Abstract

ABSTRACT Embung Ngradin has the potential to be a tourist attraction in Ngradin Village, Padangan District, Bojonegoro Regency. However, this potential has not been managed optimally. Some of the problems include the lack of a Tourism Awareness Group as a reservoir manager and adequate facilities and infrastructure. The concern of the community around the Embung Ngradin is considered less than optimal, which results in difficulties in the development of the embankment. The purpose of this community development program is to provide solutions to these problems. The methods used in this program are surveys, offering solutions, preparing for the implementation of activities, implementing activities, monitoring and evaluation, and reporting. One of the programs carried out is to hold a Sharing Session, which is a forum to discuss suggestions that can be used to improve tourism in Embung Ngradin. The sharing session was attended by representatives of the Tourism Office, community leaders and community representatives. The results of the Sharing Session were to clean the environment around Embung Ngradin, place garbage cans, plant trees so that the embung environment becomes comfortable. The outputs of this program include the Embung Ngradin tourist attraction which can be used as an outbound and camping area. One of the suggestions is to form a Tourism Awareness Group or POKDAWIS as the manager of the Embung Ngradin tourist attraction. Keywords: Embung, Tourist Attraction, Ngradin Village. ABSTRAK Embung Ngradin berpotensi sebagai tempat wisata yang terdapat di Desa Ngradin, Kecamatan Padangan, Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Akan tetapi, potensi tersebut belum dikelola secara maksimal. Beberapa permasalahan yang menghambat pengelolaan embong antara lain, belum terbentuknya Kelompok Sadar Wisata sebagai pengelola embung serta sarana dan prasaran yang memadai di tempat wisata. Kepedulian masyarakat sekitar embung dinilai kurang maksimal yang mengakibatkan sulitnya pengembangan embung. Tujuan dari program pengembangan masyarakat ini untuk memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan tersebut. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan dalam program ini adalah survey, menawarkan solusi, persiapan pelaksanaan kegiatan, pelaksanaan kegiatan, monitoring dan evaluasi, dan pelaporan. Salah satu program yang dilaksanakan adalah mengadakan Sharing Session, yaitu forum untuk membahas saran yang dapat dipakai sebagai sarana meningkatkan wisata Embung Ngradin. Sharing session dihadiri oleh perwakilan Dinas pariwisata, pemuka masyarakan dan perwakilan masyarakat. Hasil Sharing Session adalah membersihkan lingkungan disekitar Embung Ngradin, menempatkan tempat sampah, menanam pohon supaya lingkungan embung menjadi nyaman. Luaran dari program ini antara lain tempat wisata Embung Ngradin yang bisa digunakan sebagai wahana outbond dan camping area. Salah satu saran adalah membentuk Kelompok Sadar Wisata atau POKDAWIS sebagai pengelola tempat wisata Embung Ngradin. Kata Kunci: Embung, Tempat wisata, Desa Ngradin.

Abstract

Net profit is one of the leading indicators in investment decision-making. Companies that have a high net profit value are believed to provide prosperity for investors. A company's net profit is obtained from revenue minus costs. The most significant cost components in the food and beverage sector industry profit and loss report are marketing costs and production costs. Thus, these two costs need to be managed well in order to support maximum net profit. This research aims to find out how marketing costs and production costs influence increasing profits in Food and beverage subsector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research used 64 data samples. The results of this research analysis state that marketing costs can have a positive influence on the company's net profit. Likewise, production costs have been proven to have a positive influence on the company's net profit. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide consideration for decision-makers, such as managers and investors, that marketing costs and production costs that can be managed well can contribute to increasing the company's net profit

Abstract

AbstrakMunculnya pelayanan berbasis Digital Cedak Mas (Cepat Dekat Masyarakat) berawal dari banyaknya keluhan masyarakat tentang pelayanan terpusat di Dukcapil Kabupaten Tuban. Keluhan yang muncul mengenai jarak yang relatif jauh dan biaya transportasi pada saat pengurusan administrasi pada Dukcapil. Penelitian ini penelitian kualitatif, bertujuan mengetahui proses dan dampak dari Pelayanan berbasis digital pada Dukcapil Kabupaten Tuban. Informan dipilih secara purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Alur tahapan analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Validitas data akan menggunakan triangulasi sumber data. Hasil analisis menunjukkan pelaksanaan Cedak Mas mendekatkan tempat pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Penerapan proses pelayanan sudah sesuai dengan Standar Operasional Prosedur. Dampaknya, Pelayanan Dukcapil menjadi lebih dekat dengan masyarakat. Pelayanan ini merupakan pelayanan berbasis digital dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang kedepannya bisa lebih diperhatikan dan ditingkatkan lagi sarana dan pasarana pendukung dari pelayanan berbasis digital Cedak Mas untuk menunjang pelayanan lebih baik. Kata Kunci : Pelayanan Digital; Cedak Mas; Dukcapil. ANALYSIS OF DIGITAL-BASED SERVICES CEDAK MASAbstrackThe emergence of ‘Cedak Mas’ Digital-based services began with many public complaints about centralized services at the Tuban Regency Population and Civil Registration Office (Dukcapil). Complaints that arise regarding the relatively long distance and transportation costs during administrative management at the Dukcapil. This research is qualitative research, aimed at determining the process and impact of digital-based services on the Tuban Regency Population and Civil Registration office. Sample was selected by purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using Observation, Interviews and Documentation. While the Data Analysis Technique uses the flow of stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The validity of the data will use triangulation of the data source. The results of the analysis show that the implementation of ‘Cedak Mas’ brings the place of service closer to the community. The service process in application is in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures. As a result, the Dukcapil services becomes closer to the community. This service is a digital-based service by utilizing technology that in the future can be more considered and improved.Keywords : Digital Services; Cedak Mas; Dukcapil

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penyajian laporan keuangan UMKM Pizza-Q dalam menerapkan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Entitas Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (SAK EMKM). Penelitian ini menelaah proses penyusunan laporan keuangan apakah telah sesuai dengan SAK EMKM, serta hambatan dan solusi yang dihadapi selama penyusunan laporan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pencatatan keuangan Pizza-Q sebelumnya masih sederhana dan belum sesuai standar. Namun, setelah dilakukan pendampingan, laporan keuangan dapat disusun sesuai SAK EMKM, termasuk penyusunan jurnal umum, buku besar, laporan laba rugi, perubahan posisi keuangan, dan catatan atas laporan keuangan. Hal ini membantu pelaku UMKM dalam mengetahui kondisi usahanya secara lebih akurat serta menjadi dasar pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik.

Abstract

The Industrial Revolution 5.0 is marked by rapid digital involvement and the dominance of robotics and artificial intelligence in all areas of business life. This condition requires people to be able to adapt by creating innovation and self-development. Even though it broadly has a positive impact on human life, on the other hand, if it is not controlled properly it will cause unrest. The accounting profession is one of the parties that will be negatively impacted by this condition. Through this research, the researcher wants to convey how an accountant should interpret the era of the Industrial Revolution 5.0. The results obtained from this research conclude that a professional accountant must be able to control himself by opening his mindset in dealing with it. Through optimistic thinking, a professional accountant can bring himself to think more about solutions rather than just raising concerns. There are many ways that an accountant can do to maintain its existence. Accountants can invest in developing skills and knowledge in the field of digital technology, opening themselves up to being able to live side by side with technology to support their work, and mastering certain skills that are in line with current developments.

Abstract

The community empowerment program was implemented in Ngradin Village, Padangan District, Bojonegoro Regency. Program of STIE Cendekia Bojonegoro is aimed at developing the skills of the members of the PKK in handicrafts, specifically the skill of making flower bouquets. The activities are designed to improve family economic conditions. The program implementation goes through the stages of survey, preparation for activities, and finally reporting. Participants who attended the flower bouquet arrangement training were 20 members of the PKK of Ngradin Village. The result of the program is that participants have new skills in flower bouquet arrangement. It is hoped that this ability will have economic value that ultimately becomes an additional income for the members of the PKK of Ngradin Village. Program pemberdayaan masyarakat dilaksanakan di Desa Ngradin, Kecamatan Padangan, Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Program dari Tim Pengabdian Masyarakat STIE. Cendekia Bojonegoro ditujukan pada pengembangan kemampuan anggota PKK Desa Ngradin dalam kerajinan tangan, yaitu ketrampilan merangkai buket bunga. Kegiatan ini sebagai salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga. Pelaksanaan program melalui tahapan survey, persiapan pelaksanaan kegiatan, dan terakhir pelaporan. Peserta yang mengikuti pelatihan merangkai buket bunga adalah 20 anggota PKK Desa Ngradin. Hasil dari program adalah peserta memiliki kemampuan baru dalam ketrampilan merangkai buket bunga. Diharapkan kemampuan ini memiliki nilai ekonomi yang pada akhirnya menjadi tambahan penghasilan bagi anggota PKK Desa Ngradin.

Abstract

The government continues to make efforts to increase village development. This is evidenced by the implementation of one of the programs in the form of the establishment of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). BUMDes was established based on the principles that characterize this business unit. These principles is such as cooperative, balance, tranparansi and accounting. These principles must be implemented in financial management carried out by BUMDes. One of them happened at BUMDes in Bogo Village. This village has the uniqueness as a tourist village, namely kelor village. In the village, BUMDes is also established, Unit Dagang and Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) which has made financial statements. Through the qualitative approach used by the researcher and interviewing some of the information in this study, the results are obtained if in terms of transparency, the financial reports that have been prepared in each period have met transparency. This is evidenced by the financial statements that have been prepared and have been informed to the Village Head and local village officials. However, on the other hand, the financial statements they did are not comply with the standards that have been put in place by the Government. Therefore, the need to adjust the financial statements of BUMDes in Bogo Village to the standards set by the Government and the encouragement of cooperation conducted by bogo village with related agencies for the performance of BUMDes is getting better.
