Abstract

Breast cancer remains a leading cause of mortality among women worldwide, emphasizing the urgent need for accurate diagnostic methods. This research addresses the challenges of early detection by leveraging Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) for the classification of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) data. Using a publicly available Kaggle dataset consisting of 54,676 MRI images categorized into "Normal" and "Cancer" classes, the dataset was split into 80% for training and 20% for validation. A modified CNN architecture was developed, incorporating optimized layers and hyperparameters, such as the ADAM optimizer, a learning rate of 0.0001, and a mini-batch size of 128. The proposed model achieved exceptional performance, with an accuracy of 99.72%, precision and recall of 99.98% and 99.97%, respectively, and an F1-score of 99.98%, as evaluated through a confusion matrix. These results demonstrate the model’s robustness in distinguishing between healthy and cancerous tissues, providing a reliable and efficient diagnostic tool. This study highlights the potential of CNNs to improve diagnostic precision in medical imaging, aiding clinicians and advancing AI applications in healthcare.

Abstract

Besarnya keinginan para pengguna smartphone untuk melakukan perbaikan smartphone yang mereka miliki secara mandiri, serta kurangnya pengetahuan pengguna tentang perangkat smartphone khususnya perangkat hardware membuat proses perbaikan menjadi kurang tepat. Pembuatan aplikasi android ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java dan menggunakan database SQLite sebagai penyimpanan data. Data-data yang diperoleh dari pakar atau orang yang ahli dibidang kerusakan smartphone, lalu data akan diinputkan kedalam database dan kemudian data diolah sehingga dapat menampilkan hasil diagnosa dan solusi untuk perbaikan yang akan dilakukan. Metode sistem pakar yang digunakan adalah metode Forward Chaining, metode ini merupakan teknik pencarian yang dimulai dengan fakta yang diketahui, kemudian mencocokan fakta-fakta tersebut dengan bagian IF dari aturan IF-THEN. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini diharapkan agar dapat mempermudah pengguna smartphone mendeteksi kerusakan yang terjadi sehingga dapat melakukan penanganan yang diperlukan secara lebih tepat dan akurat.

Abstract

Stunting in toddlers remains a serious global health issue with long-term impacts on children's physical and cognitive development. One of the main challenges in classifying nutritional status is class imbalance, where the number of normal cases significantly exceeds that of minority classes such as stunted and severely stunted. This study aims to develop a hybrid approach by integrating the Gradient Boosting algorithm with the SMOTE-ENN (Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique–Edited Nearest Neighbors) method to improve classification performance on imbalanced data. The dataset used was obtained from the Kaggle platform, consisting of 121,000 entries with four nutritional status categories. Data preprocessing included label encoding, numerical feature standardization, and stratified data splitting with an 80:20 ratio. The model was evaluated using accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and ROC-AUC metrics. The proposed hybrid model successfully increased the recall for the stunted class from 61.80% to 98.41%, and the F1-score from 71.93% to 83.58%. Overall accuracy improved from 92.39% to 93.35%, while the ROC-AUC score increased from 99.08% to 99.63%. These findings demonstrate that integrating Gradient Boosting with SMOTE-ENN is effective in enhancing sensitivity to minority classes and improving overall multi-class classification performance.

Abstract

Kedai Wildan is  a  restaurant that is  often visited. Not  a  few restaurants are overwhelmed to serve customers when it's busy. Customers also feel uncomfortable if the service in the wildan stall is not optimal. One of the problems is the menu ordering system which still uses the manual method and customers must come to the location to be able to order the existing menu. This was considered ineffective and inefficient considering the limited number of employees which was disproportionate to the hectic number of visitors who came. So we need a system that can make it easier to  order menus at  Kedai Wildan. Therefore, a  website-based food  and beverage menu ordering system was created to make it easier for customers and employees. The method used is the data collection method which consists of the observation method, the interview method, the literature study method, and includes the analysis method using the PIECES method, the system development method using the extreme programming method, and the design is carried out using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method. To test the system using Black Box Testing, namely the login process, managing menu data, and viewing order invoices. With this menu ordering information.

Abstract

Pengelolaan surat masuk dan keluar di Fakultas Teknik Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan buku register dan pengarsipan fisik. Hal ini menyebabkan masalah seperti rentannya kesalahan pencatatan, kehilangan dokumen, keterlambatan informasi, serta ketidakefisienan dalam pencarian dan koordinasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun aplikasi mobile berbasis Android untuk mendigitalisasi proses tersebut menggunakan Flutter (frontend) dan Laravel (backend). Metode pengembangan sistem mengadopsi Rapid Application Development (RAD) dengan empat tahap: perencanaan kebutuhan, desain sistem, pengembangan, dan implementasi. Hasilnya berupa aplikasi yang memfasilitasi pencatatan, penyimpanan, pelacakan surat secara real-time, disposisi digital, notifikasi otomatis, dan manajemen multi-role (admin, staf, wakil dekan, dekan). Pengujian Blackbox Testing mengonfirmasi fungsionalitas aplikasi sesuai kebutuhan, termasuk fitur login, manajemen surat, filter, dan pencarian. Aplikasi ini meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mengurangi ketergantungan proses manual, dan menyediakan akses fleksibel melalui perangkat mobile.

Abstract

In this study, the development of the Mean-based method proposed by Goyal and Kumar will be carried out by changing the initial cluster center determination step, which was originally based on the origin point O (0,0), to be replaced with the arithmetic mean. To assess the performance of the proposed method, it will be compared with the Global K-means method and the Mean-based K-means method. In this study, the performance of these methods will be measured using the Davies-Bouldin Index, and the significance of the proposed method will be measured using the Friedman Test. This study proposes a method of Improving K-Means Performance through Initial Center Optimization based on Second Global Average for Clustering Osteoporosis Diagnosis of lifestyle factors. Evaluation of K-Means performance through Initial Center Optimization based on Second Global Average with DBI measurements. The targeted experimental results of this study include improving the performance of K-means optimized through the initial center based on Second Global Average. From the results of nine experiments with the number of clusters [2,3,4,5,6], it can be seen that the method proposed in this study has the same superior performance compared to the Mean Based method and compared to the Global K-means method.

Abstract

Perusahaan PT XYZ bekerja di industri elektronik. Penyimpanan komoditas di gudang meningkat seiring dengan output. Oleh karena itu, ada masalah di PT. Gudang Inti Sarana Maju, yaitu tidak adanya integrasi data antar divisi sehingga tidak terjadi sharing data secara real time dan menyebabkan pencatatan jumlah barang secara manual menjadi salah. Akibatnya, terjadi ketidaksesuaian antara jumlah barang yang tertera di Stock Card dengan jumlah barang yang ada di gudang. Operasional Sub Divisi Gudang di PT.Inti Sarana Maju harus didukung oleh sistem informasi yang harus dikembangkan dan direncanakan. Sistem ini dirancang dan direncanakan dengan menggunakan metodologi RAD (Rapid Application Development). Penulis mengkaji prosedur bisnis operasional perusahaan. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, penulis membangun sistem ERP dengan aplikasi Odoo dan merancang proses bisnis yang diusulkan, dengan fokus pada modul Manajemen Gudang yang paling sesuai dengan kebutuhan organisasi. Selain itu, Pengguna akan menguji sistem yang dirancang sebelum menerapkannya pada bisnis. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah modul Manajemen Gudang pada aplikasi Oodo yang telah disesuaikan dengan keadaan dan kebutuhan bisnis serta dapat membantu bisnis lebih mudah menyelesaikan masalah operasional gudang di PT. Abstract

Company PT. XYZ works in the electronics industry. Commodity storage in warehouses increases with output. Therefore, there is a problem at company are the absence of data integration between divisions so that data sharing does not occur in real time and causes the recording of the number of goods incorrect. As a result, there is a discrepancy between the number of items listed on the Stock Card and the number of items in the warehouse. Operations of the Warehouse Sub Division at PT. XYZ must be supported by an information system. The methodology used in this research is RAD. The author examines the company's operational business procedures. Based on this research, the authors built an ERP system with the Odoo application and designed the proposed business processes, focusing on the Warehouse Management module that best fits the needs of the organization. In addition, Users will test the designed system before implementing it in business. The results of this study are the Warehouse management module in the Oodo application which has been adapted to business conditions and needs and can help businesses more easily solve warehouse operational problems at PT. XYZ.

Abstract

This study aims to design a digital platform for monitoring early childhood development in PAUD (Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini) institutions by integrating Machine Learning (ML) into the Dynamic Systems Development Method (DSDM) framework. The research addresses persistent challenges in traditional monitoring systems, which are typically manual, fragmented, and lack real-time responsiveness. Utilizing a Research and Development (R&D) approach, the platform was developed iteratively with active involvement from teachers, parents, and administrators of PAUD institutions. System modeling employed Unified Modeling Language (UML), while ML techniques such as Decision Trees were trained on datasets sourced from PAUD Flamboyan in Tangerang. Key platform features include child data input, growth visualization, predictive analytics, and interactive dashboards. The system underwent black-box testing and usability assessments, achieving an average usability score of 4.5 out of 5. The ML model demonstrated  statistically valid and reliable performance with 89% accuracy, 85% precision, and 87% recall in predicting developmental delays. The findings highlight the effectiveness of the DSDM approach in facilitating adaptive system development, and underscore the value added by ML integration in enhancing decision-making within early childhood education. The platform not only streamlines developmental monitoring but also supports early interventions. Future work is recommended to broaden data sources, enrich personalization, and scale deployment across varied PAUD contexts. This study contributes to the advancement of intelligent decision support systems in early childhood education, enabling more accurate developmental monitoring and timely interventions.

Abstract

Sosial media telah menjadi bagian integral dalam kehidupan sehari-hari masyarakat modern. Di Kelurahan Sukabakti, Curug, Kabupaten Tangerang, penggunaan sosial media telah berkembang pesat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Namun, dengan pertumbuhan tersebut, muncul pula tantangan dalam penggunaan yang baik dan benar dari platform-platform sosial media. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji upaya sosialisasi penggunaan sosial media yang baik dan benar kepada warga Kelurahan Sukabakti. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dan wawancara dengan melibatkan sejumlah warga kelurahan sebagai responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun mayoritas warga telah menggunakan sosial media, pemahaman mereka tentang etika dan manfaat penggunaan sosial media yang positif masih perlu ditingkatkan.Hasil sosialisasi yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah setempat dan organisasi masyarakat telah memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman warga tentang pentingnya penggunaan sosial media yang baik dan benar. Namun, masih ada kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan edukasi dan kesadaran warga mengenai bahaya penyebaran informasi palsu (hoaks), pelecehan online, serta privasi data. Dalam rangka menciptakan lingkungan sosial media yang lebih sehat dan beretika di Kelurahan Sukabakti, disarankan agar pemerintah setempat dan berbagai pihak terkait terus aktif dalam melaksanakan sosialisasi dan pelatihan terkait penggunaan sosial media. Selain itu, kolaborasi antara pemerintah, sekolah, dan organisasi masyarakat dapat menjadi langkah strategis untuk menciptakan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang penggunaan sosial media yang bertanggung jawab dan positif di tengah masyarakat.Kata Kunci: Sosial Media, Masyarakat, Dampak, Sosialisasi, Edukasi
