This research focuses on the recruitment, selection, and job placement processes at PT. Samudra Abadi Nusantara Gemilang (SANG) in Malang City. PT. SANG is a com- pany specializing in workforce outsourcing services. The study aims to: 1) Describe compre- hensively the recruitment, selection, and placement processes at PT. SANG, and 2) Identify and analyze challenges within these processes. A descriptive research method with a quali- tative approach was used, with data sources obtained from informants, events, and docu- ments. Findings indicate several issues across the recruitment, selection, and placement phases. In the recruitment phase, challenges arose due to client demands for rapid staffing, making it difficult for PT. SANG to find candidates quickly. During selection, issues in- cluded candidate absences during scheduled interviews and difficulty in matching candidate skills with job requirements. Lastly, in the placement phase, problems included limitedfacil- ities and operational support from PT. SANG, along with delays in job start dates due to client absences. This study provides an in-depth analysis of these challenges, highlighting the need for improved coordination and resources to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of PT.SANG's recruitment, selection, and placement services.
