Abstract

Puskesmas Kampar Kiri Tengah is one of the health centers in the working area of the Kampar Regency Health Office which has an increase in the incidence of dyspepsia from 2019 to 2020, namely from 100 cases to 364 cases and dyspepsia disease ranks fifth out of the ten most common diseases at the Puskesmas. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between stress and diet with the incidence of dyspepsia. The research method used a cross sectional research design. The population in this study were all patients who visited the Kampar Kiri Tengah Health Center, Kampar Regency in the period January to June 2021, totaling 355 people with a sample of 78 people. The data collection technique used purposive sampling. The research instrument used a research questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate. The results showed that there was a relationship between stress levels (p value: 0.001) and diet (p value: 0.000) with the incidence of dyspepsia. It is suggested that dyspepsia sufferers should prevent dyspepsia starting from maintaining a proper diet. The amount is in accordance with the needs, the type is also diverse, equipped with a regular schedule. In accordance with what is summarized in the 3 right movement (right time, right nutrition and right solution) and for Puskesmas to be able to maintain and improve the quality of existing health services by always conducting counseling on how to prevent dyspepsia.Keywords: Dyspepsia, Stress Level, Diet

Abstract

Latar belakang : Pola makan pegawai negeri sipil diketahui tinggi guloksa, purin dan asam lemak hewani. Makanan tinggi glukosa berisiko meningkatkan kadar gula darah, begitupun makanan tinggi purin berisiko untuk meningkatkan kadar asam urat. Masyarakat perkotaan cenderung tinggi mengkonsumsi makanan yang tinggi akan karbohidrat, protein dan lemak sehingga dapat meningkatkan kadar gula darah, kolesterol dan asam urat. Tujuan : untuk mengetahui hubungan asupan zat gizi energi, karbohidrat, protein, lemak, serat dengan kadar gula darah kolesterol, dan asam urat. Metode : jenis survei yang bersifat analitik dengan desain penelitian crosssectional, dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 50 orang yang diambil dengan cara Purposive Sampling. Analisis uji statistic yang digunakan adalah uji Chi-Square dengan derajat kepercayaan 95 %. Hasil : Hubungan antara asupan zat energi, karbohidrat, protein, lemak, serat dengan kadar gula darah adalah (p>0,05) artinya tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara asupan zat gizi dengan kadar gula darah. Hubungan antara asupan zat energi, karbohidrat, protein, lemak, serat dengan kadar kolesterol adalah (p>0,05) artinya tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara asupan zat gizi dengan kadar kolesterol. Hubungan antara asupan zat energi, karbohidrat, protein, lemak, serat, dengan kadar asam urat adalah (p>0,05) artinya tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara asupan zat gizi dengan kadar asam urat. Kesimpulan : Uji statistic menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara asupan zat energi, karbohidrat, protein, lemak, serat dengan kadar gula darah, kolesterol, dan asam urat.

Abstract

Angka pemberian ASI ekslusif di Indonesia masih tergolong rendah. Menurut Pusat Data dan Informasi Kementerian Kesehatan 2017, pemberian ASI ekslusif di Indonesia hanya 35%. Angka tersebut masih jauh di bawah rekomendasi WHO (Badan Kesehatan Dunia) sebesar 50%. Data Dinas Kesehatan Kota Pekanbaru tahun 2018 cakupan pemberian ASI Eksklusif sebesar 50,70 %. Berdasarkan data Puskesmas Melur kelurahan Harjosari pada tahun 2018 bahwa capaian ASI Ekslusif hanya sebesar 43,8%, merupakan capaian di bawah cakupan Nasional. Data Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Riau tahun 2015 menyebutkan cakupan ASI eksklusif Provinsi Riau sebesar 68,8 % dan data Dinas Kesehatan Kota Pekanbaru tahun 2015 sebesar 71,3%. Berdasarkan data di Puskesmas Melur kelurahan Harjosari tahun 2018 bahwa capaian ASI Ekslusif hanya sebesar 50,70%, merupakan capaian yang paling rendah diwilayah kota Pekanbaru. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat terdapat penigkatan pengetahuan kader kelompok pendukung ASI tentang pemberian ASI, masalah dalam pemberian ASI dan cara mengatasi permasalahannya yaitu dari nilai rata-rata pengetahuan responden dari 86,7 menjadi 94,2 .Keterampilan kelompok pendukung (KP) ASI dalam melakukan pemberian edukasi/konseling tentang pemberian ASI kepada ibu menyusui mencapai nilai rata rata 85,4.

Abstract

Purple sweet potato is a functional food, containing high anthocyanins, fiber, amylose and low glycemic index. Sweet potato is one of carbohydrates source that potentially as local resources for an effort of staple food diversification. Cake is popular bakery products that have sweet taste and soft texture. Butter cake gives distinctive aroma of butter and savory favored. In Indonesia, patients with diabetes mellitus have increasing from 1.1% (2007) to 1.5% (2013). Snack for diabetics must have appropriate nutritional value and can control blood glucose to prevent the risk of complications in patients with diabetes mellitus. Diabetics need snacks that have appropriate nutritional value that does not cause hypo/hyperglycemia. This study is based on experimental research design using a randomized block design (RAK) with 3 formula substitution of wheat flour and purple sweet potato and 1 control, organoleptic (sensory) test and analysis of carbohydrates. Organoleptic (sensory) data were analyzed using One Way ANOVA, and carbohydrate test data were analyzed using Luff Schrool methods. Our result in the research on the acceptability purple sweet potato butter cake showed significant real difference of the sensory score included flavour, aroma, colour and texture by used 75% concentration of purple sweet potato and also increases the sensory scores of the product, resistant starch content and acceptability of cake. The carbohydrates analysis of purple sweet potato butter cake showed that the starch in butter cake with 75% concentrate of purple sweet potato is 27.77%.

Abstract

Abstract: Increased blood pressure that lasts for a long time can cause damage to the kidneys (kidney failure), heart (coronary heart disease) and brain (causing stroke) if not detected early and received adequate treatment. Based on preliminary data obtained from the Lima Puluh Kota Health Center which is right in the area where the workers live, it shows that high blood pressure or hypertension is one of the diseases with the highest rate for the last 3 months, from December 2022 to February 2023. The purpose of the study was to determine the correlation of age and imt to the incidence of hypertension in transport workers. This type of research is quantitative using a cross sectional design. This research was conducted on workers, especially transport workers at Sungai Duku Port, with a total sample of 133 transport workers. The instrument used was a research questionnaire. Data analysis was done univariate and bivariate. The results showed there was a relationship between IMt to the incidence of hypertension (p value: 0.012) and there was no relationship between age to the incidence of hypertension (p value: 0.611). It is recommended for respondents to maintain a diet and routine physical activity and avoid stress.Keywords: Transport Workers, BMI, Hypertension, Age

Abstract

Background: Healthy and safe snacks for consumption are those that can provide benefits and provide energy for the body. Food problems in Indonesia are characterized by cases of food poisoning where food safety is often ignored. The presence of coliform bacteria or Escherichia coli in food is an indicator to determine the level of quality of food and beverages microbiologically. The purpose : To identify the presence of Escherichia coli and coliform bacteria in school canteen snacks. Methods: This research is descriptive qualitative. The samples in this study were flavored ice, cilor, and friedchicken. The test for Escherichia coli and coliform bacteria content using the Total Plate Count (TPC) method was carried out at the UPT Laboratory of Health and Environment of the Riau Provincial Health Office. The results: This study showed that the cilor sample identified the presence of coliform bacteria (100 colonies/g) and fried chicken (50 colonies/g). Then in 3 samples no Escherichia coli bacteria were identified. Conclusion: Coliform bacteria were identified in the snack samples but Escherichia coli bacteria were not identified in the snack samples.

Abstract

Sebagai salah satu bentuk komitmen pemerintah untuk mengatasi masalah gizi stunting, telah diterbitkannya Peraturan Presiden No. 72 tahun 2021 tentang percepatan penurunan stunting melalui program DASHAT (Dapur Sehat Atasi Stunting). Secara umum program DASHAT bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas gizi masyarakat melalui optimalisasi sumber daya pangan lokal dalam rangka mempercepat upaya penurunan stunting ditingkat desa atau kelurahan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini merupakan salah satu upaya untuk mewujudkan Tri Dharma perguruan tinggi, yang dilaksanakan bulan Mei sampai dengan September tahun 2023, yang berlokasi di Desa Pancuran Gading Kecamatan Tapung Kabupaten Kampar. Bentuk pengabmas yang dilakukan berupa sosialisasi dan pelatihan bagi peserta, kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang DASHAT, yang selanjutnya dibentuk organisasi “Dapur Sehat” Desa Pancuran Gading. Sasaran sosialisasi program adalah perwakilan dari kader Posyandu, kelompok PKK, perangkat desa & tokoh masyarakat desa Pancuran Gading. Peserta pelatihan yang nantinya sebagai pelaksana ‘Dapur Sehat’ adalah ibu-ibu PKK yang juga berperan sebagai kader Posyandu, yang berjumlah 20 orang. Implementasi Dapur Sehat melalui  pemberian makanan padat gizi bagi keluarga risiko stunting dengan pemanfaatan bahan pangan lokal. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan dalam bentuk sosialisasi, pembekalan materi, demonstrasi pembuatan menu sehat di Posyandu. Hasil kegiatan pengabmas ini tercapainya peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta tentang DASHAT, didapatkan peningkatan evaluasi nilai pre-test (62) dan post-test (80). Implementasi DASHAT yaitu terbentuknya organisasi penanganan stunting di desa, yang disepakati dengan nama “Dapur Sehat Desa Pancuran Gading”. Dapur Sehat berkoordinasi dengan Puskesmas Pantai Cermin menyediakan PMT bagi Balita gizi kurang dan stunting selama 90 hari yang dimulai bulan September 2023, dengan pelaksananya adalah ibu-ibu peserta pelatihan.

Abstract

World Health Organization (WHO) tahun 2017 merekomendasikan pemberian nutrisi yang optimal bagi bayi baru lahir yakni dengan strategi global pemberian ASI eksklusif selama 6 bulan. Pemberian ASI eksklusif masih belum sesuai target dapat berdampak pada gangguan psikomotor, kognitif, dan sosial serta secara klinis terjadi gangguan pertumbuhan. Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Riau tahun 2021 menyebutkan cakupan ASI eksklusif Provinsi Riau sebesar 56,2 %. Berdasarkan data di Puskesmas Melur kelurahan Harjosari tahun 2018 bahwa capaian ASI Ekslusif hanya sebesar 43,8%, merupakan capaian yang cukup rendah diwilayah kota Pekanbaru. Beberapa kader diwilayah kerja ini sudah pernah mendapat sedikit paparan mengenai ASI Ekslusif namun cakupan pemberian ASI Ekslusif masih rendah. Dan perlu dilakukan Pembentukan KP-ASI sebagai pengabdian masyarakat untuk wilayah kerja Puskesmas Melur Kelurahan Harjosari Kecamatan Sukajadi tahun 2023. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah terbentuknya dan meningkatkan pengetahuan serta keterampilan Kelompok pendukung ASI (KP-ASI). Sasaran adalah kader yang berjumlah 10 orang. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dari bulan Januari–Agustus 2023.  Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat terdapat penigkatan pengetahuan kader kelompok pendukung ASI tentang pemberian ASI, masalah dalam pemberian ASI dan cara mengatasi permasalahannya yaitu dari nilai rata rata 75,8 menjadi 84,2. Keterampilan kelompok pendukung (KP) ASI dalam melakukan konseling pemberian ASI kepada ibu menyusui mencapai nilai rata rata 85,4.

Abstract

This activity aims to improve the knowledge and role of Posyandu cadres in Harjosari Village, Pekanbaru City, to prevent heart disease. This activity is carried out as Posyandu cadre training on anthropometric measurements, blood cholesterol examinations, and counseling on healthy eating patterns to prevent heart disease. The activity was conducted at the BRIMOB Posyandu, Harjosari Village, attended by 16 Posyandu cadres. The activity began with anthropometric measurements to determine nutritional status, body fat composition, blood cholesterol examinations, and counseling on healthy eating patterns with the Mediterranean Diet. Mapping the results of anthropometric measurements and blood tests, especially cholesterol levels, shows that most Posyandu cadres are at risk of heart disease. After counseling, the cadres significantly increased their knowledge about heart disease and the Mediterranean diet. Community service activities in Harjosari Village have improved the Posyandu cadres' ability to prevent heart disease. This increase shows the effectiveness of training in strengthening the role of Posyandu cadres in educating the community about a healthy lifestyle and preventing heart disease. There has been an increase in cadres' knowledge about heart disease and the Mediterranean diet so that they are better prepared to educate the community about the importance of a healthy diet to prevent heart disease.
