks editor, Xampp sebagai web server, dan web server seperti google atau yang lainnya sebagai alat menampilkan hasil project.
