Abstract

Produksi bawang merah tahun 2010-2023 menurun yang disebabkan oleh cuaca ekstrim dan hama. Kelompok Tani dari 12 Kecamatan dengan masing-masing lahan 3.428-7.155 Ha hanya mampu memproduksi 812.373 ton/tahun. Data statistik menunjukkan bahwa Kabupaten Probolinggo menyumbang 21.15% produksi nasional. Tujuan pengabdian yaitu untuk meningkatkan produksi dengan penerapan teknologi hybrid portable untuk suplai listrik pada lahan petani bawang merah. Metode pengabdian yaitu observasi, perancangan, sosialisasi serta pelatihan, pendampingan program, evaluasi program dan keberlanjutan program. Sistem monitoring sebagai pemantauan suplai listrik bagi Kelompok Tani Bawang di Kabupaten Probolinggo. Kebaharuan teknologi adalah teknologi hybrid portable antara panel surya serta pico hydro sebagai suplai listrik lampu dan penunjang produksi bawang. Hasil penerapan teknologi menunjukkan bahwa monitoring hybrid portable terintegrasi IoT menghasilkan masing-masing tegangan 212.71 V, arus 2 A, dan Daya 425.38 W. Sedangkan hasil penerapan disosialisasikan pada Kelompok Tani dengan edukasi dan perawatan teknologi. Faktor yang mendukung kegiatan adalah partisipasi mitra dalam penerapan hybrid portable, dan faktor penghambat adalah suplai air dalam pengujian pico hydro. Hal ini disebabkan tanaman bawang hanya membutuhkan kadar air sebesar 80% dengan intesitas penyiraman 2 kali dalam 1 hari.

Abstract

This paper discusses the socialization and training of wellness tourism for the Gombengsari Tourism Awareness Group. The Gombengsari Tourism Awareness Group has management and marketing problems in managing tourism. This is due to a lack of knowledge in mapping and managing tourism concepts. Therefore, socialization and training were carried out to improve the management and marketing of tourist destinations. The socialization and training include the application of wellness tourism spot technology, mentoring, evaluation, and program sustainability. The results of the socialization and training show that mapping has been carried out on wellness tourism spots and flying fox spots. Tourism destination marketing is carried out once every two weeks in managing financial management and partner businesses. Website-based promotion and inter-regional tourism destination marketing training are also conducted. Website-based tourism destination promotion has increased tourist visitors by ±50-75% in one month.

Abstract

Ciampanan Village has abundant local papaya resources; however, their utilization remains limited as papaya is mostly sold as fresh fruit while the seeds are discarded as waste. This community service program aimed to enhance the added value of papaya through innovation in processing papaya seeds into herbal tea and papaya fruit into jam. The implementation method involved participatory approaches through observation, hands-on training, and community mentoring. The results showed an increase in community knowledge and skills in processing local food products. Participants were able to produce papaya jam and papaya seed tea that are feasible for consumption and have potential to be developed as household-scale businesses. This program demonstrates that optimizing local agricultural resources can support economic empowerment and sustainable rural development.
