Abstract

WPAP merupakan gaya ilustrasi potret wajah manusia yang didominasi bidang-bidang datar dengan warna yang bersebrangan. WPAP termasuk seni rupa modern karena dari namanya sendiri (Wedha’s Pop Art Potrait) termasuk aliran seni Pop Art yang diberi sentuhan inovasi sehingga menjadi sebuah aliran seni yang baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menambah wawasan seputar WPAP sebagai seni rupa modern yang seiring perkembangan zaman semakin berkembang dan populer, khususnya di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu berupa penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil akhir penelitian ini bahwa WPAP merupakan seni rupa yang dapat dinikmati siapa saja, tidak harus orang yang mampu menggambar. Hal ini dikarenakan WPAP merupakan hasil tracing foto seseorang kemudian melakukan pewarnaan, serta pembuatan WPAP sudah bisa melalui teknologi berbasis komputer. Komunitas penggemar dan pengikut gaya ilustrasi WPAP semakin banyak, dikarenakan aliran WPAP ini mampu beradaptasi dengan teknologi yang ada saat ini, serta peranan grafik komputer yang lebih memudahkan seseorang untuk belajar dan mebuat karya seni pop ini.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the external communication strategy in increasing sales at PT Mayora Indah Tbk, with a case study of PT K33 Marketing Division Yogyakarta. The research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the external communication strategies include direct promotion to consumers, maintaining relationships with business partners, and sponsoring major events. The media used include print, electronic/digital, and audio-visual platforms. Challenges faced include limited branding in remote areas, suboptimal media use, lack of internal team knowledge, market competition, and changing consumer preferences. Solutions implemented include forming field teams, developing internal applications, conducting product knowledge training, offering attractive promotions, and continuous market research.

Abstract

Dalam dunia bisnis, analisis biaya produksi merupakan kunci keberhasilan perusahaan seperti Rains Catering. Dengan menggunakan metode pemesanan, mereka memerinci biaya yang terkait dengan setiap pesanan katering, sehingga memungkinkan mereka menetapkan harga yang akurat. Pengetahuan mengenai biaya produksi memungkinkan perusahaan untuk mengoptimalkan keuntungan dan berkembang secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi biaya produksi Rains Catering khususnya biaya tenaga kerja langsung dan overhead pabrik dengan menggunakan metode pemesanan. Pemahaman mendalam mengenai biaya produksi ini penting untuk menjaga kualitas, kepuasan pelanggan, dan daya saing dalam pasar yang kompetitif. Langkah-langkah praktis penerapan metode order juga akan dibahas lebih lanjut.

Abstract

Providing motivation to employees is very necessary in a company, because with motivation from the leadership of the company, employees automatically feel valued for what they do, automatically the performance of human resources increases, so that friendship and good relations are maintained between company leaders and their employees. . This study aims to determine the application of motivation as an important factor in improving human resource performance at the Darussalam Group gas station. The type of research used was descriptive qualitative, namely a symptom and fact of the object at the time the research took place. This research was carried out at the Darussalam Group gas station by selecting 1 informant who was considered representative of each employee, namely 1 field supervisor as a key informant. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research show that work motivation is very important for employees to support their performance. And the performance of the Darussalam Group Gas Station employees can be said to be good which can be seen from the creation of a job satisfaction for employees and can improve the company's image. Abstract

Stunting masih menjadi permasalahan krusial yang harus dihadapi sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia, terutama di Desa Pare, Kecamatan Kranggan, Kabupaten Temanggung. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa KKN Universitas Tidar bertujuan untuk mencegah dan menurunkan angka stunting melalui dua pendekatan utama, yaitu pemberian makanan tambahan (PMT) dan sosialisasi pola makan sehat kepada ibu hamil dengan Kekurangan Energi Kronis (KEK) dan orang tua balita stunting. Metode kegiatan meliputi observasi, koordinasi dengan nutrisionis dan kader stunting, serta pelaksanaan penyuluhan dan pembagian PMT yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan gizi sasaran. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pemberian PMT yang tepat serta edukasi mengenai pola makan sehat dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat dan mendukung perbaikan status gizi balita serta ibu hamil. Program ini diharapkan mampu memberikan dampak positif secara berkelanjutan dalam upaya pencegahan stunting di lingkungan desa.

Abstract

A large and structured farming enterprise has problems with the acquisition of quality cattle, so it requires a proper decision in the process of selection of the cattle to be bred because at this initial stage will determine how much the maximum profit margin will be received in the future. At the Arifin Farm CV farm there is a problem with the selection process of the limousine cattle seed is still done manually so it will take time and great risk of selection errors because of a lot of data is not structured. This will affect the final selection result that does not match the expected qualification. In order to facilitate the selection of the cattle seed, it is necessary to build a system that covers the choice of the limousine cattle to be selected and then expanded on the farm to produce super ready-to-sale cattle. And it is also necessary to apply a method aimed at producing more accurate measurement, the method used is the method of weighted aggregated sum product assessment on the system supporting the decision selection of the limousine cattle seed, such a method is a combination of simple additive weighting and weight product method. In the application of such methods resulted in the accumulation of supporting decisions with weighted quantities and product weighted thus resulting in more accurate ranking results. Responding to the need to solve the problem, the research has produced a decision-supporting application system that can calculate the candidate limousine seed based on existing criteria and then give the results of the recommendation of the best limousine seed. The creation of such an application aims to make the selection process more structured and computerized so that the final selection will be more accurate and accountable.

Abstract

The stainless steel material reservoir tube can produce combustion steam from the heating furnace. The research objective was to determine the effect of variations in the type of liquid and air pressure efficiently used in the reservoir tube. The type of research used is pure experimental research. The medium used is mineral water, 10%, 20%, and 30% brine, and the Manufacturer's coolant is heated using a heating furnace at 110° C for 42 minutes and measured by a pressure gauge. The results of the tests carried out have the effect of differences in mineral water 1.50 bar or 1.48 atmosphere, 10% brine 1.50 bar or 1.48 atmosphere, 20% brine 2.40 bar or 2.36 atmosphere, 30% brine 3, 50bar or 3.45 atmospheres, factory coolant 1.75bar or 1.72 atmospheres. 30% salt water is more efficient and suitable for the stainless steel material reservoir heating process in producing steam under pressure, which is used in knife tools.
