Background: Breastfeeding Mother's (ASI) is the main meal and perfect for babies, in which breast milk contains almost all the nutrients in the composition according to the needs of the baby to grow and develop optimally (Perinasia, 2009). Results of a preliminary study in Healt Pakualaman of 10 nursing mothers found, as many as 6 having problems ie breast nipple abrasions. Objective: Knowing the level of knowledge of nursing mothers about breastfeeding technique right at the health center in Yogyakarta Pakualaman. Methods: Descriptive quantitative research methods, the implementation of the research conducted at the health center in Yogyakarta Pakualaman, in November 2015. This study used purposive sampling techniques, a number of 34 respondents who had infants aged 0-6 months and still breastfeeding exclusively. Data collection tool was a questionnaire, data analysis using univariate analysis. Results: The level of knowledge of nursing mothers about breastfeeding technique right at the health center in Yogyakarta that is knowledgeable good Pakualaman as many as 10 respondents, quite as much as 22 respondents, less by 2 respondents. Conclusions: The majority of breastfeeding mothers level of knowledge about proper breastfeeding technique at the health center that is knowledgeable enough Pakualaman Yogyakarta as many as 22 respondents, well as much as 10 respondents, and less by 2 respondents. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal guru terhadap perilaku belajar siswa di SMK Taruna Persada Dumai (2) Pengaruh kepedulian orang tua terhadap perilaku belajar siswa di SMK Taruna Persada Dumai (3) Pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal guru dan kepedulian orang tua terhadap perilaku belajar siswa di SMK Taruna Persada Dumai. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Uji coba instrument penelitian ini bertempat di SMK Taruna Persada Dumai. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas sepuluh yang terdiri dari jurusan Akuntansi, Administrasi Perkantoran, Elektronika Industri, Kimia, Teknik Kendaraan Ringan Otomotif 1, Teknik Kendaraan Ringan Otomotif 2, Teknik Pengelasan, Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik 1, Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik 2, Perhotelan, Teknik dan Bisnis Sepeda Motor, dan Teknik Informatika yang berjumlah 283 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket. Pengujian prasyarat analisis meliputi uji normalitas dan uji linearitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan teknik regresi sederhana dan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah : (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan komunikasi interpersonal guru terhadap perilaku belajar siswa di SMK Taruna Persada Dumai. (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan kepedulian orang tua terhadap perilaku belajar siswa di SMK Taruna Persada Dumai. (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan komunikasi interpersonal guru dan kepedulian orang tua secara serentak terhadap perilaku belajar siswa di SMK Taruna Persada Dumai.

Introduction to The Problem: The existence of the Covid-19 pandemic caused the government to implement various policies, these policies were relevant to the Industrial revolution 4.0, which in this era was the main characteristic of information systems in software, in this era the main objects were humans and technology. Purpose: Therefore this research aims to discuss the development of human communication in facing the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 and Covid-19. Design/methods/approach: This research is a document or library study. data collected through documentation. Literature review method through literature relevant to research. Then the data were analyzed using content analysis based on the theme. Findings: The results of the study show that in the face of the industrial revolution era, human communication development can be done by improving communication, improving digital skills. Research implications/limitations: This study recommends that the next researcher further develop research, especially in the type of research, research subjects and data analysis techniques. Originality/value: this research provides new information about communication in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 about how communication was formed during Covid- 19.

Pelatihan media pembelajaran berbasis Learning Management System (LMS) pada SMA Semen Tonasa bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dalam proses belajar mengajar. Dengan perkembangan teknologi yang pesat,penerapan LMS menjadi salah satu solusi efektif untuk mendukung proses pendidikan yang lebih interaktif dan efisien. Pelatihan ini melibatkan 30 guru dari berbagai mata pelajaran di SMA Semen Tonasa dan dilaksanakan selama tiga hari. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah, demonstrasi, dan praktek langsung. Evaluasi pelatihan dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan observasi, yang menunjukkan bahwa 99% peserta merasalebih percaya diri dan mampu mengintegrasikan LMS dalam pembelajaran mereka. Hasil dari pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di SMA Semen Tonasa serta mendorong penggunaan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran di sekolah

This study aims to examine the influence of work life balance and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction at PT. Anugrah Group Corporation, Kolaka Regency. Job satisfaction is a crucial factor that determines employee productivity, commitment, and retention. This research adopts a quantitative approach with a census method involving 72 permanent employees as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that work life balance and organizational culture both have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously. This indicates that employees who can maintain a healthy balance between work and personal life and who work in a supportive organizational culture tend to experience higher job satisfaction. The findings highlight the importance for the company’s management to develop policies that promote flexible work arrangements and to continuously foster a positive, collaborative, and fair workplace culture. These efforts are expected to improve employees’ well-being, motivation, and overall job satisfaction, contributing to the company’s sustainable growth.

This study aims to analyze the influence of the internal environment and self-efficacy on employees’ work motivation at PT. Daka Group. The research employed a quantitative approach using a census sampling method, involving all 60 permanent employees of PT. Daka Group as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that the internal environment and self-efficacy simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employees’ work motivation. Partially, both the internal environment and self-efficacy also show a positive and significant impact on work motivation. These findings confirm that a supportive internal environment fosters comfort, harmonious relationships, and effective communication, which enhance motivation. Additionally, employees with high self-efficacy tend to be more confident in handling tasks and overcoming work challenges, leading to higher motivation. It is recommended that PT. Daka Group continually improve the quality of its internal work environment and implement development programs to strengthen employees’ self-efficacy as strategic efforts to maintain and enhance work motivation.

This study aims to analyze fish consumption trends among Generation Z in Kendari, focusing on the social and economic factors that influence these trends. Generation Z, born between 1997 and 2012, shows diverse consumption preferences. Factors affecting fish consumption patterns in this group include frequency, motivation, preference for fish types, knowledge of fish benefits, as well as social, cultural, and economic influences such as fish prices. The study found that most respondents consume fish at least once a week, with a preference for marine fish over freshwater fish. Health benefits are the primary motivation for fish consumption, although knowledge about the health benefits of fish remains limited. The influence of family, peers, and social media plays a dominant role in shaping fish-eating habits. Additionally, the price of fish is a significant barrier in consumption decisionsamong Gen Z. These findings are expected to contribute to policies aimed at increasing the consumption of nutritious fish among the younger generation.

The production of Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) in rural areas represents an effort to diversify agricultural products, which can improve the welfare of local communities by utilizing coconut as a regional natural resource. VCO offers numerous health benefits, such as boosting the immune system, lowering cholesterol, and containing high levels of antioxidants. This community service program aims to provide the local population with the knowledge and practical skills on how to produce VCO properly. The methodology includes socialization, technical training, evaluation, and follow-up assistance. The pre- and post-test evaluation results show a significant improvement in participants' knowledge and skills. Approximately 85% of the participants understood the process of making VCO after the training, indicating the program's effectiveness. Furthermore, this initiative has opened new economic opportunities, with several participants beginning to produce and sell VCO independently. The main challenges faced include limited capital and market access. However, with continuous support and assistance from various stakeholders, this program is expected to further develop. The production of VCO presents a promising alternative to increase the income of rural communities and reduce dependence on a single agricultural commodity

This community service activity aims to improve the skills of teachers, students, and literacy communities in Dumai City in writing and translating bilingual children’s stories. The background of this activity lies in the limited availability of high-quality children’s reading materials in two languages, while literacy needs and foreign language proficiency are becoming increasingly urgent in the global era. The implementation method was carried out through technical guidance (training), which included workshops on children’s story writing, mentoring in translation into a second language, as well as peer review and revision sessions. The results of the activity showed an improvement in participants’ competencies, both in understanding the structure of children’s stories, techniques for composing simple language, and communicative translation strategies. Several bilingual children’s stories were successfully produced as final outputs, which have the potential to be developed into teaching materials or children’s reading resources in schools and the community. Thus, this mentoring program has proven effective in supporting the strengthening of a literacy culture and fostering the community’s creative spirit in producing bilingual children’s literature.
